I really enjoyed ep. 7 it was the cutest fucking thing to come out of this whole show. To know that there is a universe out there where they get to be happy, even if it means Vi is dead, is nice.

And Himerdinger's little song was too cute (and he's not dead. The ending, after some thought and not just going off of my instant reaction which was to scream and cry and pull my hair out, was perfect for the show.

I honesty like how it gives you that feeling of I guess unfinished, like you know there should be more because that's what they want us to feel. The arcane world is so big and there are hunters of stories to be tole and even though I'm sad Vi and Jinx's story is done I know it's not really done, done which is in a way comforting.

This show really was beautiful.

I liked the mix between magic and reality. It really has set a high standard for any animated TV shows that I really doubt anyone will be able to replicate.

But I'm pumped for Penelope of Sparta because greek mythology AND stunning animation/storytelling??? Yes please sign me up I will eat it up.

.......now I'm just gonna...sit in my room....in silence for a good while because even though this show was stunning I'm sobbing

A question about your writing process:

Do you typically write stories in order, or do you like to skip around scenes when you write and then piece them all together at the end/fill in gaps later?

Bothhhh? Kinda?

You know how a lot of dancers use a focal point when doing a lot of turns to minimize dizziness? Like that.

I write a lot of climax or end scenes while I'm working on the first 1/3 of the story. I like it because I can add breadcrumbs and details that make the climax better. It's like having Google Maps on, but muted.

For the free-for-all that is all 287K of Eagles in Truro, I wrote the 20K epilogue, Pearls Make the Girl first.

For Vis à Vis à Vis, I outlined the stadium massacre scene after the first two chapters. I wasn't sure when it would happen, but I knew that was the destination.

For FSBO, I knew from the start that Rose was initially going to be rejected by Draco.

For Ugly Duckling, I knew after the first few scenes that Draco was going to fuck it all up.

So I think it takes me a couple of chapters to get to know the characters I'm writing and how things are going to come to a head.
