Jade Leech

At first, Jade didn't really take much notice, simply because he was too engrossed with sharing to you all about his "fungi expertise". He was just very happy you paid close attention to him and showed genuine interest in them.

He likes to go on and on about it, in contrast to his softspoken nature that most people know (as well as that sly, sneaky and skeptic persona people can also get intimidated by-).

But the more he looked at you in the eye, the more he realized they looked rather dazed and... dreamy? He was rather curious, simply because he didn't think you'd be so in awe about his mushrooms.

He placed his terrarium bowl down, smiling teasingly at you. "My, my, I didn't know you were so 'awe-struck' by my collection and knowledge of fungi, s/o. Are you really into it, more than me? I won't lie I'm quite jealous of your burning passion, much brighter than mine it seems, fufu~"

You blinked. "Huh? I mean, I am for sure, but the way you talk and share about it is just really cute, and you sound really handsome just like that, hehe~" you smiled back, oblivious to how you made the eel feel his heart leap out.

Slowly, a blush crept up from his neck towards his cheeks, a bright pink doused his fair cheeks.

He smiles dumbfounded but regains his usual polite (just less poised) smile, and his eyes softened.

"Ah... so that's why... ", he mutters to himself. <3

Honey (Honeyuu) Ryuu

This is Honeyuu btw, they're my Yuusona! ^^

Unlike Jade, Honey's not really into fungi. They're actually way nerdier than expected (or maybe it was expected-). They love Literature, a nose stuck into a book and when they aren't, they're sharing all about the book they have recently read to someone close (such as Deuce or A*e).

With you, it's no exception. Be prepared to have Honey ramble about History class, Literature class, the books they have read, and if you're really close to them, so much lovey-dovey, cheesy romance chapters that made them squeal and kicked their legs like a crazy person on the bed.

(Kyuu: Honey would read to them their favourite chapters over key lime pie and fawn over how the chapters are so good, and they wished they were the main character who got their prince charming- they're slightly joking they love Kyuu/ S/o the most- <3)

Sometimes Honey thinks you also have similar interests with them about books, and love novels and just all the "nerdy-book stuff" A*e summarizes it as. You just looked as dazed as they were, and Honey wonders if you love them a lot, or if you're dozing off-

"Say, you always get so dreamy whenever I talk about all my books. Do you love them a lot or are you paying attention...? I- I mean, not to sound rude, I really don't have any bad intentions, it's just that, you know, you look really dazed and all, and I wonder if you're-"

"I am interested. It's just that I also love how you ramble about them and it's just really adorable and cute when you do that. Your voice makes it more charming and endearing," you smiled.

Honey malfunctions, with their whole face turning bright red, cheeks burning out of embarrassment and fluster. "H-hey! Y-you can't just say that out of the blue like that...!" they stutter. (Kyuu: "W-WAIT- KYUU- Y-YOU- I-I- MMMHRPPHHHHHDGHDJH-") <3

It’s too quiet.

Eerily quiet.

Of course the library would a silent sanctum of exciting, ancient knowledge, but it felt as if it had become...

a desolate, tingling ghost town.

Where was Honey? You’d usually see her frantically organizing each book, borrowing stacks of them, or just engrossed in the stories themselves.

Where was Aepper? That quiet butler who sat by the window sill of the library high and unreached, silently looking at the view or was helping his crow master with never ending chores and tasks.

Where were they?

You crept behind a bookshelf, hearing footsteps approaching your way. You hid, unaware that 2 pairs of eyes lingered on your very form.

“You know we can see you, right?” You turned to look.

A tall, slender man with curly black hair stared at you with a stoic expression. A girl with white hair with crimson streaks only smiled enigmatically, a familiar peppermint essence was she dawned with.

“You’re...”

“Yeah we,” the man retorted.

“Honey and Aepper,” he simply states. “Who’re you?”

Yes! I’ll be accepting Honeyuu and Aepper requests, followed by, ahem, Male! Honeyuu and Female! Aeppermint! Requests will be open on 1 May. 

You may ask questions about them, however!

Trey Clover is a stupid man in all that he does.

He’s someone who forgets about his own wellbeing, constantly putting others above himself, constantly working extra hard until he’s more than beat. Whether if it’s for his own personal gain or he’s genuine and caring, it’s still a stupid act.

“Trey!” the ravenette huffed as she made her way to the green haired man, tired hands working on perfecting the frosting of the cake with a spatula.

“Honey? Oh, hey!” he smiles sweetly as the girl felt like her heart almost leapt out. Her face burned pink, gritting her teeth, she promptly snatched away the spatula from his hand.

“Do you have any idea what time it is?” she asked crossly, causing Trey to divert his eyes away from hers.

“Um… pretty late?”

“Pretty late?! It’s 12am! Can’t you just stop and take a break? Or at least ask someone for help, it’s been 6 hours!” she placed her hands in an akimbo.

Trey sighed, wiping the beads of sweat from his forehead for him to realise he’s been in this stuffy kitchen for far too long. “I didn’t want to trouble others to help me, and besides Honey, they’ll mess up.”

“At least call me! I-I’m capable enough, you know?” she pouted, as she grabbed the bowl in his hands and stirred the frosting for him. “Just go look after the cake, and drink water, geez! Stay hydrated! N-not because I care, b-but I don’t want to deal with an unconscious body empty of any H2O a-and stuff… and your breath stinks..!”

