Greediest man in the Stone World.
summary: you've just being awaken by your old friend and classmate, Senku, in a whole new human era. But, who's this young guy claiming you as his? a/n: waahh, i sincerly apologise if i disappeared...again. i literally forgot my tumblr writing page, and life took a.. strange turn of events(?) kinda. i hope this first ryusui one shot will make me forgive!!!

ā˜†
Dark. And then... a golden beam of light passed through my eyes, blinding me. My muscles began to melt. I felt them sore, as if I had slept in an uncomfortable position all night. Or maybe, for three thousand and fifty years. This was what was brought back to me when I woke up from that sleep I thought was eternal. The first thing my eyes noticed when they hatched was a blinding sun. There was so much green. So much vegetation was not seen even in the well-preserved jungles. Then, a group of boys with familiar and unfamiliar faces. My eyes met his.
"Senku..?"
I uttered that name in a subtle tone of voice, and the boy did nothing but address to me that mischievous grin of his own.
"Yoh, Y/N...we need your help".
[ Time skip...(*悝Ļ‰ćƒ»)ļ¾‰ ]
"So... you need my dexterity in putting these little pieces together so you can build, um... Repeat it, thank you".
"An oxygen tank" Senku rest, without even thinking of getting that smirk off his face.
His attitude hadnā€™t disappeared after 3,500 years. Not even when he claimed in front of a professor that their speeches were meaningless.
Here we go again...
Between a sigh and the other I immediately set to work, while in the distance I heard Senku arguing with what seemed to be his colleague.
Just in the middle of my work I felt someone touching my shoulder gently. A delicate touch, like that of aā€¦ "Child?" The girl in question wore a watermelon helmet on her head, with lenses inserted in the two holes that created a space for the eyes. She made a sound of wonder, her hands to her mouth.
"So, you are new here!" With a confused look I lowered myself to her level, able to have a face-to-face conversation with the little creature. " I suppose so..? And you are...?" That little girl who didnā€™t immediately show her intentions and courage was pretty to say the least. "Suika wanted to welcome you to the Science Team!" she said clearly, now showing me her hand to shake her. I took her, and with a kind smile, I accepted her request. "How kind of you! Since I am now a new addition to your team, can I have the honor to meet my future colleagues and companions?"
Little Suika nodded happily, running in the opposite direction where I was working. Heck. Maybe it was me who was no longer a child like her, but Suika seemed really fast in the race, not giving me a chance to keep up. I didnā€™t know where he was taking me; we passed through several huts, erected on wooden structures, running as if someone was after us.
The only one chasing her was me. Looking back to see if weā€™d actually drifted apart, my foot tripped on a double-sized rock. The collision with the stone made me lose my balance; I was ready to crash on the dirty ground and have some bruises all over my face for a few days. Only that never happened. In the instant that I was about to feel my face against the damp soil, two arms wrapped my waists not too strong, but with determination, preventing me from slipping a second time. I didnā€™t even realize I closed my eyes. "Itā€™s not even the first day youā€™re back here on Earth, and you were destined to get hurt. Pff, not very convenient for our team, huh?"
A moment later my eyes sprang to meet his, and those eyes reminded me of an autumn now close to winter. " Well, lady killer, now you might as well put me down. Iā€™m not meant to be your princess." I said authoritatively. His powerful arms let go of my body, and with a little thump my butt bounced off the ground.
What an idiot!
Not only was he now laughing at me with a fat laugh, as if I had just said the funniest joke on Earth, but he didnā€™t even deign to preseed himself! The blond slightly lowered his head, as I was still on the ground, and with an energetic voice he replied: "Not yet", later going in the opposite direction, with firm step. Oh, what kind of weird I had in frontā€¦
Ė—ĖĖ‹ ā™” ĖŽĖŠĖ—
"Become mine! With all my Drago you would become the luckiest woman in the world!"
Somebody kill me...
