Vintage magazines filled with his interviews adorned my shelves, each page a time capsule of my admiration. I had even acquired a few of his iconic guitars, their strings echoing the sound of my youthful fantasies. Now, standing here in a red  dress that hugged my curves—a nod to the Americana style I cherished—I felt like a star ready to shine. But my heart raced not for the accolades I might receive that night but for the man I had idolized since childhood.

James walked in with an air of effortless cool, surrounded by a small entourage, and I felt my breath hitch. The aura he carried was magnetic, even at a distance. He looked timeless, a rock god who hasn't aged a day in my heart. I took a moment to admire the way his leather jacket hugged his shoulders and how his jeans clung just right, accentuating his strong build.

Finally, I spotted him at the bar, a glass of amber liquid in hand, surrounded by admirers. I took a deep breath, channeling all the confidence I could muster, and approached him, the sound of my heels echoing against the polished floor. Each step felt like a leap toward destiny.

“James?” My voice was steady despite the butterflies dancing in my stomach. He turned, his deep blue eyes locking onto mine, and for a moment, everything else faded away, leaving just the two of us.

“Hey there,” he replied, a charming smile breaking through his usually stoic demeanor. “What brings you to this event?”

“I’m a singer,” I said, fighting the urge to fan-girl. “Your music was the soundtrack to my youth. I mean, I was obsessed.” I leaned against the bar, feeling the cool surface beneath me as I looked into his eyes.

“Yeah? What did you like most about it?” he asked, genuinely curious.

I leaned closer, emboldened by the moment. “Honestly? Your voice. The way you command a stage. You’ve always had this raw energy that draws people in.”

He chuckled softly, the warmth in his eyes revealing how much he appreciated my honesty. “You don’t meet many fans who end up in the same industry. It’s pretty cool.”

“It’s wild, right? I had to chase my dreams, and now I’m here. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t dream of this moment,” I replied, letting the excitement of it all wash over me.

His gaze deepened, a flicker of something more than just admiration in his eyes. “What’s it like being up there, knowing people are watching?”

I shrugged, feeling bold. “It’s exhilarating. But honestly, standing here with you? Way more nerve-wracking. I think you might be the one person I’d be starstruck over.” I bit my lip, feeling the tension simmer between us.

James looked at me, a mix of amusement and genuine interest. “You’re not afraid to flirt, are you?”

“Why should I be?” I replied playfully, leaning in closer, my breath mingling with his. “Life’s too short to hold back, right?”

As the night wore on, we shared stories, laughter, and glances that ignited a fire between us. The chemistry crackled in the air, palpable and intoxicating, but I also sensed a hesitation from him, a protective wall he was trying to maintain. He seemed torn between desire and duty, and I was determined to break through.

Later, as the evening wound down and the crowd began to disperse, he pulled me aside into a quieter corner. The music faded into the background, leaving a serene silence enveloping us, and it was just the two of us, the air thick with unspoken words.

“I feel like I’m too old for you,” he confessed, his brow furrowing with worry. “You’re still young, and you have your whole life ahead of you.”

My heart raced at his admission, but I stepped closer, looking directly into his eyes, determined to convey my feelings. “You have no idea what I want, James. I’ve never wanted anyone but you. I’ve spent my childhood dreaming of this moment.” I reached up, brushing my fingers against his jawline, feeling the stubble beneath my fingertips. “You’re everything I’ve ever wanted.”

His hesitation melted away as he leaned closer, his breath mingling with mine, warm and inviting. “You really mean that?” he asked, his voice low and filled with disbelief.

“Absolutely,” I whispered, feeling the gravity of my words. “You’ve been my fantasy for so long, and now I have you right here.”

Without another word, his lips crashed against mine, igniting a fire that had been simmering beneath the surface for far too long. I melted into him, my body pressing against his as he deepened the kiss, his hands gripping my waist tightly. The world outside faded away, and all that mattered was this moment, this connection.

As the kiss grew more passionate, I felt alive, the heat radiating off him mixing with my own. He pulled back slightly, breathless, and I could see the conflict in his eyes. “Are you sure about this?” he asked, his voice a low rumble filled with concern and desire.

“I’ve never been more sure of anything in my life,” I declared, my heart pounding with anticipation.

With a smirk that hinted at the mischief lurking beneath his surface, he took my hand, leading me to a private lounge, away from prying eyes. The moment we stepped inside, the door closed behind us, and he pinned me against the wall, his lips crashing into mine again with a fierce urgency.

As our bodies entwined, I could feel the heat radiating off him, and I wanted more. I pushed him back against the couch, climbing atop him, my heart pounding with exhilaration and anticipation.

“You’re so damn hot,” I whispered, feeling the thrill of power wash over me. “Tell me how good I feel.”

His eyes darkened with desire, and he groaned, his hands gripping my hips tightly as he watched me with an intensity that made me ache for him. “God, you’re going to be the death of me.”

