Take your Xiaomi Redmi 2 Pro phone and go to menu and then go to setting. 

find Additional setting and tap "Factory data Reset"

now "select All File on Phone"

Confirm reset.

After that hold down Volume Up + Power key together for a few moments

Release all keys when you see the Mi logo.

Select "Wipe Data" and "Wipe All Data". Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to confirm that.

Now  select reboot. Done!!

After factory reset my phone can’t connect to internet

Q :  I performed reset my Xiaomi Redmi 2 Pro phone. Now i can’t connect to internet and the sim card was not recognized. There is a error code too  “E:failed to mount /pre load” A : Contact your Network severs provider (SIM). If there is no any error msg then you should ask Internet settings for your phone.
