thinking about sparrow once again putting everyone else before him post canon as he helps lark find a new purpose in life outside of the doodler and helps hero get into college and tries rebuilding a relationship with normal and pretends his relationship with rebecca is unchanged and plays emotional support to terry and grant when they need it and offers over and over again to help henry rebuild old earth and DOES help rebuild san dimas all while getting out of being asked about his own mental health simply by not being around long enough for anyone to notice he’s drowning because despite the pride and his mothers forgiveness and the rediscovery of his druidic heritage sparrow has never been more lost in his life and yet he doesn’t want to be a burden on anyone’s shoulder because he doesn’t know if he deserves it
