@virtualstrangerpanda and I were trying to classify the different schools (based on how academically competitive and prestigious they were) and the presence of these two in otherwise "smart" schools really threw us in for the loop. And thus, the somehow "academically selected" duo was formed. By coincidence, they have white-ish hair, so Lev and Osamu also fit right in, making a group of 4.

But the real question is: who would win in a game out of the "academically selected" and the idiot quartet from karasuno?

This song from the haikyuu soundtrack makes me a little crazy everytime I hear it both because it’s a really beautiful piece of work by composer Hayashi Yuki and also because it’s used solely for the most climactic character moments where the team and especially kagehina are pulling off triumphant feats of athleticism.

Anyway while trying to figure out how to translate the title I found a violin cover that goes Extremely hard (the violinist starts riffing and really flexing her skill partway through) on YouTube of someone in a Kiyoko cosplay. It’s worth a listen even if you haven’t seen Haikyuu!!
