Wondering what to do with those #cymbidium orchids you got at @traderjoes or @wholefoods or @samsclub ...but are out of bloom 🌺and just sitting there with scrappy tough foliage, healthy but boring? I had several gallon pots just as I described. So I plopped them in some urns, stabilize them, and place them outside a set of French doors off my kitchen. They will get lots of bright light and fertilizing on this summer vacation, hopefully rewarding me with future blooms.
