well anyway I had meant to write out additional thoughts the other day but I never got around to it, so here we goooo
I am very much a person who enjoys a good home remedy, so I try them a lot & have had extremely mixed results. About 6? months ago, maybe more, I was starting to have consistent skin problems for the first time in my life. I have always gotten a zit or two, but I was getting several, puss-filled, painful, or deep cystic pimples. I stopped vaping (except when I drink, which has been 1/week max) in very early October. I also added in exercise, vitamins over the last 3-ish weeks however my skin was still unhappy. Past home remedies include:
rice water spray, which left my skin really happy & glowing but seemed to kick up small whitehead acne after 4-5 weeks
tallow, which again made my skin happily hydrated at first but then seemed to encourage really deep, painful pimples
tea water, which felt nice but didn't seem to do anything at all
Ice, which may have momentarily soothed bigger bumps but ultimately did nothing for the duration or pain
I also purchased some 'nice' skin care & a facial package, neither of which seemed to budge the needle at all. My skin looked & felt & was acting up just the same regardless of what I tried.
-brief aside-
About a month ago my stomach was swollen & painful as it often is because my intestines suck. I was googling home remedies & read about castor oil, which felt like snake oil to me. When I was at the health food store I saw it on the shelf for $7 & I thought to myself, that is not much to spend on being stupid & if it helps I will be relieved. So I did the stupid thing & poured some in my belly button & slapped a wash rag over it & secured it with my pajama waistband & went to bed. It worked to my amazement, but I thought it was a fluke, so I kept doing it, & it kept working, so I have been pouring it into my bellybutton & rubbing my stomach with it before bed every night for 3 weeks & for 3 weeks I poo every day lol. It is not a miracle, when I have food flares I still wake up swollen (less so but still), it did not fix all of my issues overnight but it did seem to make things move along at a more predictable pace. My belly skin was also super soft there when I woke up. I read about an hour of testimonials against it bc I was trying to talk myself out of it working, but it works, so I'll keep doing it even if it's just placebo effect.
While reading about it I came across several people who stated that it was also great for acne. Well now nothing has seemed to work, so I though whatever, let's try it. For a 3 days I put a very minimal amount on my face & woke up moisturized with diminished pimples! I haven't gotten a new one (aside from teeny tiny white heads that wipe off when I dry my face) & the old, big, painful lumps & dark spots are nearly gone. :3 It has been a week now and I will say that while at first it was acting as a very heavy moisturizer, now it seems to be drying my skin out so I am using hyaluronic acid beforehand.
I hesitate to recommend this for the face just yet, because often a thing can appear to be good for a week or so but end up causing a huge problem. Also, everyone is different. My friend SWORE by rice water but it just didn't agree with my skin. It could also be that I am nearly 2 months into greatly reducing my nicotine use. There are a lot of factors at play, but for now at least I am relieved that I have something that seems to be soothing my skin.

Get Blemish-Free Skin with the Best Acne Solutions
Acne is a prevalent skin problem affecting people of all ages. It can be frustrating and impact self-esteem, but understanding its causes and finding effective treatments can lead to clearer, healthier skin. In this article, we will explore the best solutions for getting blemish-free skin, including both home remedies and professional treatments available, such as anti-acne treatment in Ahmedabad.
Understanding Acne: Causes and Types
When oil and dead skin cells clog hair follicles, acne results. Hormonal changes, especially during puberty, menstruation, or pregnancy, can increase oil production, leading to acne. Bacteria on the skin can also contribute to inflammation, resulting in red, painful bumps.
There are several types of acne. Comedonal acne includes blackheads and whiteheads, while inflammatory acne consists of papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts. Recognising which type you have is essential for choosing the right treatment. For those seeking effective solutions, anti- acne treatment in Ahmedabad can provide tailored options to help clear your skin and restore your confidence.
Tumblr media
Effective Home Remedies for Acne
Many people prefer to start with natural solutions before seeking professional help. Several ingredients can be effective in controlling acne at home.
Natural Ingredients for Blemish Control
Tea Tree Oil: This oil has antibacterial properties that can reduce inflammation and kill acne-causing bacteria. It can be diluted with a carrier oil and applied directly on blemishes.
