Late lunch is my first visit to @hotstar_canada on Granville, where I enjoyed an Original Large Fried Chicken combo with fries, and chased with a blue curacao yogurt beverage - which tastes exactly like curaçao on ice with a splash of vanilla Yop. The chickie is a bit like katsu breast (watch for the lucky breastbone!), tender and juicy, with a schnitzel-style breading. Not for folks with small appetites! However, there is little information about how to prepare this finger-licking street food. There is only some sporadic information about Taiwanese chicken steak written in the native language. Therefore, I have decided to take on this recipe and explain how to make it in English. The size of the Taiwanese chicken steak is about 30cm long, which is even unable to achieve by butterflying just once. That is why I did it by butterflying twice to form a larger piece with a sharp knife and pound it with a meat mallet. After a very tiring day for us, we decided to satisfy our day with this heavenly taste and satisfying food! Hot-Star Large Fried Chicken! Honestly, I forgot my half chicken fillet last night. Sabi ko pa naman, magugustuhan nila ate yung chicken barbecue. KASO Naiwan ko sa c.r. after, sa sobrang pagod at antok na. I forgot the chicken. So sabi ko, baka hnd pa nagdinner si ate (yung janitor sa c.r.) so sana kinain nya na lang, sayang naman kung itapon pa. So ganun na lang, positive thinking na lang. Ganun talaga, pagod na eh.