“Then let’s make it worth it,” I teased, rolling my hips against him, feeling the heat building between us. “I need you to remind me just how good it can be. Show me how much you want me.”

His hands slid up my sides, fingers tracing the curves of my body as he drew me closer. “You have no idea how long I’ve wanted this. You’re so young, and I don’t want to ruin you.”

“Maybe I want to be ruined by you,” I purred, leaning down to whisper in his ear, my lips grazing his skin. “Show me how it feels to be yours. I want to feel you, James.”

“Just remember, you asked for this,” he warned, his voice deep and commanding, sending shivers down my spine. “I won’t hold back.”

I grinned, exhilarated by his words. “I don’t want you to hold back. I want to take control tonight.”

With that, I shifted my position, straddling him with a newfound confidence, my hands finding his shoulders as I leaned in closer. “You’re going to let me take care of you,” I said, my voice low and sultry.

“Is that right?” he replied, a mix of surprise and admiration in his gaze.

“Absolutely,” I declared, grinding against him, feeling him respond beneath me. “I want to feel you lose control as I show you exactly what I want. Just sit back and enjoy it.”

His breath hitched, and I reveled in the way I had him at my mercy. “You’re mine tonight, Daddy,” I teased, the words spilling from my lips as I embraced the thrill of our dynamic. “I want to feel you lose yourself in me.”

His expression shifted, a mixture of surprise and desire crossing his face. “You’re incredible, princess” he murmured, surrendering to the moment as I took the lead.

With a deep growl, he nodded, his hands gripping my waist as I began to move against him. “Just don’t forget who’s in charge, sweetheart,” he warned, his voice rough with lust.

“Trust me, Daddy. I won’t forget,” I said, my confidence soaring as I took control, guiding our movements with a fierce intensity that ignited the night.

As I brought us both to the edge of ecstasy, I could feel the connection between us deepening, a bond that transcended the physical. With each thrust, I lost myself in him, surrendering to the moment and the man who had been my lifelong obsession.

Finally, as we reached our peak together, I collapsed against him, breathless and glowing. I looked into his eyes, filled with warmth and desire, and I knew what I had to say.

last movie: i honestly can't remember bc i don't watch that many movies (i'm more of a tv show girlie) but it was probably visconti's 'death in venice' after reading the short novel - thomas mann is one of my favourite authors and the movie perfectly captured the languidly eerie atmosphere of the book

last tv show: tim burton's wednesday! i purposely avoided it back when it came out bc everyone was talking about it and you know how it goes, the more people talk about smth the less i feel the desire to watch it lmao. but then last month i was in the mood for smth with a spooky autumn vibe that was also kinda light, so i decided to give it a chance and it was a really nice surprise! i wasn't expecting to like it so much but i found it really entertaining, i loved jenna ortega's portrayal of wednesday and i also found her and enid so cute (GOD i hope they make wenclair canon in s2 it'd be so good)

sweet/spicy/savoury: savoury all the way, but after that then also a sweet treat

relationship status: blessedly single and also the dating scene is so atrocious i'd rather put my hand in a blender than open tinder ever again

last thing i googled: t.s. eliot's poem 'the naming of cats' because i remembered i had it saved somewhere but couldn't find it so i just looked it up - it's so silly i love it

am/tlsp as always - i  finished writing a very long chapter of my wip the other day and even tho it was very angsty i'm so happy i finally finished it because i'd been bogged down in a slump for quite some time and i'm just so glad i managed to pull myself out of it. just a couple of chapters left and then the fic will be completely written :')

taylor swift as always - last couple of days i've been losing my mind over her new surprise songs outfits specifically. i see. i see it all so clearly

garrett and andrew (my favourite youtubers along with dan and phil): i LOVED the new spooky video and ugh every single one of their videos has the power to become a comfort video to me

bungo stray dogs and soukoku in particular - i watched the anime for the first time back at the start of 2020, then i rewatched it around this time last year and i'm afraid ever since then it's been living in my mind rent free, especially these two chaotic bitter exes </3 i'm on volume 18 of the manga but i need to catch up asap!!

looking forward to: having dinner with my friends on saturday night, the new bsd chapter at the start of november, christmas time, planning another trip with the girls <3 also having a break (isn't going to happen soon unfortunately) and getting some quality SLEEP i'm so tired

Yes, finally we have a recording of Day 2. Even though I was there for Day 2 back in December, I was still excited to experience the whole thing again. Unfortunately, I never got to write my report so I guess I will use the opportunity to share some of my memories and current thoughts.

Here goes nothing┗(•ˇ_ˇ��)―→

street corner: Looks like they cut this. I am surprised because they had a much longer slot for Day 2 (3 hours instead of just 2) so I was sure they would be able to squeeze all of it into the broadcast but apparently not. Oh well, can't say I am said about that because being confronted with the accordion right from the get-go at the live really didn't leave a good impression on me. I had pretty high expectations for the whole thing and this intro left me more than underwhelmed. Thank God we transitioned right to "希望の光".

