man sometimes you gotta make your own gender euphoria by reminding yourself that you're undercover and actually trying to trick people into thinking you're cisgender

What’s mikey, izana and shinichiros ideal type
Sorry I didn't reply on time. This weekend was... a lot.
Full disclaimer, this is NOT a solid or end saying of these character's type. I'm basing this solely on my discretion and the Monster's universe aka the fanfiction that I'm writing. Okay with that said, let's get into it:
Solely based on Monsters (cause idk in canon what's that going to be):
Mikey Sano: His type is someone that can match his energy. He's very energetic and sometimes brash, so he needs someone who can either match his energy or go with the flow of it without getting worn out. If he's up, your up, if he's tired, you're tired too cause HE wants to cuddle. Bonus if you're pretty too and have a nice set of boobs (people don't like adding physical attraction but trust me it plays a BIGGG part in having a type), he will definitely want to cling on to you or use your chest as a pillow.
In monsters, he likes someone who is sexually experienced as well. Not that he won't be gentle when he wants to, but he prefers not having to teach someone everything from start to finish what they should do. He may also like someone independent who can hold their own, preferably soneone with a strong character who won't let anyone push them around, not even himself. This is why he's not a fan of Reader in monsters at the beginning.
Izana Kurokawa: I feel like his type is someone who is intriguing. He'll have to know the person first but he's very observant and would notice if something in that person piques his interest. He rarely falls in love but surprisingly, he gravitates towards kind and gentle people, despite being the opposite and thinking they are weak. Being hot lookwise is a factor, but Izana doesn't really care about that or your body type.
He can be very clingy during sex, so he'd like if you're responsive and cling on to him or indulge him that way. He needs to be in control at all times and someone who fully surrends themselves to him is a dream come true. Overall, in character, loyalty to a fault is what he values the most. He wants someone who can trust him and blindly follow him, even if it's to hell and back.
Shinichiro Sano: In terms of Monsters, he also likes kind people. People who are inherently good and try to do good. People with a pure heart and a gentle soul. Someone that will accept him for who he is no matter how odd he is. Physically if you're hot, you'd catch his eye, but really this man thinks every girl is hot so you're in luck. Bonus if you're thick anywhere.
He's the sweetest during sex so he won't mind a virgin or experienced. He's very patient and would match whatever pace you want. Just being vulnerable is enough for him.
I also think he'd like someone who wants to take care of him. He's been a father to his siblings, a leader to his gang and he's always watching other people's backs, so it'd be nice if he can switch off his brain to be with you because he knows you got him.

Oh man, now I'm running with this headcannon.
I think he'd be the professor who's always disagreeing with something. Usually the existing/accepted body of research and textbooks, occasionally other professors (eventually he learns to just not even bother with the theology professors), but never his students. At least not outright, he tries to offer constructive criticism when he feels the need. (It's a new thing for him so it takes some practice.)
His classes would be pretty hard though. Ed has always been a super freaking genius prodigy, and so fails to grasp when the students don't understand. It's hard for him learning how to teach things that came to him so naturally. More than one student has had a breakdown because they don't understand all the technical jargon he uses and they feel like it's a foreign language class.
That being said, I don't think he's a super hard grader. In fact I don't think he'd care all that much about grades in general. Ed just wants to share his knowledge and will try his best to help people understand, but if someone doesn't care or isn't willing to put in the work to learn, it's not his problem, their loss.
But he does care about the students. He's not that great with emotional expression, so if a stressed or distraught student comes to him for help, he'll call up his wife and have her talk to them. Cases of sexual harassment have also gone down pretty significantly since Ed joined the staff, since he makes it a habit to boot anyone he sees harassing someone else with his automail leg. And that kind of thing spreads fast among the students.
He'd also be a professor everyone wants to take a class from just so they can confirm the crazy stories from other students. It's been a long time since he was really recognized as the Fullmetal Alchemist and most people don't know about it, but boy if he doesn't say the strangest things that make the students (and probably a good deal of the faculty) wonder what the heck he did in the past.
Since alchemy isn't a fully fledged institutionalized course of study, Ed technically teaches in the chemistry department. Some of the higher level classes delve into alchemic theory and those are the sole jurisdiction of Professor Elric. There is also a state-sanctioned Alchemy Basics course that is required for any alchemy study and Ed also teaches this, but man would it be a trip.
"Hello class, this is Basics of Alchemy. Now as required by the state we're supposed to cover the restricted taboos of practicing alchemy, like transmutation of gold or trying human transmutation. Which isn't possible anyway so don't bother. Believe me, just don't try. This course is also required to cover the tenets of alchemy's law of equivalent exchange, which is absolute bull****. So instead this class will be dedicated to proving equivalent exchange wrong. And if the state has any problem with that, well then Fuhrer Mustang can come say it to my face. I'll jab him in the eyes as a nice reminder."
Besides just being unexplainably knowledgeable about alchemy for a guy and can't perform it, it's comments like those that Ed makes oh so casually that lead to rumors and a whole bunch of speculation about what exactly this small town professor's relationship to the country's Fuhrer is?! And it doesn't seem to just be the Fuhrer either.
Roy Mustang has always been one of the most admired and eligible bachelors in Central, and his popularity only skyrockets once he becomes Fuhrer. University-age girls are totally part of the fan-base that fawn over him. So when the newspapers report that Fuhrer Mustang is finally engaged to his recently retired former subordinate Riza Hawkeye, it's the talk all over the campus. One group of students even claims that while they had been discussing the hot news, Pro. Elric came up behind them, looked at the headline, and then walked away proclaiming,
"She could do a lot better than him."
Students who take his classes usually also end up learning a lot about other countries. (A broad world view was not something many in Amestris had up to this point or considered important, so Ed makes sure to include lots of different sides to things and plenty of personal anecdotes.) Which makes sense because it's clear he's done some pretty extensive traveling to the west and apparently his brother (who is a famous alchemist, that does seem to at least be verifiable) spends a lot of time exploring the east. But there are some oddly specific things he really shouldn't know?! Professor Edward Elric of Resembool can't possibly be on speaking terms with the emperor of Xing?! That one has to be just a rumor, right?
Basically, I just see Ed being a teacher who is really passionate and cares about students to want to learn. But at the same time, really just doesn't give a flying fruitloop about anything.
Whatever else, no one could ever say his classes weren't interesting.
(Also his office is plastered in pictures of his wife and kids. And there may or may not be a smudge or two if oil somewhere at all times)
Be honest, do you guys think Edward would make a really good professor, or is he the type to write mean comments on the students papers, make students stand up and answer questions in front of everyone, and curse to himself every five minutes.
