Love how whenever something goes "wrong" with the printer my coworkers' reactions are to push every button possible, like a toddler, and complaining to me, instead of contacting IT like they're supposed to.

Like I am not a printer tech. I am not a tech person at all. You do not pay me enough to encourage me to try to become a tech person. Contact the people whose job it is and who have asked you to contact them about it when you have issues. I don't need to print things and I don't have a mac. I can't fucking help you and button smashing only works in videos games; like please you're making it worse.