希望の光: Now THIS is the intro I was hoping for. What a gorgeous melody! I wasn't familiar with the track but my God, I got goosebumps all over. I literally felt this in my entire body. The gradual build-up to a more grand-scale symphonic arrangement towards the end really impressed me. I am just obsessed with the uilleann pipes and the Celtic sound. I honestly struggle to get beyond this because I keep rewinding the video.

prelude to Act 1: The look on my face when I heard those first few notes. I was shooketh to say the least. I most definitely did not expect them to do the Kalafina block this early in the live but I knew that if they were doing the Madoka instrumentals, the most logical thing would be to transition straight into a Kalafina track. While I have never watched the anime, these are melodies I hold very dear to my heart so I loved this. It was also a great pleasure to hear Eri Ito live for the first time. I will never get enough of Yuki's more classically trained vocalists. it's such a pleasure to listen to them.

Numquam vincar: After "prelude to Act 1" this was no surprise at all but damn, I am so glad they played this. I've never actually had the chance to experience this track live even though they obviously performed it numerous times during Kalafina live intermissions. What a pleasure to be there and truly feel the epicness of that intro. Once more I was covered in goosebumps.

Magia [quattro]: At this point I knew it was coming but it was still a shock to my system. Like I said earlier, I was sure that they would wait until the very end to do the Kalafina block (that's what they had done for earlier lives) so I thought I had some time to prepare myself and get into the groove so to speak. My body certainly wasn't ready so maybe that's why my brain couldn't properly compute the whole thing. I remember not being as hyped as I expected to be and that made me kinda sad. I am so grateful that we are getting this recording and a blu-ray release because I feel like I couldn't fully appreciate the performance while I was there. Getting to see it again is a real treat and I must say, I like this much more than the previous FJ "covers" we have gotten of this song. Hikaru and Keiko sound so perfectly in tune and I just love their powerful delivery. For the most part, I don't mind the higher harmonies provided by Yuriko and Joelle. Although during some parts (e.g. mayowazu ni yukeru nara), I feel like Joelle and Keiko don't harmonise very well together but whatever, it doesn't bother me too much. On a random side note, I wasted way too much time wondering about why I thought that Keiko's arms looked kinda naked until I finally realised that the puffy sleeve pieces of her outfit were missing.

storia: I did not expect this to make it onto the setlist but I am a big fan of the song so I was happy when I heard the first notes. Overall, I think I like this version well enough although I will admit that my favourite part has always been the chorus with Keiko and Wakana so it is a bit jarring to hear Joelle for these parts. Don't get me wrong, Joelle sounds great and I feel like the harmony between her and Keiko works better here than during "Magia" but still, it can't quite touch my heart. I mean, just thinking of all the Kalafina performances where Wakana and Keiko gaze lovingly into each other's eyes while they sing the "yasashii uta..." line makes me tear up. Nothing will ever be able to replace that for me. A few days later I attended Wakana's concert where she also performed "storia". This may sound ridiculous but hearing those performances more or less back to back almost felt as if the three of them had been reunited. Even though this might have been a coincidence, just the idea of this little connection had me in tears.

君の銀の庭: Oh, another cut song. Thank God we are getting the Blu-Ray. I will be honest with you though, I am quite sad that they chose two Kalafina songs that I don't particularly like. I couldn't get as excited as I wanted to be. I think I had no complaints about this performance, enjoyed everyone's vocals and didn't really notice Wakana's absence. But I guess that's because I wasn't a big fan of the song to begin with :P

to the beginning: It will forever be a mystery to me why this is such a fan favourite but oh well, let's not linger on that. In some way, it's almost a blessing in disguise for me to not have such a strong emotional connection to these songs because it helps me appreciate the new versions a lot more. No matter how skilled of a singer Joelle might be, if I am invested in a performance with a prominent Wakana part, there is no way anyone will ever live up to that. It's 100% a me problem, I realise that but I doubt I will ever be able change that way of thinking. Anyways, this was a perfectly fine rendition.

海と真珠: Don't think I've ever heard a JUNNA song. Not a huge fan of her voice, it's just too generic for me. But there's something about this song that I like, especially that those hey-hey woah parts. The chorus is decent too. It's not a track I would skip but also not something I would actively seek out.

太陽の航路: Not my cup of tea. I can tell that there is a nice melody hidden in the chorus but it's a bit too fast-paced for me.

time to sail!: Yet another cut. I loved this. Was already familiar with it from a previous recording so I really appreciated getting to hear t live. It's somewhat of a very epic and grand-scale version of "Umi to Shinju" which I am only realising now XD

The main theme of “L.O.R.D”: Can't tell you how very much I am in love with this song. The first time I got to experience this live was in Taiwan back in 2019. The song is so fucking good, I will never get tired of it. I was utterly blown away by Joelle's vocal prowess. I know it always sounds like I am low-key bullying her but that's really not my attention. I am just forever too hung-up on Wakana to ever be able to accept anyone else taking up my favourite parts of her.

