This law is about defining thibgs strictly around sex, and by defining each of those sexes in a binary style that willl lead to the direct mutilation of intersex babies and children, and forced hormones on those children even sometimes before puberty. A sex binary gets then fucking killed historically.

If you think a law that says there are only two sexes doesnt center harm on intersex people you are not only wrong but unhelpful to getting intersex and trans people out of this shit alive. Intersex people are a main target of this. They are already fighting to not be forced to be binary in their sex and this will only make that fight harder if it gets though fully and completely.