Aloe Vera: Known for its soothing properties, aloe vera can reduce redness and irritation while promoting healing. Use fresh aloe vera gel on affected areas daily.
Honey and Cinnamon Masks: Both honey and cinnamon have antibacterial properties. Mixing them into a mask can help clear up acne and reduce blemishes.
Lifestyle Changes
In addition to topical treatments, making lifestyle changes can significantly improve your skin. Consider dietary adjustments, such as reducing dairy and sugar intake, which can trigger breakouts. Incorporating stress management techniques like meditation and regular exercise can also help maintain hormonal balance and reduce acne flare-ups.
Over-the-Counter Treatments
For those looking for more targeted solutions, over-the-counter treatments can be highly effective. Seek out products that include active components such as:
Benzoyl Peroxide: This ingredient kills bacteria and helps reduce oil production.
Salicylic Acid: This acid helps unclog pores and exfoliates the skin, making it suitable for treating acne.
Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs): AHAs help remove dead skin cells and promote new skin cell growth.
When choosing products, always read labels carefully and consider patch testing to avoid sensitivities.
Professional Treatments for Acne
If home remedies and over-the-counter products aren't yielding results, it might be time to consult a dermatologist. They can evaluate your skin and suggest relevant treatments.
Popular Procedures
Professional treatments for acne include:
Chemical Peels: These use acidic solutions to remove the top layer of skin, reducing acne scars and preventing future breakouts.
Microdermabrasion: This procedure exfoliates the skin to improve texture and reduce the appearance of acne scars.
Laser Therapy: This advanced treatment targets acne at its source by reducing oil production and killing bacteria.
Tumblr media
Maintenance and Prevention of Acne
Keeping up a regular skincare regimen is essential to avoiding breakouts in the future. Use non-comedogenic products that won’t clog pores, and ensure to moisturise and exfoliate regularly. Regular check-ups with a dermatologist can help monitor your skin's health and adapt your treatment plan as needed. If you are considering enhancing your skincare regimen, you may also want to ask about skin lightening treatment Ahmedabad to achieve an even skin tone.
Conclusion
Achieving blemish-free skin is possible with the right combination of treatments and lifestyle changes. Ultimate Guide: Tips to Combat Acne for Clear, Healthy Skin
Acne is a widespread skin issue that impacts millions globally. It affects individuals of all ages, from teenagers experiencing hormonal fluctuations to adults facing stress-related breakouts. This condition can be frustrating as it not only alters one’s physical appearance but also negatively impacts self-esteem and mental health. While the desire to try different products and home remedies is common, it is crucial to understand effective skincare practices and adopt a balanced, healthy approach to managing acne.
This guide offers tips on managing acne for clear, healthy skin. It covers skincare basics, lifestyle changes, and professional advice. Learning from experts at Jawed Habib Academy Laxmi Nagar Delhi can help you make a difference in people’s lives through top-notch training in personal and professional grooming, including skin and hair care guidance.
Understanding Acne: What Causes It?
Acne is caused by clogged hair follicles with oil and dead skin cells, leading to pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, and sometimes cysts. Common acne triggers include hormonal changes, certain medications, diet, stress, and genetics.
1. Hormonal Changes: Teenagers go through hormonal changes that increase oil production, leading to acne. Women can also experience acne during their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, or while taking birth control pills.
2. Stress: Increases cortisol production, leading to inflammation and excess oil, which can cause breakouts.
3. Diet: Certain dietary habits, such as high sugar, dairy, or greasy foods, may worsen acne for some individuals, although food does not directly cause it.
4. Genetics: A family history of acne increases the likelihood of developing it due to inherited skin type and oil production characteristics.
5. Improper Skincare: Using inappropriate skincare products or routines, such as over washing or harsh products, can irritate the skin and lead to more breakouts.
Effective Acne Prevention and Treatment Tips
1. Keep Your Face Clean: Proper cleansing is essential for healthy skin, especially for those with acne-prone skin. It is important to wash your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser that is suitable for your skin type. Avoid harsh scrubbing, as this can worsen breakouts and irritate the skin. Regular cleansing helps remove excess oil, dirt, and makeup, which can clog pores and lead to acne. Stick to a consistent skincare routine to maintain clear and healthy skin.