I talk to the rain: Can't wait to hear this again on the Blu-ray.

a song of storm and fire: In my report for Day 1 I did talk about tis and "salva nos" being my first introduction to Yuki Kajiura's music. I feel so privileged to have finally been there for a live performance. Needless to say, it was everything that I could have asked for. Watching the recording now doesn't even do it justice. It was so much more powerful at the venue.

ring your song: This always brings tears to my eyes. The melody is just so beautiful and when they all join in, it's literal perfection.

ことのほかやわらかい: God dammit, I really want to like this song because in theory it should be right up my alley. I mean, the instrumental intro is to die for, it's so promising but then it's just all over the place and I can't get into it T_T

夜光塗料: Not a huge fan of ASCA unfortunately and I do not care for the song either.

雲雀: Surprisingly fond of this. Very nice melody. Can see myself listening to it on a regular basis.

君が見た夢の物語: Not much to say about this except that I enjoyed Keiko's lower harmonies. It's not a bad song per se so I probably would have liked it more if it didn't have ASCA on main.

everlasting song: This is always fun although I do enjoy the version without FJ ASUKA more. I know that sounds horrible considering it's literally her song but I will never be a fan of Yuki's vocalists with a more generic voices. Wakana's "kimi no me ni..." will forever be my favourite!!

世界の果て: No thoughts really.

優しい夜明け: Joelle is a much better fit for this See-Saw song than Yuuka. Very enjoyable.

君がいた物語: A favourite of mine. Do I prefer the version with Wakana? Of course! Do I have fun with this version too? Mostly yeah! Kaori's always work for me here but I can tolerate it.

Rainbow~Main Theme~: This was a nice treat. Very fond of KOKIA as a vocalist and this is just a super beautiful song. Have always liked it.

風よ、吹け: Not as smitten with this new KOKIA song but it's nice enough. I certainly wouldn't skip it

lotus: Wow, two Hanae cuts! How rude!!

inverse operation:

目覚め: I do love the Wakana versions but I also enjoy versions with other main vocalists. And of course, Hanae does an amazing job.

夕闇のうた: I know this didn't leave a good impression on me when I first heard it and I can't say I feel much different about it now.

荒野流転: This upcoming FJ Yuuka corner didn't do anything for me, it was the point where I started to get really tired and distracted. It was a struggle to still pay attention even though these were all more up-beat songs.

Silly-Go-Round: Nope.

cazador del amor: Meh.

nowhere: The only song I actually enjoyed from this corner. ASCA thankfully used a voice that I didn't find too grating (which can't be said about rito, JUNNA and Lino). Almost wish I had stood up for this performance and the next because Keiko was spending a lot of time on the left side of the stage (I had an arena seat pretty close to the stage on the left) but I probably wouldn't have had a good view of Keiko anyway so I preferred to just watch the screen. And to be honest, I am not the type of person to stand up and do some weird moves anyway so it was probably for the best. No need to embarrass myself in front of people who actually know how to move their body.

zodiacal sign: I mean, when is this ever not an absolute pleasure?

into the world: I was hoping to see Hikaru again since almost all the other guest vocalists had had a second appearance and yay, she came back on stage for the final song before the encore! "into the world" was such a perfect ending. I definitely got choked up, especially towards the climax of the song when Keiko was really putting all of herself into it.

red rose: Not my favourite but a good track for all the musicians to shine again.

Parade: It's my favourite song from the album and a fitting ending for this behemoth of a concert. At this point, everyone was close to tears after Yuki's little speech so that made it so much more moving. Love, love, love!! Right after they all take a bow and everyone is leaving the stage, I am glad they zoomed in a bit on Keiko who was wiping away some tears and leaning on Hikaru. That moment killed me at the live.

Anon asked: I don’t know if this is too personal or not, but if you feel comfortable sharing, what prompted you to make a return after not posting at all for about 3 years?

A: That's okay, I don't mind you asking. To be honest, I just suffered from art block for a very long time. I couldn't get myself to draw no matter how hard I tried. I would sit myself down and try to force myself to do it, but I just couldn't. I don't know why it went away and I don't know why it came back, but suddenly my spark came back with a vengeance! I'm back to wanting to draw all the time! I think that's both the wonderful and awful thing about creativity: you can't force it. It sucks, but hopefully I can serve as proof to others who are going through it that you can spring back from it.

A: Yes I LOVE Coraline! I never read the book but I love the movie. It fills my spooky little heart and soul!

