i do feel envy for cis people, in my old age of 24, even though i didn't use to because i didn't care and didn't understand exactly just how much i didn't fit in and never would. i think the fact that 'i will grow old one day and this inadequate feeling will go away' kept me going really strong into just being myself and putting it aside. but honestly doesn't it look so much more comfortable to fit in ? i look at people doing sports, dancing tango, women wearing heels, wearing makeup, men going to the barber, and i feel so much envy for it looking so easy. i feel like any of those things, when i do them it always costs me so much, or it would if i tried. people could Always tell i was the odd one out, and i wear that on my shoulders every time i leave my home. if i wear makeup, i am the odd one out, if i wear heels, i am the odd one out, if i go into sports, i am the odd one out, if i try to learn tango, what role will i even be assigned, which one can i chose ? it's so tiring. gender is some kind of theatre, but everyone plays it, and it doesn't make sense, but it rules so many things. when i apply for a job, which box do they tick for me ? am i part of the diversity percentage because i didn't change all my markers ? if i want to try and meet someone, which box do i check ? when do i start faking, when do i stop ? it's endlessss

logince headcanons based on my firm belief that snow doesn’t actually exist and is a propaganda tool-

there isnt enough headcanons based on the fact that THESE BE FLORDIA BOYS so ye here  

-roman is that fool that wears sandles/flipflops everywhere regardless on how mushy, rainy, or cold it gets

- roman  flips out at the sight of snow flurries and logan is exasperated because he just sees the concept of snow as inconvient or as people put it “fancy/white mud”

-logan wants to personally fight a hurricane because of (1) the damage it causes to the community and his friends (2) because hurricane season aint no joke and literally is the most inconvient thing mid school year cause it makes us miss w E E KS and then we gotta learn new stuff while prepping for finals like fight them. 

-roman is mosquito food meanwhile logan hardly gets assualted and roman will personally give (1) lung to get rid of the gnats and mosquitos in his house

-logan gets really into fieldtrips to the local marshes/ waterfronts because he likes the measuring the pH, waterlevel, all the little wildlife and insects and this boys nerd levels peaked when they went to the okeefenokee swamp like yes funky little moss and jazzin birds hello  

- roman likes it cause he enjoys getting out of the classroom and learns better that way, also liek fUNKY LITTLE MOSS AND BIRDS

-roman just doesn’t have jackets cause flordia boy doesnt see a need for them but the schools keep the AC on blast and he gets cold rlly easily so logan gives roman his 

-roman has to have like five layers of sunscreen (unrelatable but im in marchingband so i understand to an extent) cause this boy burns so easily its not even funny, logan helps him apply the aloe (???? i ahvent had a sunburn before so idk if this is the right thing ill look it up later) stuff the days he forgets to and is really patient with ro 

-logan in this has melalin blessed from the gods but he still uses sunscreen even tho his parents laugh at him for it cause he reasearched it one day +the myths surrounding dark skin and skin diseases (USE SUNSCREEN COWARDS)

-on that note no body believes logan tans cause its not as noticable but when he pulls up his shirt his chest and shoulders are literally like five shades lighter 

-roman doesnt normally straighten his hair because he loves his curls but also because of humidity so now hes just exasperated whenever he wants to put in the extra effort 

-logan has a fear of the ocean/ large bodies of water because hes a poor swimmer (yes i am projecting and its an actual phenomenon because ksdfajlkdf history stuff) but he also really loves it expecially when roman draws deep sea life and doodles little fishies for logan 

-logan and roman send each other flordia man memes at 2 am that is law (logan because he looks at the news when he cant sleep, ro because ro.)

-logan and roman arguing one day while walking to the car, and then a giant bolt of lightening hits and the two just stop talking and dead sprint  through the parking lot before the incommoding storm hits like a ton of bricks (personal experience: like brah you have .002 seconds to get to shelter sometimes)

-on the different side of the spectrum, roman roping logan into running in the rain to class instead of going the non wet way because it was the shorter way to class and he felt like dancing with danger--lightening struck several times and they had to fight through a wall of rain and actual lake like puddles by the end of it the two were laughing, possibly sick, and the administrators were exasperated (also personal experience) 

-logan screeching whenever it starts to rain slightly and the wifi immediately cuts out promptly not saving his homework, roman cackles but lets lo use his wifi hotspot 

-roman’s family has a yearround disney pass and they take logan and the others sometimes during non holiday weekends cause the park is pratically empty

-roman shrieking about the apocolypes because the sky is just w h i t e because the clouds are so close  and logan has to restrain himself from giving a lecture

-they visit a northern state and roman keeps making jokes about “why are the leaves orange” and logan wants to strangle him
