I always follow instructions very well. This #chocolatecharcuterie of cherry, brandy, hazelnuts, cacao & cream told me to pair with a #cabernetsauvignon red wine & I obeyed. Bingo! I love the pairing, as this Chilean #wine has #chocolate notes as well as flavour notes of red plum. Well done @hummingbirdchocolate. What’s better than a really good #beantobar #chocolate maker? A fab beantobar maker that has really good packaging. I’ve always loved and respected @hummingbirdchocolate for their dedication to the craft of chocolate making, but they just keep getting better and better. #bestchocolate #canadian #chocolatour favourite. This bar pictured is the #copan variety that features notes of caramelized sugar, toasted almonds & bread! I love it! So silky smooth & rich. Made from #cocoa beans grown in #honduras