A: I went through a severe art block and hadn't drawn anything for a long time, even though I had the whole script for it written out. However since getting my mojo back, I've completely re-written the story and am working on it again. A: I did have a Patreon once upon a time, but it gave me severe imposter syndrome lol It put too much pressure on me to put out content that I thought was worthy enough for people to be paying for, so I ultimately closed it down. It doesn't mean I won't ever open it up again, but I don't have any immediate plans to do that. Also regarding the spice haha 😅 I appreciate your interest, but I just don't like to share that kind of content.

A: I don't watch much anime anymore, but I used to be obsessed with Naruto. That's primarily what I would draw back in my dA days, but I lost interest in it a long time ago. I also loved Fruits Basket, Kill La Kill, One Punch Man and Attack on Titan. There are other shows I've watched, but those were the major series. I haven't seen the series you mentioned, sorry!

A: So far my favorite game-movie adaptation is the Super Mario Bros movie! I love it so much! I love that they kept the style of the game but made it a little more polished than what you'd get in the games. I loved the characters, I loved all the references within it, I loved the music. I just think it's a perfect adaptation. Of course I'm super excited for Sonic 3! I'm sure it's going to be great, I'm just praying that Amy will be in it! I need her in it :( I'd love to see a movie adaptation of Dead Space. That's one of my favorite games and ooh I think it'd make such a good horror film. I know they made animated movies for it, but I want it done in a proper hollywood horror way!

A: Even though Sonic's older and technically raised Tails, I love the idea of them sort of "raising each other." Sonic teaches Tails how to defend himself, how to navigate the world, how to do the right thing, but Tails is the one who teaches Sonic how to read and write, introduces him to philosophical discussions that Sonic finds really boring but actually helps him to be a better hero and be a better version of himself. I even like the idea of Tails being the one to teach Sonic how to play music. Sonic has a natural talent for it, but Tails is the one to teach him notes and chords, how to actually read sheet music, things like that.

A: Thanks so much! As a whole I'd say it was okay. It certainly wasn't the best Sonic media out there in my opinion but no way was it the worst. I understand it's a kid's show, but it was way too formulaic for me. It got to the point where I could pretty much bet "in 2 minutes Character A is going to seem like all is lost, then a loud explosion/sudden shake will happen, and they'll look up like 'whuAHHH???' and Character B will show up to help." That's fine, but not when it's happening multiple times every single episode. So to be honest, it wasn't a show that I looked forward to watching like I did with Sonic Boom. It was just something I had on because it was Sonic-related. But Sonic Prime had a lot of good character writing and the acting was great. They explored character relationships/dynamics and emotions that some other Sonic content hasn't done before, so I applaud them for that. It's mirroring what happened in Sonic Frontiers and I love that the franchise is willing to dig a little deeper on an emotional level like that. And I've said it before but I'll say it a million times more: Shadow was PERFECT! The positive of having Shadow portrayed so excellently far outweighed any negatives I could say for the show!

A: Well we didn't get to see very much of her, but I loved her design! She was very majestic and beautiful and kind. None of the characters or storyline from the live action movies are part of my AU.

A: Aurora discovers her light abilities when she's young (think about preteen age), but she doesn't fully know what all she can do yet. It takes a lot of experimenting and studying with Uncle Tails to figure out everything she can do. He is the one who tells her that if she can bend light, she should be able to use it to cloak herself. Tails and Sonic obviously mean she should use it as a defensive move, but Aurora instantly thinks it's the perfect power for pranks! Picture a lot of objects "floating" around the house with a lot of phony "OooooOOoooOOOO" ghost noises haha

Anon asked: Is aurora a comic book fan? If so what’s her favorite series

A: Aurora can enjoy super hero related stuff, but she's not an avid fan of it and I would say she does not read comics. Aurora is more into fantasy/romance books. Ruff is the one who is into comic books :) His favorite would be Batman.

Anon asked: I love your idea of Aurora and Sage being close friends, I really think that fits! That being said, do you think Sage and CC would get along?

A: Thank you! I've been thinking about it and I like the idea of Sage and CC being rivals, but in a very cheeky, friendly way. Sort of like Sonic and Knuckles. Sage and CC would make everything into a competition to see who can solve this problem fastest or who can simulate something best, to determine who is truly the more intelligent of the two AIs. But again, not in a toxic way. In a "I have to be the best version of myself in order to beat you because the respect I have for you is insanely high" kind of way. And Sage could playfully tease CC for wanting to become organic because it'd be a "step backwards" in her evolution, but really she'd work to find a way to help make CC's dream come true.

A: Orange is in the same color family as red and pink, so I think it still works. As far as color theory, in my AU Aurora has a grandma who is yellow and Shadow's fur includes red, so by blending those colors you can get orange. It's the same reason why Nova is purple, it's a blend of colors from their lineage. I tried Cinder out in several different colors but orange is ultimately what fit him best.

