It's Huey! This is an alternative design for pokemon trainer Huey from Pokemon Rejuvenation. He is dressed in attire that is meant to be a similar style to The Puppet Master. There's a specific reason for that, if you've beaten chapter 15 then you know what that is. I made this as part of the Rejuvenation art collab hosted by @twixstari which is a really cool event.

why is v13.5 actually so insane. i'm up to terajuma now and the way every single map and like 90% of scenes are overhauled is making me lose it.
the only problem i'd have is i don't like new flashbacks in cutscenes but that is SO MINOR compared to how this version does like. EVERYTHING better??? a lot of things already got prettied up in v13 (goldenleaf is the same as v13 i think for example + the whole blacksteeple arc) but
god. man. the new sidequests introducing plot relevant characters much earlier so the world feels more cohesive and alive. the added silly character interactions so i actually care about the terajuman crew now. the additional lore. new pokemon. the everything
v13.5 is everything ok!!
