That looks to be a Peruvian Apple Cactus of the same variety I have! If pollinated, those flowers fade into tasty fruits and that's just very sexy of them.
I stopped at my favorite cactus nursery early in the morning and their massive 25ft+ nightblooming cereus cactus still had a flower open!!
