Custom content that you need
As usual, I have used tons of custom content in this build, I have listed it all down below. You don’t need to download everything if you don’t want to, but without the essentials this house will look nothing in your game like it does in the pictures. As for the EA content, I own all the sims 4 packs and I used almost all of them I think.
Please note that my game is set now in the early XX century, so of course my builds are too (or at least that’s what I try), you can always modernize it.
See the CC list here.
Download link here.
It’s a link for the tray files. For them to show up in your game you only have to put those files into your Tray folder. Â
I hope you like and enjoy it! I wanted to say too that I am open for suggestions for future builds, so if you have any requests, ideas or inspiration, please send me an ask or a DM. And, if you use some of my builds in your stories and you upload them, it would be nice to be tagged so I can see it in use! It’s just that I would love to see people using it.
Happy simming everyone!

Monteroble Tour - Last Day
1923. On the last day of their Monteroble tour, the Earl and the Countess of Lucrète honoured Their Majesties with a ball at Vassyl House.
HM The Queen opened the ball with the host, while HM King Joseph did the same with his wife. Monteroble’s most remarkable upper-class and aristocracy personalities attended the event to commemorate TM’ visit, which has finally come to an end after four days. They are expected back in the capital this week.
HM Queen Edith II is presiding at the opening of the new railway works next month, a huge progress in Brosnia’s communication net that will presumably have a great impact on the economy.

Monteroble celebrates Their Majesties’ visit with a parade
1923. On the third day of their Mont-Baix tour, the visit of Their Majesties Queen Edith II and King Joseph was celebrated with a military parade through Monteroble, the capital.
The event attracted large crowds that gathered at the city’s main streets and avenues, hoping to see Their Majesties. This is the first time the Queen has been to the Mont-Baix capital for an official visit since the war ended five years ago.
The Viscount and Viscountess of Monteroble, Their Majesties’ son-in-law and daughter, followed the monarchs’ carriage in the procession. It has been implied that their presence is part of the plan to improve their reputation and popularity, after the great damage Princess Edith’ image suffered before her wedding.

Your builds are amazing! One problem I am having is with the chairs. I've downloaded so much already (had a lot of the CC previously), but the chairs aren't showing up, nor are some desks, like all the chairs in the conference room at Cleavreau Palace, and the tables in the drawing rooms. Do you know what I may be missing? I thought I had everything. Thank you! xoxo
Hi, thank you!
There was an update a while ago and all the chairs needed to be replaced.
I have updated the links and everything should look normal again.
Happy simming!

The Kingdom of Brosnia celebrates the Independence Day
8th of June, 1922. The Kingdom of Brosnia commemorates today the 128th anniversary of the victory on the Independence War (1793-1795). The celebrations began in the morning at the Place du Gerrier at the capital, Bayrón, with the traditional offering to the Soldat Corageux statue. HRH Princess Rose, the Queen’s youngest sister, was the person responsible for the honor of placing the offering this year.
All members of the brosnian royal family attended the event, and were joined by some members of the government and the church. The ladies of the royal family are the only ones allowed to wear the “brosnian veil” on certain occasions; wearing this veil is considered the greatest honor for a female in Brosnia.Â
The Duchess of Deveraux was seen in public for the first time in months after the visit of HIM Emperor Felix IV of the United Realm, and we got to see her in the middle stages of her third pregnancy. The child is due to be born by the end of the year.
After the offering, a Mass was celebrated at St. Mary’s Cathedral. It is tradition to offer this mass to the fallen brosnian soldiers of the war.
Cleavreau Palace released a message by Her Majesty Queen Edith II, in which she wished all brosnian citizens the happiest and merriest Independence Day and expressed, as usual, her gratitude to “all the sacrifices and lost lives that were made so many years ago, and to which we owe our freedom.”

