....at first i was kinda upset cause i looked "big" in the professional photos......
but uh....i zoomed in after downloading and i just got pretty muscular and u can see me cut when im not flexed at this point

#personal#no man...im a fucking 2/4 how on earth can i think im 'big' lol....#i mean i was severely underweight until i was like 24yo sooooooo my sense of normal is bad#BUT its really really hard for me to gain muscle cause of my eds and i literally got us gov free physical therapy to build muscle as a kid#SOOOOOOOOOOOOO this was sooooo hard for me and im so happy!!!!!#(i got shamed by two doctors cuz apparently the only thing holding my bones in their holes is....muscle rather than ligaments#(exaggeration buttttt paints the picture) and if i dont keep muscley ill hurt my joints more and i like having working joints)#i currently do pilates and hiit 5-6 days a week and do my weights daily#i work out like 1.5 hours my wfh days cuz i keep my smart watch notifications on#so if i get a thing i have to immediately respond to i pause the workout and do work#(EYE AM THE TERRIBLE WFH EMPLOYEE (actually my boss says i have rlly good reaction times to teams tasks#i just......manage to clean the bathroom weekly...cook once weekly and exercise both days within my work hours))#....i currently keep a bunch of pics of marina on my phone as inspo lol#like 2022 marina from adiml tour
