my favorite relics of mine from 2014 are these two songs i wrote, one about a guy’s phone breaking while he’s alone at sea and the other about being good at minecraft, that were parodies of “troublemaker” by weezer and “handlebars” by flobots respectively

#rhyn rambles #i could’ve sworn the minecraft one had ‘my base is secure’ in there somewhere #cause it’s the only line i could remember #apparently i didn’t get that far but i definitely intended it to be there #the troublemaker one isn’t even the whole song. i was doing it from memory and missed half of it #my favorite part is when i replaced ‘keep it on the up’ with ‘i think i’m giving up’#that one is kind of a masterpiece ngl. nine year old me was onto something #i made a handful of minecraft parodies as a kid #a few of them i just have in my head but i don’t know where i wrote them down #i also parodied weezer’s ‘say it ain’t so’#so if that doesn’t date me and my parents idk what does
