Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins about 1 lb each. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Season the pork tenderloins with salt and black pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, and smoked paprika. Place the seasoned pork tenderloins in a baking dish and pour the honey butter mixture over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
