Was Clarke just waiting at her own grave for Lexa to show up or did she have another plan for how to tell her

She’d been sneakily surveilling Lexa’s movements and followed her. But Clarke’s backup plans have backups, so she would’ve found another way, most likely catching up with Lexa on the trail - she knew roughly where Lexa was headed, after all.
