Christmas at home is always a difficult time for me. My parents are very intense and extroverted people, and living in another city has made me lost the habit of their pace. I have managed to achieve peace and slow down in my life, but when I return to my family home, everything is three times faster and three times louder. That's why this year I'm sitting in a rocking chair and crocheting, it gives me some sense of security.
Merry Christmas everyone!

15-16-17/100 Productive Day
I've been so busy doing my business outside that I've never been here 🥲 Even though I haven't had a productive three days in terms of studying, I never sit idle, I take care of my other work. For three days, don't think I've been disrupting Duolingo. I am on my 61st day, I continue to learn english and german💪🏻
Today I found out that I motivated a blog about Duo and I was very happy 🥹 I hope our language learning series continues without slowing down, dear @fireworks-too
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Studyblr, who helped me improve my language by chatting with me in English:

tag 9 people you want to get to know better/catch up with!
thank you very much for tagging me @discipulafatigat <3
Favourite colour: Lately I'm a big fan of the colour yellow, but the colours I relate the most are green and white <3
Currently reading: "1984" by George Orwell, " A Portrait of an artist as a young man" by James Joyce, and also "Sapiens: A brief history of mankind" by Yuval Noah Harari. and oh god, these are all mind changing books. I decided to read the second one thinking It could be Hermann Hesse-y because it seems to cover some topics similar to "Demian" and it kind of does.
Last song: The Performer by James Righton or maybe Mr/mme by Loic Nottet
Last movie: Luca by Pixar, I TOTALLY LOVED IT, SO WHOLESOME, SO NICE, LOVELY.
Last show: LOKI hahahaha i love Loki with the intensity of a thousand Suns haha
Sweet, spicy or savory: Spicy with a pinch of sweet
Craving: Some subtle relatable art and some matcha.
Tea or coffee: I love espresso and I actually need it to start my day the right way <3
Currently working on: Getting my life together once again too, create a new art portfolio to apply to an art university after I finish with architecture:) and make new clothes <3

I have to plan my days in more detail because sometimes I get lost. I have to specify exactly what I have to do, otherwise I don't know when to finish or I finish after the simplest form. Sometimes I avoid the most difficult tasks of the day, e.g. I postpone repairing the language change button on the website I am writing from one day to the next. I know I have to do it, but I avoid it like the plague. I am afraid of stopping at some point and not having the skills to solve this problem. It frustrates me, but at the same time I know that you learn the fastest with practice, so why do I avoid it so much? I need to ask myself questions like this more often.

🌿 One Week Break Before the Grind Starts Again! 🌿
Hey!
I’m currently on a one-week break from work, and I’m taking full advantage of it to recharge before diving back into the grind. It’s so important to slow down and give yourself some rest—something I’m trying to get better at!
During this week, I’ve been reading "Think Like a Monk" by Jay Shetty, and it’s been so inspiring! It’s all about applying the wisdom of monks to modern life, and I thought I’d share some key takeaways that have really resonated with me so far:
1. Train Your Mind: Jay talks about how we can shape our thoughts through consistent practice. Just like monks meditate, we can train our minds to focus on what matters, quiet negative thoughts, and cultivate gratitude.
2. Let Go of Expectations: A big lesson in the book is to let go of society’s or other people’s expectations. The key is to live according to your values and what fulfills you, rather than chasing things to impress others.
3. Purpose Over Passion: Jay emphasizes that finding purpose in what you do is more sustainable than relying solely on passion, which can come and go. Purpose gives you clarity and motivation to keep going even when things get tough.
4. Rituals and Routines: Monks are big on routines, and Jay encourages readers to create morning and evening routines to ground themselves. It’s all about creating a space for mindfulness and reflection, even if it's just for a few minutes.
5. Gratitude and Service: One of the most beautiful concepts in the book is the idea of finding joy through service to others. Gratitude and kindness not only make a difference in other people’s lives but also boost your own sense of happiness and fulfillment.
I’m planning to incorporate a few of these ideas into my daily life when I get back to work next week—especially the routines part. I feel like that’s going to help me stay grounded during the busy season ahead.
Stay focused and take care of yourselves! ✨

Does anyone else feel like they’re always preparing, but never doing? Like, I know what skills I want to develop. I know what I should be working on. But instead of actually starting, I find myself endlessly scrolling through tutorials and watching “how to” videos, convincing myself that I’m learning — that I’m getting ready.
Except... I never actually feel ready.
And the longer I wait, the harder it gets to just start.
It’s like self-sabotage disguised as “research.” I keep telling myself, “I’m not prepared yet,” or “I need to learn this one more thing,” when in reality, it’s just fear — fear of failing, of not being perfect, of stepping outside of the comfort zone of passive learning.
But here's the truth I’m trying to accept: No amount of watching videos is going to prepare me for the work I want to do. The only way to get better is to actually do it. Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s far from perfect.
I don’t have to be ready. I just have to start.

(( It's like anti-studyblr post, so be careful! ))
I would love to write here now how great my return to productivity, fulfilling my duties and planning is going. but it's not totally like that. I haven't had such a strong mental encounter with a wall in a long time. so many things are overwhelming me. I went for a walk and I'm trying to get myself back together. At least autumn is kind to me.

For the past two months, I've been constantly on the move, traveling from one place to another. Now, in just a few days, I'm off again for what will be my final trip for a while—this time to Norway! I absolutely love Norway, so I'm beyond excited, but I’d be lying if I said I’m not feeling a bit worn out by this life on the road.
Living out of a suitcase can be thrilling, but it also has its challenges. Here are a few tips that have helped me keep my sanity:
1. Pack Light and Smart: Stick to versatile pieces that you can mix and match. It makes packing and unpacking way easier.
2. Create a Routine: Even with constant travel, try to establish some small routines, like a quick morning workout or journaling. It can make you feel grounded, even in a new place.
3. Take Time for Rest: Schedule a day (or even just a few hours) in each location to recharge. Exploring is fun, but remember to pace yourself.
Can't wait to be back in beautiful Norway, but also looking forward to some time at home.