The Duke and Duchess of Deveraux announce the birth of their third child
1922. Great news came from Deveraux Castle this morning: the Duchess gave birth last night to a baby boy. Both the Duchess and the newborn prince are well and in a healthy condition. The baby’s name has not been officially revealed yet. This is the thcouple’s third child since they got married in 1913.Â
This new addition to the brosnian royal family is HM Queen Edith II sixth grandchild and is a Prince of Brosnia and fourth in line for the throne (after his older brother HRH Prince Nathaniel) by birth right.
There is no information yet about when the christening will take place, but it will most likely happen after the Christmas holidays.

HRH Princes Clarisse’s birthday
1922. HRH Princess Clarisse, second in line for the throne, celebrated her 7th birthday recently. The young princess lives with her parents, the Duke and Duchess of Deveraux, and her younger brother HRH Prince Nathaniel at Deveraux Castle.
As a future monarch, the princess is expected to receive a proper education. She is being tutored at her home by her father’s governess, Miss Claire Watergrove. She has also private tutors that teach her French, German and Constitucional History.
There is not much information about the princess’ character or personality, since she seldom attends official events and her mother has always wished to protect her privacy until she comes of age. Some sources say, though, that Princess Clarisse is a very polite young girl with a high responsability and morality sensei
Let’s wish HRH Princess Clarisse a very happy birthday!

HRH Princess Edith of Brosnia marries Lord Holden Northup, the future Earl of Lucréte
1921. The long-awaited moment finally arrived: HRH Princess Edith married Lord Holden Northup, the Viscount of Monteroble and heir to the Earldom of Lucréte in a small ceremony at St. Catherine’s Church.
The couple had been engaged for over a year, a time when they had to deal with a series of rumours about an alleged romance between the princess and a member of the royal guard. Fortunately, they eventually took a step forward and became husband and wife.
The wedding was announced just a few weeks ago, and consisted of an intimate ceremony officiated by the Bishop of Bayrón, followed by a traditional salute at Cleavreau Palace’s balcony and a formal reception. Only the royal family, the groom’s family and some high members of the brosnian court attended the event.
We hope this union puts all the rumours and the gossip behind and allows the newlyweds to make a fresh start and enjoy their new lives together.

Princess Edith’s Royal Ball
1920. HRH Princess Edith is about to turn 21 and Their Majesties believe is time for her to get engaged. Therefore, a royal ball was held at Cleavreau Palace to receive potential suitors for their younger daughter. Unmarried heirs and aristocrats from all around the country attended the event in an attempt to get to court the princess.
The young princess looked stunning in an embroidered white dress that featured a loose cut, following the “new look” fashion. She didn’t look interested in any of the bachelors that paid their respects to Their Majesties pursuing her favors, as she didn’t seem like she was paying any attention to them. Rumor has it the princess had already chosen a candidate prior to this ball, without asking the permission of The Queen. There is no information about who this mysterious gentleman could be, or how Their Majesties would react.
Later in the evening, she was instructed by her parents to open the dance with Lord Holden Northup, the Viscount of Mounteróble and future Earl of Loucréte. She also danced with her father, King Joseph, and some members of the Parliament.
The Duke and the Duchess of Deveraux were also seen dancing together and enjoying the evening. They have taken care of Princess Edith ever since she moved with them during the war, and it is known that the Duchess and her share a very intimate relationship.
In the end, it will be Her Majesty Queen Edith II who will choose her daughter’s husband, most likely before she turns 21 next year, so it won’t take long before a royal engagement is announced. We are certain that Her Majesty’s decision will be the best for the princess and will make her very happy.

Rallies before the elections: socialism is on the rise
1921. The first elections for the Parliament since the war are really near, and the tensions between the Popular Party and the Socialist and Liberal Party are higher than ever, specially since President Shaw announced some months ago his plans to restore Saint Arle’s Cathedral.
Mr. Reginald Derry, the socialist head, has been leading a campaign all around Brosnia to promote his party for the last few weeks prior to the elections. The high number of people that showed up to all these meetings has placed a lot of pressure on the Popular Party, who is afraid to lose the position of power that it has always enjoyed at the Parliament.
However, President Shaw said he was “not worried” and that he relies on “the good judgement of the brosnian citizens” in a speech made last week during a public hearing.
We’ll have to wait and see the result of the elections at the end of the year, which could indeed turn around the brosnian politics in a new and unseen way.