2. Moisturize Regularly: It is common for people with acne to skip moisturizing out of fear that it will worsen their oily skin. However, not moisturizing can lead to dehydration, which in turn can cause the skin to produce more oil. Therefore, it is important to use a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer that will hydrate the skin without clogging the pores.
3. Exfoliate Wisely: Exfoliation is important for removing dead skin cells that clog pores, but excessive exfoliation can harm the skin barrier and cause irritation. Stick to gentle chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid or glycolic acid to effectively unclog pores and promote cell turnover without irritating.
4. Avoid Touching Your Face: Throughout the day, your hands collect bacteria, dirt, and oil that can worsen acne when transferred to your skin by touching your face. To prevent this, avoid resting your chin on your hands or picking at pimples as it can cause scarring and infection.
5. Choose Non-Comedogenic Products: When choosing skincare products, opt for those labeled as "non-comedogenic" to prevent pore blockages and reduce the chances of acne breakouts. This designation indicates that the products are designed to avoid clogging pores, making them suitable for use in sunscreen, makeup, and moisturizers. By selecting non-comedogenic products, you can help maintain clear and healthy skin by minimizing the risk of acne flare-ups.
6. Watch Your Diet: Research on the link between diet and acne is ongoing. Some evidence suggests that foods high in sugar and dairy may trigger breakouts by causing insulin spikes that increase oil production. To promote skin health, focus on eating more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and omega-3-rich high-sugar foods like fish and flaxseeds. Reduce your intake of high sugar and dairy foods.
7. Manage Stress: Stress is a major factor in causing acne breakouts, so it is important to find ways to manage your stress effectively. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, and deep-breathing exercises can help. Getting enough sleep, ideally 7-8 hours per night, is also crucial for overall skin and mental health.
8. Use Acne Treatments as Directed: Over-the-counter treatments with benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or retinoids can help with persistent acne by reducing oil production, killing bacteria, and promoting skin cell turnover. Results may take several weeks, so be patient. If OTC products don't work, seek a dermatologist for stronger prescriptions.
9. Stay Hydrated: Ensuring you drink enough water is crucial for maintaining healthy skin. Hydration helps prevent irritation and can aid in the elimination of toxins that lead to acne. Aim to consume a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin and body in optimal health.
10. Consult a Dermatologist: ADermatologist can provide specific advice and care, including chemical peels, therapy using light, and prescription medicines. If you have severe acne, these solutions work better than over-the-counter products. A dermatologist can help you create a personalized skincare regimen that addresses your unique requirements.

Lifestyle Changes for Clear Skin
1. Maintain a Healthy Diet: Diet has an impact on skin health. Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins is recommended for healthy skin. Processed foods and sugary snacks can lead to skin inflammation and acne, so it's best to consume them in moderation.
2. Get Regular Exercise: Exercise is essential for healthy skin as it promotes increased blood flow, nourishing skin cells and eliminating toxins. Additionally, exercise aids in reducing stress levels, which in turn can reduce the occurrence of acne breakouts.
3. Clean Pillowcases and Towels Frequently: Pillowcases and towels accumulate dirt, bacteria, and oil that can lead to skin breakouts when they come in contact with your skin. To prevent this, it is recommended to change your pillowcase every few days and use a fresh towel every time you wash your face. Regularly washing these items can help maintain clear and healthy skin by reducing the transfer of impurities onto your skin.
4. Limit Sun Exposure: While a bit of sun can Excessive sun exposure can worsen acne by increasing inflammation and causing post-acne scarring. To help dry out acne, it is important to protect your skin by always wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30.
Remember, clear skin is not an overnight achievement, but with dedication, the results will follow.

Care according to skin type
To keep your skin looking young and beautiful for a very long time, it is very important to take care of your skin. But choosing the right set of skin care products and formulating a skin care regimen that is by your skin type is also very crucial. If you have a skin regimen or skin care products that you use that are not suitable to your skin type, you may actually be doing more harm to your skin. Using the wrong skin products may cause your skin to become sensitive and allergic and may even cause your skin to inexplicably breakout. Therefore adequate precaution should be taken in choosing the method of skin care. So, if you want to know more about skincare which is suitable to your skin type, keep reading.