A: They're more like best friends than sisters/cousins. I know people draw Sage growing older and stuff but I personally headcanon that she'd stay in the form of a child because she feels no need to grow up. But once she's friends with Aurora, then I could see her "aging" up alongside Aurora so that she always matches her friend. It's just a headcanon of mine for now and that could ultimately change in the future.

Anon asked: Has Aurora ever been to space before if so what were her thoughts. Was she like markiplier with the whole space is so cool song.

A: Aurora DESPERATELY wants to go to space more than anything! But for most of her life she hardly ever left her home. It isn't until she's grown up that she actually starts to properly explore the world. Eventually I want her to go to space, but it would be once she's living on her own.

A: You are just so sweet, thank you! You know I'm very pro tats and I love seeing what people think the different Sonic characters would get. For my AU, I only have two (technically three) characters depicted with tattoos. Amy's dad Clay Rose has two tattoos on his bicep: A heart with his wife's name in it, and then a matching little heart with Amy's name in it. Adult Knuckles has a simple "M.E." tattooed on his bicep. It's a reference to Knuckles' theme and also his dedication to the Master Emerald. Lastly, I have the human version of Cinder (but only the human version) with forearm sleeves that continue down his hands. So far those are the only characters I have with tattoos. As far as piercings, most of my characters have ear piercings but they don't often wear earrings. Blitz and Lulu are the only characters who always wears earrings. I could see Shadow getting at least an ear pierced, but I headcanon that with his rapid healing that it would almost instantly close if he didn't actively wear a piercing at the time.

A: I currently see PIper as demiromantic. She is currently not interested in anyone romantically or physically, and I don't want to diminish that part of her identity by saying 'Oh but she'll eventually end up with __." Of course, a headcanon is whatever you want so if you personally ship her with a woman that's cool with me!

Anon asked: Hey evay, i was looking at this old info of Amy, and It says that she wans't always at home, did Aurora had any issue with that? Did some part of her childhood she could say that she had mother issues? (Sorry if you can't understand, my english it's terrible 💀)

A: Your English is excellent! I wouldn't go so far as to say Aurora had mother issues. Amy wasn't completely absent from Aurora's youth, she was just working a lot so she wasn't constantly at home the way Sonic was. It would have made things a little awkward/emotional at times because that naturally made Aurora favor Sonic a little more when she was younger, but that also made the times she did have with Amy all the more special. Aurora never thought to herself "My mom has abandoned me because she's never home," it was more of a "Work is stupid and being grown up is stupid because it means Mom can't stay home and play with me all day." Aurora and Amy grow a lot closer as Aurora gets older and better understands the meaning of responsibilities and commitment.

A: Wow, that's so kind of you to say! Thank you so much! I hope you do make ref sheets for your characters :) I haven't planned anything with Silver for my AU yet. To be honest, I don't know his character very well and I try my best to always keep the original characters in-character, so that's why I haven't done anything with him yet. But I recently purchased the volumes of IDW comics and I'm hoping to understand him better and then I will be more confident writing him! Secondly, none of the Shadora horde are immortal. They have stronger immune systems so they can heal faster and are less likely to get sick than the average Mobian, but they are still mortal and still age at a normal rate. Thank you for the questions and compliments!

A: Thank you so much! I need to make a comic about it. When they were young they were all exploring the different zones and Cinder was really struggling with some of the obstacles so he was already getting quite aggravated. Diamond noticed this and offered to help because some problems are better solved as a team, and Cinder immediately gets pissed and tells her to buzz off. She gets upset that he snaps at her, and there's some escalation between the two and finally Cinder blows up at her (literally). He immediately regrets it as he did not mean to hurt her, but the damage is already done.

degux asked: What would happen if Metal Sonic ( somehow :v ) met CC ?

A: Hmm. Well, even though Metal Sonic is based on Sonic, I love stories that involve him having an identity crisis and ultimately deciding that he's not just going to be a clone. He's his own entity, right? They're alike, but they're not the same. I don't know where he'd be on that self journey by the time he meets CC, but she'd definitely see him as his own person, not as a Sonic copy. But likely he'd still be an antagonist, so they'd end up having to battle lol

A: They definitely exist in my AU, but I haven't completely decided what their roles are yet. I can see Vector becoming Cream's stepdad (I'm not passionate about the VanillaXVector ship but I know it's practically canon), and then that leads me down a rabbit hole (pun intended) of how does that affect the dynamics of Team Chaotix? I have some rough ideas but I need to spend more time on it.

A: I had to add this question immediately after because your idea of Grunkle Stan made me laugh out loud! Oh my gosh I love that!

A: ¡Gracias! The character you're referring to was an OC made by my friend Nana, a Sonamy fankid named Spazz. I sometimes drew him interacting with Aurora because my friend Nana and I just liked to draw our characters interacting, but Spazz is not a part of my AU. Nana is no longer on tumblr so that's why there aren't any Spazz art/comics anymore.

