5 Reasons to Buy a Hyundai SUV
Whether you are looking for a vehicle that offers you space and comfort or you need to get on the road quickly, you should consider a Hyundai SUV. There are many different models to choose from, so it should be easy to find one that fits your needs.
Santa Fe
Designed as a mid-size SUV, the Hyundai Santa Fe features a spacious interior and a high-quality interior. With five passenger seating capacity, the Santa Fe offers class-leading rear legroom. The Hyundai Santa Fe also features a spacious cargo hold that can hold up to 72.1 cubic feet.
The Hyundai Santa Fe is available with a variety of trim levels and engine options. The base model is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 191 horsepower. The turbocharged version of the same engine produces 281 horsepower. The turbocharged version of the base engine also offers fuel economy of 22 city/28 hwy mpg. The turbocharged version of the engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Hyundai Santa Fe is also available with a 226-horsepower hybrid powertrain. The hybrid version offers 36 city/31 hwy mpg. It also provides an all-electric driving range of 30 miles.
The Hyundai Santa Fe also features a number of safety features including a rearview camera, a tire pressure monitor, and active front head restraints. It also features a 630-watt 12-speaker audio system and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Hyundai Santa Fe offers a range of desirable features that are included on all models. These include a 10.3-inch touchscreen, a head-up display, and a high-position console. The Hyundai Santa Fe offers the option of a power glass sunroof, as well.
The Hyundai Santa Fe is also available in a longer version that offers 7 seats. The longer model is also offered in two wheelbase variants.
Venue
Designed to sit below the Hyundai Kona, the Hyundai Venue is a compact crossover SUV. It is available in three trim levels, and offers more than 60 Blue Link Connected features. The Venue has an 8-inch color touchscreen system.
It also boasts an advanced vehicle-to-vehicle front crash prevention system. There is also a slew of driver-assistance features. These include: a rearview camera, blind-spot detection, and a rear parking assist system. It's also equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Hyundai Venue also offers a five-year, 60,000-mile warranty. It also comes with a complimentary maintenance plan. This includes free three-year roadside assistance. It's also covered by a warranty for towing small watercraft.
The Hyundai Venue is also designed for urban driving. With its boxy, SUV-like exterior and two-level cab, it can easily maneuver through traffic. It also offers a decent amount of cargo space. It can accommodate 18.7 cubic feet of cargo behind the rear seats.
The Hyundai Venue also offers a slew of features, including a sunroof. There's also a plethora of connectivity features, including Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Wi-Fi. This makes it a good choice for families.
Hyundai has also expanded its lineup of SUVs and crossovers. Its compact crossovers include the Santa Fe and Palisade. In addition to the Venue, Hyundai also offers the Santa Fe Sport, the Tucson, and the Kona. The Venue will debut in select markets during the second half of this year.
Ioniq
Designed with ecological responsibility in mind, the Hyundai Ioniq is a plug-in hybrid that blends gas and electric power. The car is equipped with an automatic transmission, LED headlights, daytime running lights, and paddle shifters.
With a dual-motor layout, the Hyundai Ioniq offers a 0-60 mph time of just under five seconds. The car has 320 horsepower and 446 lb-ft of torque. The brakes are strong, providing enough stopping power to keep you safe.
While the Hyundai Ioniq has good handling, the ride quality is a little rough. The suspension never feels settled, and the steering wheel has an odd self-centring action. At higher speeds, the road noise is noticeable. The car feels spry in town, but not as stable as a Toyota Prius.
Hyundai is planning on selling 1.8 million battery-powered vehicles by the end of the decade. The company wants to accelerate the shift to electrification in the U.S. and has invested over $10 billion in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and electric vehicles.
The Hyundai Ioniq Electric can be charged in six hours with a 7kwh charger, and it has a 194-mile range. The interior is conventional, with mostly grey plastics. There are some cosmetic coloured accents, but the rest is very basic.
Hyundai Ioniq Electric is a pleasant car to drive, and it's cheaper than its gasoline rivals. But the car lacks some of the character of a BMW i3, or the imaginative design of a Nissan Leaf.