Normal skin: – Although this type of skin is considered to be the ideal skin type, it is still important to take care of normal skin. The fundamental method of skin care i.e. cleansing, toning, and moisturizing applies to normal skin also. The correct method is to wash the face with a mild cleanser that does not have alcohol. The cleanser should be followed by an alcohol-free toner which will restore the pH balance of the skin. For normal skin, a mild formula of moisturizer is advisable. Home remedies may also be used for normal skin. Home remedies which include egg yolk and milk are preferable because they are moisturizing and give nourishment to the skin.
Dry skin: – If correct precautions and methods are not used in taking care of the dry skin, it can show premature signs of aging. Dry skin can very quickly become flaky and irritated and hence needs extra attention and care. People with dry skin should use cream cleansers or cleansing oils to clean their skin. Moisturizing products such as Shea butter, organic coconut oil, etc should be used. Once you have cleansed your skin, apply a toner that has moisturizing properties. Then to moisturize the skin use oil-based moisturizers which are very hydrating. Home remedies may also help in retaining the youthful glow. A face mask of honey, milk cream, and gram flour is also very beneficial to dry skin.
Oily skin:- While the focus in maintaining dry skin is on replenishing moisture, quite the opposite is true when it comes to taking care of oily skin. People with oily skin should focus on absorbing the excessive oiliness out of the skin. People with oily skin tend to believe that if they keep washing their face the oiliness will reduce. This is far from the truth. If you wash your face more than what is required it will cause more sebum to be produced which will cause the face to become even more oily. Oily skin should be toned with either ice cubes or astringents. Water-based moisturizers should be used on oily skin. People with oily skin often tend to skip moisturization. Oily skin also needs to be moisturized. Lack of hydration can also cause excessive oiliness. Suitable home remedies for oily skin may include Fuller’s earth mask with lemon juice and honey. This mask absorbs excess oiliness from the face and tightens the skin. The honey in the home remedy adds the right amount of moisture to the face as well. Facial scrubs should also be used once or twice a week, which will remove the blackheads and the whiteheads.
Combination skin: – Combination skin consists of parts that are dry as well as oily. Therefore, it requires different skin care precautions for different areas. The T-zone of the face is generally oily therefore the tips for oily skin apply to the T-zone. The T-zone should be cleaned with a mild cleanser and should be toned with an astringent. A lightweight moisturizer should be used. Try to use a moisturizer that minimizes the pores.
Sensitive skin: – Sensitive skin is very delicate therefore great precautions should be taken in choosing the right products for sensitive skin. Use hypoallergenic products and do not touch your face unnecessarily. Use organic products and be gentle while applying any products on your face.
Apart from all the remedies and tips, some basics are common to all types of skin. It is important to use sunscreen every time before you step out. Also, it is important to drink 2- 3 liters of water every day. Do not consume too much processed sugar or processed foods which can cause skin problems. In case you have any persistent skin issues, that do not respond well to topical treatments consult the best dermatologist. If you are allergic to any medication, do not take that medication without consultation and supervision of the best doctor.

Guide to Effectively Removing Blackheads at Home
Besides the methods mentioned above, you can treat blackheads at home with the following ways:
Tumblr media
Clean Your Skin with Salicylic Acid Salicylic acid is a common over-the-counter ingredient found in many facial cleansers and creams. It helps break down dead skin cells and excess oil before they clog pores.
Gently Exfoliate with AHA and BHA Exfoliating with AHA and BHA is an important part of a skincare routine. These acids help brighten the skin, reduce wrinkles, and improve blackheads and clogged pores. Follow the specific instructions on the product packaging or as directed by a dermatologist when using products containing AHA or BHA. Do not overuse to avoid skin irritation, and always use sunscreen when going outside.
Retinol Creams Creams and lotions containing retinoids can effectively treat blackheads and whiteheads, and help prevent clogged pores. However, retinol can make your skin sensitive, so use it sparingly, combine it with a moisturizer, and avoid direct sunlight.
Using Face Brushes or Cleansing Devices Using a face brush or cleansing device can help remove dead skin cells and excess oil. However, this method may not always effectively remove blackheads and should be done carefully to avoid skin damage. Ensure you use it correctly and choose the right type for your skin.
