3 AM epiphany:

Han Yoohyun: loves Yoojin so much that he hates and doesn't want to exist in the world without Yoojin in it.

Sung Hyunjae: loves Yoojin so much he learns to love the world that Yoojin loves and the life he shares with Yoojin.

This is especially more special if you add the fact that both hunters find the world boring and uninteresting. Especially shj, after universe-hopping so much, he finds living to be incredibly dull that he literally longs for death that he literally cannot achieve. But meeting hyj has turn shj from passively suicidal into loving life, loving the world he's in, all bcs he meets someone who cares for him like a human being.

Yoojin not knowing English very well is fun because when international hunters call him Honeypot (a term referencing seduction since he lured so many people to their death in the Hong Kong auction) and he doesn't understand what that means At All, so he basically has these strangers coming up to him saying "you are the most fuckable hunter around" and when he asks what they mean Yoohyun (actively tearing up proposals for Yoojin) just goes don't worry about it.

As I get more and more into s-classes that I raised, I understand Yoohyun more. And its kinda sad.

He is the reincarnation of prominent fire. He isn't fully human. His parents felt there was some problem with him, so they left him alone, never cared for him. He was a subject of negligence. Others also avoided him. Yoojin was the only person who cared for him.

Yoohyun never understood human, their emotion and the complexity of it. He never understood society and how it works. And probably that's why he never understood the consequences of him leaving Yoojin and how badly it would hurt Yoojin and Yoojin's reputation, how badly people would treat Yoojin and how it'd slowly eat away Yoojin from inside.

That's why he never understood the complex feelings Yoojin would go through if he is to leave Yoojin.

Yoohyun probably knew Yoojin loved him enough to not stop hoping for his return(I think, because Yoohyun wanted to reunite with Yoojin once he had a strong position), but he did not know Yoojin loved him enough to endure all the mistreatment and still go to dungeon raid and all just to get his approval, just to be a brother that is not a burden.

And its sad. Its sad that he couldn't understand humans. That he was doing everything within what he could understand. That he didn't realize all of it will make Yoojin more and more sad.

As someone who had stuggles understanding emotions, society, interaction and human relationships, I know this struggle. And I find myself feeling sorry for a charcter I never thought I would(I used to dislike him) now I feel sympathy for him. And it made s-classes I raised all more sad for me :)

Sometimes I think about how people look at Han Yoohyun and Han Yoojin and think "how can they be related!" for various reasons. Looks, strength, personality- and lets actually stop at that one. Personality. Because people especially S-ranks who know/knew Han Yoohyun in the time he was away from hyung, will meet Yoojin, and may think "well hes a little odd hang out with all those s-ranks/not being scared by me, an s-rank, but hes overall just a sweet, nice, and normal guy". Like. Both Han brothers are so super crazy. Its just put under two types of facades (if you can even call Yoohyun's playing nice excet a facade).

I think the way baby Yoohyun cried is sooo cute, especially since it was all crocodile tears. Here is this tiny little guy deciding to get his way by crying because he saw it on tv and then his hyung, also a tiny little guy, starts crying too because he was so startled and itty bitty Yoohyun never anticipated that reaction so he just sort of stops crying so hyung will stop crying and this was never meant to end this way.
