#p.m. arts#digimon#digimon 02#oikawa yukio#honestly i had completely forgotten what his deal was until i rewatched 02 recently#honestly a fantastic character#somehow the creators managed to make him both creepy and sad but also funny as hell at the same time#also he was like. the villain through all of 02 instead of having a bunch of different bad guys like adventure did#so easily the best villain in the adventureverse imo#i should maybe make a serious art including him instead of constant meme shitposting but we'll see