A: Infertility is a very real issue that many people (including those very close in my life) deal with. Although I do think it's very important for people to be able to see their experiences reflected in the media they consume to help them remember that they aren't alone in their experience, this is not something I wanted Sonic and Amy to have to deal with for Boom!Baby. The chapter where Sonic references making multiple attempts during a certain window of time was not meant to imply that they were struggling with infertility. It was instead supposed to show that now that they've both decided they want a child, Amy doesn't want to take any chances to make sure it happens lol. TMI - Even without fertility issues, getting pregnant is not always guaranteed so it can take a lot of planning and timing (and frankly, luck) to be successful. Super TMI - I headcanon that Sonic and Amy are already intimate A LOT so now that they're trying for a baby it's above and beyond and that's why Sonic is tired in that chapter lol

A: Hello! I have seen the movies and I read some of the books, but I don't know the series all that well. Actually, I don't remember Ginny being in the movies much at all, so I was a little confused when she and Harry ended up together. Maybe there was more to it in the books that I just never read. So if I'm going solely based on the movies I've seen, I can't say that I see the correlation. But that's not to say you're wrong in thinking that :)

But Shads, Silver, Blaze, and even Surge have fun dynamics, and Metal doesn’t really strike me as a character that is able to be shipped effectively… Thoughts?

A: There definitely are ships that I don't understand. But if I don't understand or don't like a ship (or fan theories, or whatever), I'd rather just not talk about them. I used to indulge in that style of arguing discussion when I was a kid but I don't do that kind of stuff anymore. If I don't get something I just say "That's not for me" and move along. I do support the MetAmy ship myself but it's not at the top of my ship list (lol). I like it because Metal Sonic is based on Sonic, and if they're meant to be similar and I believe that Sonic does care about Amy, then that logic would tell me that Metal cares about Amy, too. And even though Metal is a villain, Amy does care about his well being (just like she cares about everyone's well being). Metal Sonic is also one of the main reasons Amy and Sonic met in the first place, so I think she holds a special place in her heart for him, even if it's not 100% romantic. That's my reasoning, but I don't want or expect you to change your opinion.

A: Hmm, I think my fav Shadora art is the comic where Shadow and Aurora discuss her "wings" (back quills). It started out as just a fluffy piece but I think it really set the tone for their relationship in my stories. As far as a double date -- I could see them trying a double date early on when Shadow first states his intention to date Aurora, but it doesn't go well. Years later when Sonic is more accepting of their relationship I could see them occasionally going out for lunch/dinner together instead of just their weekly family dinners at home.

A: CC doesn't need to rest, but Tails is so soft that she just loves to lay against him so she'd definitely use him for a lap pillow more. BONUS POINTS for using his tails as a shawl around her shoulders! Shadow is more likely to rest his head in Aurora's lap. The way she strokes his quills is very soothing and makes him feel content. She also has thick thighs so very, very comfy for lap pillows!

When the fifth moon hatches during Thorn's own naming ritual, making her one of 2 people who saw it happen, she knows she's been chosen. But back at home, nobody believes what she saw, choosing to instead take the moon's disappearance as a sign of celebration as it mirrors religious scriptures. So Thorn sets out to find physical proof, and uses the opportunity to document her travels. She doesn't know that her view of the world will be thoroughly challenged, but she also doesn't know about the friends she'll make <3

Currently watching: actively i've been binging GLOW i have like two episodes left i got really hooked! it's such a good show i'm already so fucking pissed it got cancelled and i haven't even gotten to the cliffhanger yet. but the more i learn about this cancellation the more pissed i get. also very funny that whenever i watch a tv show about women doing sports i'm like "omg i should do that" my friend said it's like sports anime to me and she's so right. other than that i'm still getting through Laverne & Shirley (S5), The X-Files (S4), Columbo (S8), and i've been watching a bit of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (S1) with my little sister!

Currently obsessed with: i am in such a slump lately i'm not gonna lie to you. am i obsessed with anything rn? up until one or two weeks ago it was Starsky & Hutch occupying my every waking thought but i've calmed down about them i think rn. uhh. of course Quantum Leap and MASH always on the mind. well i've been trying to grow some plants (Hutch core) but they all keep dying except for my loyal pothus (Starsky core).

THEORY TIME ON WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO COPIA!

I just read the most amazing theory over on tiktok related to what is going to happen to Copia and it aligns to a lot of stuff I have been thinking about, let me share it with you. Check @another.emeritus on tiktok for their video on the topic!!! (I need to theorise I am sorry this is eating me alive).

So you know how this era (the Copia era) has been very focused on Nihil and Sister Imperator's relationship, with the YouTube videos and mvs, the release of Seven Inches of Satanic Panic etc... And the current album and tour make reference to Sister Imperator herself (we all know how Tobias loves his lyrics to sound like other words to add the double meaning) as in IMPERA/RE-IMPERA TOUR/Imperator. It is also very important to consider the meaning of the word 'impera' itself. In Spanish it means to prevail, but it comes from the latin word of rule and imperator is emperor in Latin (not suspicious at all).

