im not crying to the marimba music ill never be able to play, you are
#eugh gods the Reasons :(#1: goddamn chronic pain that is in my wrists and fingers and elbows all of which are needed for marimba#2: brain fog that significantly impacts how well i can practice and learn#3: and even if i was physically able to play and able to think theres some sort of barrier between my brain and my body#i can theoretically know perfectly how to play the notes in tempo and with dynamics but i cant fucking make my body do it right#this has always been a problem i sucked at color guard because of it i was bad at vibraphone because of it i wasnt good at timpani cuz of it#4: no one would want to play it with me because the afformentioned reasons make me bad at marimba and people like being good#(piece number one that im definitely not crying to is three marimbas two vibes and piece number two is four marimbas and drums)#painposting#unsolicited life updates you definitely dont need#candlelight musings