Clay Masks Clay masks can help reduce blackheads and cleanse pores. Typically suitable for oily and combination skin, clay masks should be used 1–2 times a week, no more than 20 minutes each time. Avoid daily use to prevent drying out your skin.
Charcoal Masks Charcoal masks can absorb oil and toxins, brighten skin, and reduce blackheads. Use this mask according to the product instructions and apply sunscreen afterward. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Chemical Peels Chemical peels can help treat certain types of acne. This method helps unclog pores and stimulates collagen and new cell production. Chemical peels should be performed by highly skilled professionals to avoid skin burns and scarring.
Traditional and Natural Remedies Treating blackheads with traditional remedies is commonly practiced, but the effectiveness and safety of these methods are not well-supported by scientific evidence. In some cases, these remedies can worsen blackheads, leading to inflammation and swelling.
These methods provide you with various options to safely and effectively remove blackheads at home.

How can I cure acne fast?
Dealing with acne can be incredibly frustrating, especially when it seems like nothing is working to clear up those pesky pimples. If you're someone who's struggling with acne and looking for fast relief, you're not alone. Acne is one of the most common skin conditions out there, affecting people of all ages and skin types. But don't lose hope – there are effective treatments available that can help you get rid of acne quickly.
Understanding Acne
Before we dive into the treatment options, it's important to understand what causes acne in the first place. Acne is primarily caused by a combination of factors, including excess oil production, clogged pores, bacteria, and hormonal imbalances. These factors can lead to the formation of whiteheads, blackheads, and inflamed pimples on the face, back, chest, and other areas.
While acne is not a life-threatening condition, it can significantly impact one's self-esteem and overall quality of life. That's why it's crucial to seek proper treatment from a professional, especially if you're dealing with severe or persistent acne.
Professional Acne Treatments
If your acne is severe or not responding to OTC treatments, it's time to seek professional help. Dermatologists (skin specialists) in Vaughan and surrounding areas offer a range of effective acne treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Prescription Topical Treatments: Dermatologists may prescribe stronger topical medications, such as retinoids (tretinoin, tazarotene), antibiotics (clindamycin), or combination products (like Epiduo or Acanya) to target acne more aggressively.
Oral Medications: For moderate to severe acne, your dermatologist may recommend oral medications like antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline) or isotretinoin (Accutane). These medications work from the inside out to reduce oil production, kill bacteria, and prevent new breakouts.
Hormonal Therapy: If your acne is hormonal in nature, your dermatologist may prescribe birth control pills or anti-androgen medications to help regulate hormone levels and control breakouts.
Chemical Peels: These involve applying a chemical solution to the skin, which causes the top layer to peel off, revealing smoother, clearer skin underneath. Chemical peels can be effective for mild to moderate acne.
Acne Extraction: This is a professional procedure where a dermatologist or esthetician safely removes blackheads and whiteheads, providing immediate relief and preventing further inflammation.
Laser and Light Therapies: Certain laser and light-based treatments, such as photodynamic therapy or intense pulsed light (IPL), can help reduce acne by targeting bacteria and reducing oil production.
It's important to note that prescription acne treatments can have side effects, so it's crucial to follow your dermatologist's instructions carefully and attend regular follow-up appointments.
Lifestyle Changes and Home Remedies
While medical treatments are often necessary for effective acne management, certain lifestyle changes and home remedies can also help support your acne-clearing journey:
Maintain a Consistent Skincare Routine: Cleanse your face twice daily with a gentle, non-comedogenic (non-pore-clogging) cleanser, and follow up with a light, oil-free moisturizer.
Avoid Picking or Squeezing Pimples: As tempting as it may be, picking or squeezing pimples can lead to further inflammation, scarring, and bacterial infection.
Manage Stress: Stress can trigger hormone imbalances and oil production, exacerbating acne. Practice stress-reducing activities like meditation, yoga, or exercise.
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and keep your skin healthy.
Try Natural Remedies: While not a substitute for medical treatment, some natural ingredients like tea tree oil, green tea, and aloe vera may help reduce inflammation and support skin healing.
Remember, everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. It may take some trial and error to find the right combination of treatments and lifestyle changes that work best for your skin.
