my whole family is being punished bc my mom is pissed abt work. She’s doubting us all and losing faith in God and it’s making everyone miserable. This is why this f/o thing is important to me. I get, completely understand that Carl Hickman is not real but the simple thought of something that comforting existing in my subconscious, paired with a little faith (not tryna push religion/faith or anything, it’s just something I rely on more than my f/o, really) is enough to make it not seem so bad. Anyways I do apologize for the long message and I just really want to thank you for your blog. I’m understanding this more and I think it’s amazing to find others who embrace the fictional world like I do, who need it like I do. Most people in close proximity don’t understand it and it can make one feel very alone, especially if they’ve used comfort characters/imaginary friends/fictional others for as long as they can remember.