Kona
Originally introduced as a compact SUV, the Hyundai Kona has evolved into a fuel-efficient and practical vehicle. It offers a wide range of driving assistance features and a reasonable price.
The Kona is available in two or four-wheel drive and with a variety of engines. It can be ordered with an optional turbocharged engine that boosts power. The base engine produces 147 horsepower and can be ordered with front-wheel drive or an all-wheel-drive system. The engine can also be ordered with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
The Kona has a funky subcompact SUV look that's designed to be fun to drive. It has a high seating position and a good view of the road. The interior features quality materials and a comfortable cockpit. The Kona comes standard with blind-spot monitors, automatic emergency braking, and forward-collision warning.
The Kona has a low dash, a pronounced fender line, and body cladding. The interior is organized around a central infotainment display. It's also available with upmarket upholstery options. The Hyundai Kona's steering wheel features nicely grained leather and integrated controls.
The Kona's power driver seat offers more adjustability than other cars in this class. It's also got a nice amount of head room.
The Kona's suspension helps dampen bumps and isolates the cabin from pavement imperfections. It also features an adjustable steering wheel. It's not as communicative as the steering in some other vehicles in this class, but it's comfortable and responsive.
Tucson
Compared to the first-generation Tucson, this SUV is more spacious, has improved visibility, and is more refined. It is also more affordable, with a base price that is similar to the Honda CR-V and Subaru Forester. The Tucson's interior is attractive and elegant, with soft-touch materials and a flowing dashboard.
It is available in three trims. The SE model comes with an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system and wireless Apple CarPlay. For a sporty appearance, the N-Line model includes unique wheels and red stitching on the interior. A panoramic sunroof is also available.
There are three powertrains available. The base engine is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 176 horsepower. The 1.6-liter CRDi and 2.0-liter Theta II petrol engines are also available. Both engines are paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Tucson also offers a plug-in hybrid option, which features a turbocharged 1.6-liter gasoline four-cylinder.
The hybrid features an electric motor that produces 261 horsepower. The Tucson also offers several safety features. The vehicle can be equipped with blind-spot warning, lane departure warning, and pedestrian detection. The Tucson comes with a digital key smartphone app that provides remote start, locking, and unlocking features.
The Tucson also offers a 5-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty, and complimentary scheduled maintenance. Its warranty covers the battery for up to 160,000 km.
Its base price is $26,450 for the SE trim, and it starts at $35,710 for the premium Limited model. In addition, Tucson Tucson models come with a $1,295 destination fee.
Veloster N
Powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, the Hyundai Veloster N puts 275 horsepower to work for you. This is a lot of power, but it's still just a tad less than the 370 hp Volkswagen Golf GTI. This is because the Veloster N has a limited slip differential that controls power to the front wheels.
It's also a fun car to drive, thanks to its standard variable exhaust system. The turbocharged four-cylinder also has an overboost function that raises torque temporarily. This function works in conjunction with a torque vectoring system that allows the car to maintain a tight line.
It's also got a nifty interior that blends plastic, cloth, and metal. It also includes an eight-inch touchscreen. It's also got Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, both of which are nice touches.
The Veloster's steering is super sharp and the car's handling is excellent. It also has a fairly large trunk, which can accommodate two suitcases. The Veloster N can also be outfitted with a dual-clutch automatic transmission, although it adds a whopping $1,500.
It's also got the Hyundai Blue Link telematics system, which provides vehicle diagnostics and remote control of a number of vehicle features. This system also provides automatic crash notification.
The Veloster N also has a third door, which is a nice touch. It's also got a pretty good warranty. Compared to the competition, Hyundai has some of the best warranties in the business.

Safest Compact Suv 2020
Tumblr media Tumblr media
SUVs are really popular vehicles these days, and the smaller ones are a popular size for buyers, too. Many buyers also have safety high on their must-have list, especially since SUVs are great for transporting families. Carfax recently took a look at some safe small SUVs, and Mazda ranks highly on both the compact and subcompact lists. The 2020 Subaru Forester and 2020 Mazda CX-5 top the list of safest compact SUVs, while the 2020 Mazda CX-3 and 2021 Hyundai Kona lead the list of safest subcompact SUVs.
