i did all of these things, almost did not include 'prosper' due to my wretched nightmare that started the morning 45 minutes before my alarm and also waking up with the ol' migraine classic 'sick-headache', BUT due to my beautiful sandwich i will count it!!!! casserole making was surprisingly good also. i used to hate doing it across two days because that's two whole days where my whole Big Task focus is making a dang casserole, but on reflection i do actually like having a more chill day of sunday groceries/ingredients prep, and it's less of a marathon to split it up. i think it will taste good also 👍 and i eat it for 2 meals a week and i made 12 portions so that will last me 6 weeks hewhew :3 didn't do one of my monday chores as i spent an indeterminate amount of the afternoon in a haze laying in bed with an ice pack and listening to taz and trying really really hard to not have a migraine. it did help a little! i never normally rest™ when i feel more ill than normal unless i'm physically incapacitated because i'm always feeling some kinda way chronic-illness wise and i find it nearly impossible to draw the line of 'bad enough' to stop everything because, like, i live alone and if i stop then my whole house stops. BUT 'taking it easy but taking it' is something i'd like to practice more! and it helps when i'm taking note like this of when small changes i make feel good (: also switched up my monday dinner as well as monday lunch and they were both improvements! dinner a more subtle swap (oven chips instead of making some manner of mashed potato cooked in a pan again) but i still liked eating it more which was my goal 👍
i wanna regain my social spoons i miss chatting with my friends long style...... :( it's different just putting my thoughts into A Post like this i just have been running on empty for 'involved reciprocal conversation' lately and i miss everyone BUT hopefully i will be back soon <3
MONDAY QUEST! - make casserole. for some reason i feel chill about this despite it normally being one of my nemesis tasks. maybe it's my migraine placidity, maybe it's that i prepped half the ingredients today. who knows but i'll take it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - make and eat a beautiful delicious sandwich <3 - prosper - monday chores (as many as i can pleasantly do, they're not way time critical ones like some of my other day-assigned chores are)