On the one hand, we have the very obvious phonetic connection but then with have the RE in the tour. As a prefix 're' can mean two things: again or back (like repetition). What if this tour is the start of a new set of Papas outside of the Emeritus bloodline? A new reign. Maybe this is too niche but what if we had similar Papa's to the originals but slightly different? Like if you know JoJo's, this would be like what happens after Stone Ocean (spoiler: the universe resets and everyone is slightly different).

It could be that, but I like the other idea better, maybe it is a new bloodline. As @another.emeritus says in their video, maybe Copia will be the start of a new bloodline, the Imperator bloodline, with a new set of Papas. We know that there are no more Papas left, and I don't think Toblerone is going to pull the distant cousin card on us. This also allows me to talk about the meaning of the word Emeritus (this post is the proof that I have a degree in English philology lol). Emeritus refers to a ruler that it is no longer ruling, a retired one, not a dead one, a retired one. It obviously refers to Nihil, but what if the surname itself is going to be retired completly?

Also, that we got so much background to Imperator and Nihil's story, which almost feels like when in a movie they provide flashbacks so the audience gets attached to a character before killing them off. To me it feels that way. Maybe that story is going to repeat itself with Copia and someone that Imperator chooses, someone easy to manipulate. This last part would also connect to Darkness at the Heart of my Love... WHAT IF Copia has been in love this whole time, has had a lover and that song is for them? They cannot be together because of the tour but when summer ends, meaning the tour, they are going to reunite (another use of 're' lol). That would also explain the 'spicy' whispers of the song. Like the song itself is quite sad and all, but the background whispers are horny af ("pleasure me", "obsessively"...)

In summary, I don't think Copia is going to die, I think he is going to reign, be the start of a new Satanic Empire in the clergy and his progeny is going to continue with the Ghost project.

I don't know where to put Swiss' odd behaviour in this theory, but it has also been bugging me. If you think of anything please use this post to share, let us create a little debate to cope with the intrusive Copia dying thoughts.

I've been quite thoughtful in the last months of how I engage with my hyperfixations, and especially with my current love for Terzo, because I have now understood the reason why I love him so much...

But essentially it's a very complicated thing.

Because reading also the opinions on Tumblr (such as yours), I see that with many fans we have a point in common: that is, that in him we see a symbol of hope.

For me, but also according to the lore itself, he's a man who has faced a lot in his life; and yet he managed to embrace its dark sides and face them, becoming the Satanic Pope that we all know and love.

So, according to my terribly parasocial logic, I see him as a person who would be able to give me comfort in difficult times, because he would know how it feels.

Because he is, even in appearance, mature and elderly.

Mature above all because life has made him this way.

I am honestly very pessimistic in these moments, starting from the last few years.

And if I got a tattoo inspired by Cirice, because that song came on the radio precisely in a difficult moment (a day coming back from the psychologist) and before the reports of war and suffering increased.

As much as I'm obsessed with it, it brought me so much happiness to be in this fandom. Also seeing in Terzo a comfort character, if I may say so.

I see myself in him, that's why I love him so much and I wanted to do a tribute on my skin 🥺

Terzo is a very good guide in difficult moments. You're right, his image combines optimism with a knowledge of the dark sides of life, from the Peter Bebergal's promo and music videos to the complex improvisational character that is embodied on stage.

Terzo has always epitomized for me the strength and willingness to stand up for good things while fighting bad things. He seems like the kind of person who always broke into the thick of things and was never afraid to look difficulties in the face. He cared for those who were weaker and didn't think about whether the danger was comparable to his own abilities. He followed his heart and led people.

About hope. A friend of mine, who doesn't know Ghost well but knows of my fascination with Terzo, once told me a dream she had. It cited obituaries for all the deceased Papas. The obituary for the Third had text whose meaning could be summarized in one word: HOPE. Apparently, it's something that's in the air. And you don't even need to know lore well to feel it.

War is an event that makes a lot of people show the worst sides of their nature. Sometimes, when you look at it, it feels like the world is going to hell and people are turning into monsters. Life turns on you with its ugly side. Even if you're not directly involved, just watching from the sidelines. ESPECIALLY if it affects you directly. But that doesn't mean the world has gotten worse. It's just that it turned his ass on you.

There are two sides to the song Cirice. On the one hand it's about a moth that flies into a deceptive light. On the other, it's about a man who reaches out his hand. Like in the photo I recently reblogged, he reaches out and says: I know this darkness, I will lead you through. I also have a moth symbol in the form of a neck pendant. Depicting it on your body is an even more powerful step. I'm glad if it makes you feel like your supporting character is always with you.