Trey blinks, before smiling softly, cheeks dusting red. “Yes, yes. Of course, Miss Honey.”

He’s someone who forgives too easily, and worse of all, puts the blame upon himself, stupid for thinking that everything is his fault without evaluating the situation, or that it was a stupid move to save him from the convenience of a longer fight occurring.

“I’m sorry, Honey.”

“You didn’t even do anything, dummy...”

Honey sniffled as Trey wiped her tears with a pained expression. Miscommunications were inevitable, and so were the lashing afterwards. Well, there wasn’t much yelling, but the tears weren’t because Honey was hurt by Trey.

It was because she thought she hurt him.

“I didn’t mean to say-”

“Whatever you’re saying right now should be me saying it... are you stupid?” she muttered.

“You’re right, you’re right, I am stupid,” Trey states calmly with a sigh, rubbing her tear stained cheeks. 

“You’re not supposed to say that...”

“Then what would you like me to say?” Trey asked quietly, thumb still rubbing just at the surface top of her skin.

“That you’re mad at me...”

Trey only lightly chuckles, now pushing her hair away from her face. “Now why would I be mad at you? I know you don’t mean what you said, right? I’d forgive you always,” he smiles.

Honey looks at the man in front of her with disbelief, blushing a pale pink before diverting her eyes away. It looked like she wanted to say more.

He’s stupid.

Gosh.

The two sat at under the tree in the courtyard, a peaceful silence ringed through the area as they stared into the vast blue of the clear, unclouded sky.

“You know...” Trey broke the silence, and Honey hummed in response.

“That cloud looks like a flower. Maybe like a violet.”

Honey raised an eyebrow. “Are you THAT hungry?”

Trey laughed, smiling brightly. “No, no, nothing like that. I just associated the shape of it to something I like, not necessarily saying I am but... it DOES sound ideal to eat a huge crystallised violet...” he joked.

Honey looked towards the oddly shaped, fluffy white cloud, observing the irregular roundness of the cloud itself.

“It looks... like a clover.”

Now it was Trey’s turned to raise his eyebrow. “What? How so? Is it because...” Trey’s voice droned off, smirking as the prefect slowly realised her statement.

“Oh you little-! D-don’t jump to conclusions!”

Trey chuckled softly, placing a hand over hers. “Don’t worry, now that I look at it more, it kind of looks like a bee. But it can’t be as cute of a bee as you,” he winks, teasing the flustered girl (?).

“Oh my sevens, you’re so cheesy...”

Trey Clover, for all that you do, you are so stupid.

“Rook?”

“Ah! Le cheri (literally just means ‘honey’, as in the food-)!” Rook hums back to the girl standing awkwardly at the entrance of the botanical garden.

She still wasn’t used to such a big enclosure in an academy. The ones she had back at her world were the measly size of half of her own classroom, which was quite small to begin with.

“I see you brought along your mint plant! Are you here to get your resources?”

“Um, yeah,” she shuffled for a small shovel, though that wasn’t the only thing on her mind, to just move her grown vegetation to another pot.

“Hmm, I wonder... have you also came to see Rose Chevalier?~” he grins. Poor Honey choked on the purified air, now suddenly feeling like she’s in a vacuum area.

“W-what?! N-no!!” she turns away.

“Then perhaps you came here to see Monsieur Détective!”

Now she’s in space. Bare.

“HECK NO-”

A certain other female with black hair and a single purple streak watched from afar, resting under the shade of a palm tree as she sighed.

That Yuu...

“Ahuhuhu~ Still in denial, my dear friend. No worries, no worries. People don’t change overnight.”

“I AM NOT IN DENIAL, ROOK. I DON’T LIKE EITHER OF THE-”

“Sure you don’t,” Rika nonchalantly said from her spot, causing Honeyuu to blush harder.

“I really don’t!”

And as if on cue, the two troubling men came round the corner and popped up to see the flustered girl; Aster coming from the entrance as Trey was holding his own plantation.

“I see you’re mint plant’s in good condition. Need any help?” Trey smiles sweetly, the flushed girl truly trying to flush down her feeling of swooning.

“No, I don’t need-”

“Clover-san, I believe you have your own plants to tend to. Why don’t I help since my hands are free?” Aster smirks.

“Yeah, no-”

“You’re not an expert at this, and you’d probably mess it up.”

“I sai-”

“Don’t you need those strawberries for the next unbirthday party? I think you should focus on tending them and let me take care of Yuu-yuu’s things.”

“Excuse m-”

“Well, I thi-”

“STOP!!” the girl huffed. “I’m doing it MYSELF,” and the girl storms off with her small shovel in her clutched hands, and the slowly dying down blush.

The two men sighed. “Stubborn...”

Meanwhile, Rika and Rook sat quietly under the shade, snacking on the chips Rika had brought to the garden.

“Oh how I wished it lasted longer~”

“The feeling’s mutual, Rook. The feeling’s mutual.”

Okay so like- can I just imagine Trey, even though he’s super sweet and shit, he has the tiniest bit of tsundere in him or something?

Like- every time you keep being nice to him and always thank him for helping you, he keeps saying “I’m not a nice guy, you should know. I’m just trying to stay out of trouble and be polite”,

but then you one day tell him that you found some new alternative to help you in something and he all of a sudden try to make you reject the idea-

you ask him why since it’s for his convenience and he blushes slightly and looks away and says that he doesn’t mind helping you actually-