2020 Subaru Forester
Each year, NHTSA crash tests vehicles as part of our 5-Star Safety Ratings program. In addition, we do verification tests on advanced crash avoidance technology systems in vehicles. Here are the lists of vehicle models selected for each test. Best Safety Rated SUVS of 2020. Best Safety Rated SUVS of 2019. Find a Top 10 List - New Car and Used Car. Most Fuel Efficient. Based on fuel-economy. Auto manufacturers continue to make safety a top priority across all makes and models. Here are the 2020 SUVS that have the best safety ratings according to the National Highway Traffic Safety. The Highlander was all new for the 2020 model year, and it's a good SUV. But that's just it. In a large class full of three-row options, the Highlander falls short of being a class leader.
Tumblr media
The 2020 Subaru Forester comes in first on the Carfax list of 16 safest compact SUVs of 2020. The Forester comes standard with Subaru’s EyeSight suite of driver-assist features as well as a rear-seat reminder. EyeSight provides adaptive cruise control, advanced adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist and sway warning, pre-collision braking, and pre-collision throttle management. Additional safety features, including blind-spot warning and rear cross-traffic alert, are options. The top Touring trim also includes additional safety features, like reverse automatic braking and DriverFocus, which helps cut down on distracted and fatigued driving.
The 2020 Forester comes standard with all-wheel drive, providing the SUV with great traction. It also comes standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The 2020 Forester is also an IIHS 2020 Top Safety Pick+. It received a five out of five from the NHTSA.
Which Compact Suv Is The Safest
2020 Mazda CX-5
RELATED: The 2021 Mazda CX-5 Is Worth the Upgrade for the New Safety Features
The 2020 Mazda CX-5 is second on the list of safest compact SUVs of 2020. It now has adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, and blind-spot monitoring standard for 2020. However, the automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection don’t work at speeds higher than 50 mph.
All trims of the CX-5 except the base one come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, allowing for hands-free phone use and reducing driver distractions. The 2020 CX-5 is also an IIHS 2020 Top Safety Pick+ and received five out of five from the NHTSA.
2020 Mazda CX-3
On Carfax’s list of the 17 safest subcompact SUVs for 2020, the 2020 Mazda CX-3 came in first. The 2020 CX-3 comes standard with the Mazda i-Activesense suite of driver-assist features. That includes adaptive cruise control with stop and go, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, pedestrian detection, and a head-up display.
The CX-3 does also come standard with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. This subcompact SUV is an IIHS 2020 Top Safety Pick+. Sophos apple. It also received five out of five from the NHTSA.
2021 Hyundai Kona
Coming in second on the list of safest subcompact SUVs is the 2021 Hyundai Kona. The 2021 Kona comes standard with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, and a driver attention warning system. All trims except the lowest one also come with blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Skipping up to the top Ultimate trim adds adaptive cruise control and pedestrian detection.
Using Secure Socket Layer, you can establish a secured connection between the client and server. It helps to safeguard sensitive information such as credit card numbers, usernames, passwords, pins, etc. You can make connections more secure by creating your own SSL context using the HttpClient library. Apache httpclient ssl. If you want to use the Apache HTTP client instead of the Java HTTP client, you have to provide to SSLFactory your keystore and configure DefaultHTTPClient to use it in the HTTPS protocol. You can find a working example here. I hope that helps.
All-wheel drive is available but not standard on all trim levels. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on all trims of the 2021 Kona. The 2021 Kona is an IIHS 2020 Top Safety Pick. It received five out of five from the NHTSA.
Safest Luxury Compact Suv 2020
Carfax took a look at small SUVs available during 2020, examining ratings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). These ratings along with the advanced driver-assist features included in the SUVs helped determine which compact and subcompact SUVs made the lists. Buyers looking for small and safe SUVs should consider the 2020 Subaru Forester, 2020 Mazda CX-5, 2020 Mazda CX-3, and 2021 Hyundai Kona.

2021 Hyundai Venue Denim
The 2021 Hyundai Venue is the affordable small SUV from Hyundai that's designed for Urban Adventure. In fact, Hyundai refers to the Venue as their “Urban Compact SUV”.
