Honeslty Venelle (fyi that’s the official name for Whip lady now) is gonna be a fun character to have thrown into the mix but man is she gonna be a challenge for my low-tier villain writing skills; Current Villains/Antags outside of her have always either been the very black and white Big Godlike Monster villain (Saka), Saka’s monsters, or villains that were regular people that just ended up inadvertently under the strings of the Big Godlike Monster villain, so shallow af. Closest villain to break that mold is probably Harriet’s antag (an actual oceanic criminal who is strongly fueled by envy/jealousy towards Harriet and just won’t let it go), but even she succumbs to Saka by the end of the day.

Venelle is a very different cut of cloth from the others I got; She has no personal vendettas/motivations against any of the protags, she doesn’t have any motivations about making the world a worser/”better” place, she is a character that would most definitely spit at the face of the God of Destruction rather than fall under Saka’s influence, she has so far appeared to herself as a possibly nomadic character who just wants to keep food on the table while also getting a potential thrill in the on the side of getting her cash if the chance arises. That’s not a bad thing, but at the same time that can be potentially difficult to present in an antagonistic fashion, especially if her unpredictable (to me at least) nature makes it not so easy to have as a threat to other characters when she needs/has to be.

Category "Total flex" – whenever I hear a song from this tier, I can only dance or sing, that's legendary

Category " I love it" – obviously, just like it without explanation, tho it's not as cool as total flex

Category "Decent" – well, there are good songs, but I don't feel special about them. I've included Dystopia and Carla×Shin duet song cause they are the best out of all Kino songs and all Carla×Shin songs, also Kino's VA sounded as if he was trying his best. 😔 But I hate his vibrato lol.

Category "I'd listen to the instrumental only."– IMO the instrumental is SICK there, and vocals... meh. Especially Campanella and Kyuuai Labirinth , they are cool

Category "Weak" – bland songs. Well, LaitovsShu song is okay, but I remeber only "against the blood" and that's all, it is not enough for decent category

Category " ew. " – just something sounds awful. I hate Arcadia with all my heart, tho Ayato's songs are always on the level. This melody and " hello bloody morning" grows the aggression in me. Mayim ☆ Mayim also sounds disgusting, the tempo is kinda dull; and Carla×Shin's songs are meh by the definition.

Category "I laughed" – LITERALLY when this started playing I started laughing. It sounds stupid I'm sorry.

And I genuinely haven't found ShuuvsReijj song. I doubt it's existence

Something about their voices in particular.

As you can see, Kimura Ryohei's (Kou's VA) voice is my main preference when it comes to music, idk thats perfect. Midorikawa Hikaru (Ayato's VA) is also sounds cool while singing, but his voice sounds tense, sometimes I think it's hard for him to sing. His tune is metallic, very "shiny". Takashi Kondou (Subaru's VA) sounds pretty like Ayato's VA, but his voice too rough and that's why he sounds even more tense 💀. In Itoshiki Pain he felt pain singing high notes I guess, BUT he is still plays the character.

And that's a huge problem to remain the character you play while singing 🗿

Tatsuhisa Suzuki(Yuma's VA) sounds perfect while singing, when I listen to him, I certainly can say it's Yuma, because of the speaking manner (? Or the charisma in general). He's been doing a great job, honeslty, true professional 👏. Yuki Kaji (Kanato's VA) also sounds very Kanato with his singing voice, and he is a God, literally, he's abilities are insane.

Hirakawa Daisuke (Laito's VA) has so damn attractive voice, but when he signs, it seems like music always covers him a little🗿. I mean, his voice isn't as powerful as I wanted it to sound, but, we have what we have.

We go on. Kosuke Toriumi (Shu's VA) and Kishio Daisuke (Azusa' s VA) are nothing like their character's. When Shu's singing, I keep in mind that the person who sings is SMILING while doing it. And the voice becomes a little bit high pitched. Though his voice is still nice and "soft". Kishio Daisuke has A BEAUTIFUL voice, but he's more like "calm Kanato" than his character, eh....

I mean, tf Rejet decided (or VAs themselves did ) that Kishio Daisuke (who has a slow talking characted) will sing, although Takahiro Sakurai (Ruki's VA) will not 🤡🤡🤡. I really miss the opportunity for Ruki's singing some painfully beautiful ballads.......

Katsuyuki Konishi (Reiji's Va) has the richest tone amongst all of the VAs, and, just like Kosuke Toriumi he sounds more energetic in songs, though with Reiji this trick sounds perfect, he has +100 to passion like that, and Shu... Shu is supposed to be depressed, yes?))) Toriumi sounds too happy for him )))

The Tsukinamis.... No problems with Showtaro Morikubo (Shin's VA ), he is like the character which was given to him, but Toshiyuki Morikawa (Carla's Va).... He has nothing in common with Carla, Carla sounds like an old medieval Japanese mobster, but when he sings, he's almost like his lil bro. Seriously, I've literally lost in the forest with only 2 trees while listen to their duet...

Tomoaki Maeno (Kino's VA) is good while he tries to be edgy, though his vibrato kills me (too small interval between each oscillation.) But he sounds pretty in general, I like it.

Real talk though: there are characters will be forever be skeptical of following. Here is that list.

Please note that I have biases and whatnot!!! but!!! that being said I will never not follow due to a character. I’ll still follow if I read your rules/bio/HCs because people have different takes on them.

PLEASE KNOW: I list these characters but I have followed/am following REALLY good muns and I have interacted with characters I don’t like. Because I know who to keep my personal biases out. In fact, some of these characters I have changed my mind on in the past because people have convinced me. It’s all on how you also portray them. I have seen people write very canon characters and write VERY CANON stuff and I’m like. OH SHIT, I get it now. The games only display a small portion of what’s going on so I love to see the bio written out and whatnot I think it’s a great way to develop characters.

Ash Ketchum: literally he can just go fuck off tbh. Anime as completely destroyed him as a character. Too many plot holes, and he never seems to learn??? EVER?? Also, he’s not god, like please no stop… He should have died several times over in the show. He’s not very bright at times even though he’s been on this journey and just??? yes??? I could literally go on. but I won’t. That being said, I know of a really REALLY good Ash Ketchum, and I need to find them again cause last I saw them it was about a yearish ago?? I still give Ash RPers a chance too but I’m REALLY iffy on portrayals. Like I have nothing against muns, but poeple need to understand that canon is really messed up and I will never fully accept the anime as canon at times due to what happened.

Ash’s Pikachu: Obviously for some of the same reasons. That and I really don’t like Pikachu. I’ve almost given up on trying to watch the newest movie too. somebody told me about it and I was like wtf lmao?? Besides that, you need to realise that the tiny ass mouse has official canon stats that are NOT UP TO PAR WITH GOD-TIERED stats such as Arceus or any of the other Legendaries?? Like please, no stop. Pikachu would destroy himself from those battles. Also some of those battles are sketchy af??

Barry: honestly annoying piece of trash…. Please I need to see some barrys in my live, make me change my mind about the character…

Mars, Jupiter, and yes, Cyrus: Saturn? I was genuinely fine with lol. But the sinnoh region was just honestly one of those games where I didn’t really understand much… 

Ghetsis: *shudders* he was creepy. I didn’t really like him.

Hugh!!!!: Honestly this is because I RPed a Hugh and have strong biases about him. I have only ever liked one other Hugh in my entire RP career and idk where he went D’:

Alola Region characters – Honeslty I was very dissatisfied with Sun/Moon. Thus, there are multiple characters I don’t like. Of these characters they are listed as the following: Lillie, Hau, Hala, Gladion, Faba, Lusamine. I also cannot stand Nebby and Kukui.
