in general even if she isn't a special boss in the weird route (though i'm hoping and feel very strongly that she will be) i do think queen will have an important role to play. we never see her character arc play out in the weird route — like the other characters, all of her central scenes can't happen due to us taking noelle on a killing spree. queen and noelle never get to interact beyond their initial few meetings. so even if it won't conclude in a fight, and even if it won't conclude in the specifics of recruiting a new knight, her arc is still left as a dangling thread. she's still got a tight hold on her plan to make noelle happy. she's got plenty of time alone to come up with more ideas. and given that the weird route is us forcing the game to center around noelle, and play at making her "stronger" by defeating "enemies"...

... well, queen's no stranger to taking up the "enemy" mantle.