Seeking Professional Help in Vaughan
If you're located in Vaughan or the surrounding areas and struggling with acne, it's highly recommended to seek professional help from a dermatologist or skincare specialist. They can assess your skin type and acne severity and recommend the most effective treatments tailored to your specific needs.
Several reputable dermatology clinics and med spas in Vaughan offer a range of acne treatment in vaughan, including prescription topicals, oral medications, chemical peels, laser therapies, and more. These professionals have the expertise and experience to help you achieve clear, healthy skin as quickly and safely as possible.
Don't let acne control your life any longer. With the right treatment plan and commitment, you can say goodbye to those pesky pimples and regain your confidence. Remember, clear skin is achievable – it may just take some patience and perseverance.

Top 3 Reasons to see a Skin Specialist For Acne Treatment
Acne is a common skin condition that affects millions of individuals worldwide. Although the skin condition is harmless, some types of acne can lead to severe problems. Acne usually occurs when the oil glands become clogged and produce excessive sebum oil that clogs pores. This often results in blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, and nodules. Fortunately acne treatment in Hyderabad  is available for managing acne. If you have severe or painful acne, then you must have thought of seeing a skin specialist.
Tumblr media
This comprehensive guide will detail the top reasons to consult a skin specialist for acne treatment.
Here are the Top 3 Reasons for Seeing a Skin Specialist For Acne Treatment
Have you tried to manage your acne alone with home remedies but continue to have breakouts? Then, a skin specialist can offer effective solutions. You must see a skin doctor for your acne if:
It Does Not Go Away
If you have tried everything to treat your acne but still find breakouts, you may need the help of a skin specialist. Acne that does not go away with at-home treatments requires prescription medication to resolve.
It Causes Marks or Scars
If the breakouts leave acne scars or dark spots, then a skin specialist can help you manage them before the skin becomes damaged permanently. While a skin specialist can provide effective solutions for scarring and hyperpigmentation, you will benefit more if you prevent them from happening in the first place. Acne treatment recommended by an expert skin specialist will limit breakouts and protect the skin from permanent damage.
It Causes Pain or Embarrassment
If your acne has become painful or causes you a lot of embarrassment, consider seeing a skin specialist. Painful and deep cystic acne requires the help of a skin specialist to treat, and with appropriate treatment, you can improve from mild to even the worst acne.
Searching For a Leading Skin Specialist For Effective Acne Treatment?
Dr. Ravali Yalamanchili, a renowned skin specialist in Hyderabad at Neya Dermatology & Aesthetics Clinic, recommends topical medications in the form of creams, gels, foams, and lotions to treat superficial acne types. Topical medications are not recommended alone for treating acne. Instead, they are prescribed with benzoyl peroxide. For severe acne, the expert dermatologist recommends advanced procedures such as carbon peel and laser treatments.
Tumblr media
Moreover, at Neya Dermatology & Aesthetics Clinic, the cost of acne treatment ranges between Rs. 2,500 and Rs. 8,000 per session, depending on the severity of the condition and the number of sessions.
To benefit from these acne treatments, visit Neya Dermatology & Aesthetics Clinic.

What are some effective home remedies for acne-prone skin?
Simple and Effective Method: Wet a cotton pad with rubbing alcohol every night and apply it to the affected areas for five minutes. Then, apply Adapalene gel to whiteheads and blackheads (apply at night, as it can cause photosensitivity). For pimples with pus, apply Fusidic acid (avoid excessive use, only apply to specific spots). Remember to moisturize regularly.
Additionally, prioritize getting enough sleep, maintaining a regular schedule, and avoiding oily and fried foods and late nights (which support liver function, detoxification, and metabolism).
With the colder weather, it's essential to moisturize more to prevent acne. Avoid going out in windy conditions without any skincare, as it can lead to more blackheads and increased oil production (your sebaceous glands sense dryness and overproduce oil to moisturize your skin). When selecting products, pay attention to the ingredients. Avoid glycerin-heavy products if you're prone to acne, as they can clog pores. Instead, opt for hydrating and easily absorbable products.
Just pay attention to these factors, and your skin will naturally improve. Additionally, engage in regular exercise. Keep going, beautiful!
