i was really quite bad at math in high school but math was actually my fav class to write notes for. my little graph paper notebook was so neat and tidy and beautiful like it was the highlight of my day whenever there was a lesson on something new in math bc i got to draw myself cute little tutorials on how to do certain equations. and now im an english major 🫡

#this would’ve been a tweet but i don’t go there anymore (/indefinite)#idk why im thinking about this #i haven’t rly thought about high school in a LONGGGG time #but like #i didn’t rly apply myself is the thing. i loved writing and history and stuff like that was actually the interesting part of school for me #and i was great at french class too #but i just had it in my head that being bad at math and science was my thing and i couldn’t break character #i was really insane about. curating myself in high school 😬#but now i regret that bc if i had just reframed my thinking i could’ve had a totally different experience #anyways!#i couldn’t be a stem girlie i don’t have the stamina 😭