The Queen opens the Parliament after the elections
1922. A new year has arrived, and with it a new legislature at the Parliament of Brosnia. The elections took place at the end of last year, and the results gave the power again to the Popular Party, led by Lord Shaw, with 12 representatives out of the 20 members that form the Parliament. However, the Socialist and Liberal Party tripled the number of representatives they had, achieving a total of 6. The Church re-elected the 2 representatives it already had chosen in 1914, the Bishop of Bayrón and the Bishop of Monteroble, to continue in their charges.
These unprecedented results challenge the supremacy that the Populars have always held at the Parliament, and leads to a lot of questions about how these 6 coming years will go. Even though they double the Socialists in numbers, they have lost 4 representatives.
Shortly after the elections, it was announced that Lord Shaw would continue to be the President for this legislature, as he becomes the longer lasting brosnian Head of Government in history.
Yesterday Queen Edith II presided the Solemn Act of the Opening of the Parliament. She pronounced a short speech to mark the occasion:
"My Lords and Members of the Parliament,
I am speaking to you today as Head of State and Queen of Borsnia, our great nation, to formally open this session of the Parliament of Brosnia and celebrate it’s 21st Legislature. (...)
In the past few years we have faced war, disease, loss and grief, but we have also grown and come through every challenge together. The Kingdom of Brosnia is a great nation formed by great people, capable of overcoming any obstacle that comes in the way. (...)
(...) I trust you, my Lords and Gentlemen, to lead this country into a better future, as is your duty. (...) The Constitution is the venue for any feelings that our citizens may have, and it is the commitment of this chamber to respond to those requests accordingly.
It is my honor and privilege to declare opened the 21st Legislature of the Parliament of Brosnia. May God Almighty bless you and guide you through it.”
The re-elected president, Lord Shaw, swore the Constitution before being invested President of the Government for the third time.

Royal wedding on the horizon! Princess Edith is engaged
1920. Finally, Their Majesties younger daughter, HRH Princess Edith, has received a marriage proposal from Lord Holden Northup, the Viscount of MonterĂłble and future Earl of LucrĂ©te.Â
The couple went for a walk through the palace’s gardens chaperoned by Their Majesties, the Duke and the Duchess of Deveraux along with their children and Lord Northup’s parents, the Earl and the Countess of LucrĂ©te.Â
After a short walk, Lord Northup asked Princess Edith for her hand in marriage, after of course having received the permission of The Queen. The young princess accepted the proposal and thus, her mother’s wishes.Â
Later on, the now engaged couple enjoyed a luncheon in the gardens with their parents to celebrate the news.
The royal family hopes that this engagement puts the rumours about Princess Edith having an affair to an end. However, we’ll see how the people react to the news, as the engagement hasn’t been officially announced yet. In the past few weeks there has been a lot of chatter about the princess being involved in a romantic relationship with an unconfirmed individual, although some say he is a member of the Royal Guard. These rumours have increased considerably especially after Princess Edith’s ball last month. It is very uncommon for a princess to look that uninterested and bored when meeting her suitors. If these rumours turned out to be true, the royal family would be exposed to a scandal of a magnitude that’s never seen before in Brosnia.Â
Let’s hope this wedding brings Princess Edith as much joy as it surely does to Their Majesties, as they marry off their last children.
Prince George is considered to be a great father
HRH Prince George, the Duke of Deveraux, took the chance to spend some time playing in the gardens with his daughter, Princess Clarisse. Some say the Duke loves spending time with his two children and taking care of them, something very unusual for a man in his position.
