when he's tired he loves hugging you and is even more cuddly in bed, will never admit it but it helps him sleep

his way of showing love is gifting you little things/making food and drinks for you

he always leaves before you wake up but he will make you tea/coffee and breakfast <3

not a huge cuddler but he won't push you away, at most though you will get an arm around the shoulder

he's a huge hands on person, so one of you is always touching the other in this relationship

people will always find you two cuddled up somewhere when he's not on a mission or in a briefing

the amount of times mactavish has kicked you both out of the rec room for cuddling on the couch late at night is phenomenal

if you two manage to get a mission together he's hugging your back in the briefing as you play with his hands

will always stay close and pull you behind cover too, its just an excuse to touch you

at first he's very distant

every time you touch him gently in passing or hug him he gets tense and flustered

soon enough he warms up to it and finds himself seeking your touch

but god forbid he will initiate it

the most he'll do is touching your lower back or grabbing your arm

his way of showing he cares is quality time, so he prefers sitting with you somewhere quiet and listening to you talk, sometimes engaging in a conversation as well

when you two are fully involved he'll let you cuddle up to him in private since he's not big on pda (he's supposed to be the 'tough guy'!)

the most pda he'll give is probably a forehead kiss when the two of you split up, he's better at that than cuddling

much like ghost he will probably only do forehead kisses when others are around, but he will let you show as much pda as you want

its just that he feels pressured not to engage in pda by his peers

but he's all for cuddling ect in private (except he doesn't get much privacy so those moments are special)

gets nightmares quite often so the feeling of you cuddled up into him helps soothe him when he wakes up

he's a very open person so he has no problem saying i love you

i also feel like he gives amazing hugs
