चैतन्य भारत न्यूज फिल्म : अंग्रेजी मीडियम कलाकार : इरफान खान, करीना कपूर खान, राधिका मदान, दीपक डोबरियाल, पंकज त्रिपाठी निर्देशक : होमी अदजानिया मूवी टाइप : ड्रामा अवधि : 2 घंटा 10 मिनट सर्टिफिकेट : U (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({}); कहानी फिल्म की कहानी है उदयपुर में रहने वाले चंपक (इरफान खान) की जिसकी एक मिठाई की दुकान है। बिजनेस भी उसका अच्छा ही चल रहा है। लेकिन उसे अंग्रेजी बोलना नहीं आती। बीवी के इंतकाल के बाद उसकी दुनिया अपनी बेटी तारिका (राधिका मदान) के इर्द-गिर्द ही घूमती है। चंपक खुद तो पढ़ा-लिखा नहीं है लेकिन वो उसकी बेटी को खूब पढ़ाना-लिखाना चाहता है। उसकी बेटी भी पढ़ाई में ज्यादा तेज नहीं है लेकिन सपने देखती है लंदन में पढ़ने के। तारिका की जिद के आगे चंपक मझधार में फंस जाता है। उसे बेटी का सपना भी पूरा करना है, लेकिन उसे खुद से दूर भी नहीं जाने देना है। फिर वो जुगाड़ कर अपनी बेटी को लंदन में एडमिशन दिलवाने की पूरी कोशिश करता है। इस काम में उसकी मदद घसीटेराम (दीपक डोबरियाल) करता है। चंपक और घसीटेराम में ज्यादा बनती तो नहीं है लेकिन तारिका के लिए घसीटेराम मदद करने आ जाता है।

आखिरकार तारिका को आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए लंदन जाने का मौका मिल जाता है। लेकिन लंदन पहुंचने के बाद हालात कुछ ऐसे बनते हैं, जिनके बारे में चंपक और घसीटेराम ने सोचा भी नहीं था। तारिका को ट्रूडफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी में एडमिशन दिलवाने के लिए दोनों को कई हथकंडे अपनाने पड़ते हैं। क्या तारिका लंदन की यूनिवर्सिटी में पढ़ पाएगी? उसे वहां एडमिशन लेने के लिए कौन-कौनसे हथकंडे अपनाने पड़ते हैं? यह जानने के लिए आपको फिल्म देखना होगी। कैसी है फिल्म फिल्म की कहानी थोड़ी कमजोर है। कहानी में समय-समय पर उतार-चढ़ाव आते रहते हैं जो दर्शकों को कुछ हद तक खुद से बांधकर रखते हैं। हालांकि, फिल्म का डायरेक्शन कहानी के आगे कमजोर पड़ गया। फर्स्ट हाफ तो मनोरंजक है लेकिन सेकंड हाफ में फिल्म कई मौकों पर अपनी लय खोती है। सेकंड हाफ में कई ऐसी चीजें दिखाई गई हैं जिसका कहानी के बैकग्राउंड में कहीं जिक्र ही नहीं है। फिल्म का क्लाइमेक्स दमदार नहीं है। आप पहले से ही अंदाजा लगा सकते हैं कि आगे क्या होने वाला है। यदि आप इरफान खान के फैन हैं तो एक बार यह फिल्म देख सकते हैं।

It’s raining stars in Angrezi Medium‘s new song Kudi Nu Nachne De, which features Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, Janhvi Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday, Kiara Advani and Radhika Madan. The song was launched on Wednesday and it will surely make you want to groove. In the video, the Bollywood actresses can be seen dancing their hearts out. The peppy song is all about women being free-spirited. The song has been composed by Sachin Jigar and sung by Vishal Dadlani. Priya Sarajya has written the lyrics of the song.

Directed by Homi Adjania and produced by Maddock Films, Angrezi Medium is a spin-off of Irrfan Khan’s 2017 film Hindi Medium. Take a look at the poster of the film here :

Angrezi Medium is Irrfan Khan’s first film after being diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour. He was last seen in the 2018 film Karwaan, co-starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mithila Palkar.

Besides Irrfan, Angrezi Medium also stars Kareena Kapoor, Radhika Madan, Ranveer Shorey and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles and it is slated to release on March 20.

Hindi Medium has been one of the top grosser of the year 2017. Through the movie, a couple from Chadni Chowk is showcased who wants to be a part of elite class and admit their daughter in to a good school. Issues with the educational system have been highlighted also. Now, Hindi Medium will have a sequel which is called Angrezi Medium. In the sequel, Radhika Madan will be playing the role of Irrfan Khan’s daughter in the movie.

Actor Irrfan Khan revealed on Sunday that he had now launched a virtual version of his comedy Angrezi Medium that hit the stage on 13 March, but was running fast because of the tragedy with the coronavirus. The 53-12 month-old popular woman took Twitter to share the details on her online site for her videos.

The film made Rs.4.03 crores on its opening day on the box workplace.

Its first-day collection becomes critically affected following the closure of cinema halls in numerous states because of the coronavirus threat, in step with film critic Taran Adarsh.

The 2017 Hindi Medium, which featured in the leading roles of Irrfan Khan and Saba Qamar, follows Angrezi Medium.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan and Deepak Dobriyal also play a pivotal role in this film. The film was made through Dinesh Vijan.

‘Angrezi Medium’ song ‘Ek Zindagi’: Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan are coming tomorrow to melt our hearts with a soulful number - Times of India

Irrfan Khan, Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Angrezi Medium’ is one of the most awaited films of 2020. The trailer of the Homi Adjania directorial was released recently and it received rave reviews from everywhere. Since Irrfan will be seen post a long gap, fans are eagerly waiting for the film to be released.

After a mind-blowing trailer, the makers are now gearing up to launch the first song tomorrow. The song is titled ‘Ek Zindagi’ and it will be an ode to all those dreams which are yet to be fulfilled.

The song will showcase the life of Irrfan and his on-screen daughter Radhika. The soulful number will surely strike the right chord with the audiences. The song is sung by Sachin and Jigar, and the lyrics are by Kumaar.

Recently in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Homi said that despite the roadblock, the team waited for Irrfan since there was no alternative. “There was no alternative to him, this film was meant to be made with Irrfan, so we waited for a year. He came in like an almost clean slate, wondering whether he’d forgotten acting. But there was never a false beat with him; Irrfan is incredibly organic. Acting is in his blood, I’ve never worked with anyone like him before.”

‘Angrezi Medium’ also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Ranvir Shorey, Kiku Sharda and Dimple Kapadia. The film is slated to hit the theatres on March 13.