It had been two months since I had made my unexpected (better to say, unlucky) acquaintance with blondie, who had the name of Ryusui Nanami. With his egocentrism and sheer avarice, he had proved to be one of the most promising members of the Kingdom of Science so far, with great skills for navigation. Apparently he came from one of the wealthiest families in Japan, and he certainly had not lost the habit of being indulged in everything, even after 3,500 years. And since our first meeting, he hasnā€™t stopped trying once. On every occasion he would give me his flirtations comments (sometimes shabby), he would become handsy, or he would try to buy me with his stupid Drago.
I was not one of those women who was so easily deceived, especially if a situation was about money. He thought I would give in so easily. I was so determined to prove to him the opposite, during these months, that this would give him up. With a gesture of the hand, I pushed him away. " Iā€™m sorry, Ryusui. As Iā€™ve explained many times before, Iā€™m not interested." I took a dramatic break. ".. to you."
He whined loudly like a little baby, fogetting his money behind to get close to me. "Youā€™re making a mistake!" "I have made many mistakes in my life," I answered sharply. "Then add another to your long list." I nailed him down with my sharp look, sketching a tight smile. Nothing to do. That man would never wave the white flag in the sky. However, it was becoming a nuisance, and having it close to me like a fin was starting to run out. For the worse. I had only one idea that could have saved me in that instant, from a near future in which he was no longer clinging to me like an octopus: make him believe he had a chance with me. A bold idea; nevertheless, it had to be tried. Either it will make it or break it. "Maybe, in the future, you might have a chanceā€¦" I implied in a vague tone, already heading somewhere, any, to get him off my back. I could swear to see his eyes shining remarkably with hope, and a new fire, fueled by determination.
He snapped his fingers, his iconic gesture that everyone, by now, had learned to recognize, and if he did, it was because he decided to do something. There were no roads back. "HA-HA!" His laughter seemed to flow throughout the Ishigami village. Even Senku and Chrome turned to us, with confused scowls, to see what was so funny at the time. But Ryusui found nothing amusing in this situation, except a challenge to complete.
"So be it! Iā€™ll show you how much Iā€™m willing to change your mind. Anything to get the chance to become yours!"
Though I did not turn to look at him, once again, his muscular arms clasped my waists, turning my body to meet his. Face to face. "You, damned Nanami, what do you want now?!" That gesture had taken me by surprise, because he was not used to come so near me, but with his cheeky smile, he kissed me on both the cheeks. A quick gesture that made me blush remarkably in my face, almost to feel it burn under the palms of my hands. "What the f...?!" "You donā€™t know it, but youā€™re already mine!"

Dr. Stone really has found a way to distinguish itself among the other anime which have released this year, and this summer in particular. One that challenges how far out a story can take place in the future, but more so the way it challenges how smart a story can be. This is a series that thrives on actual science applied to these characterā€™s survival in a stone world. There has only been one thing that some viewers joke about, and that is Tsukasaā€™s villainous methods. yes, we all knew he was going to be trouble when he was revived, but he poses the perfect obstacle for someone who wants to return the world to what it used to be!
Who would have thought that among the things that Senku, Taiju, and Yuzuriha needed to do to recreate civilization, that they would also have to build modern weapons? It wasnā€™t until Tsukasa, that this ever became a need, but it is nonetheless intriguing for the fact that this is quite the leap for the resources they have on hand. How they approached the scene where they put together the ingredients for gunpowder was fun. The setting for this was a bit ridiculous since nothing behind them existed in this world, but the process was engaging. Once more I was thrown for a loop that this was a real recipe for gunpowder. Honestly I commend that they can do this, because if this was a show on legitimate American networks, people would have had a field day complaining that this is not something to show kids in this day and age. Itā€™s good to know that at least with anime, they have enough confidence in the world to assume that we know the difference between fantasy and reality. Common sense should always say that you shouldnā€™t do these things at home.
I also appreciated seeing where things could go wrong with this experiment. Anything that goes boom is something that you have to be delicate with. It made a world of a difference that all bases are covered with these things.
This fourth episode was also one to look forward to for an answer revealed about the state of this stone world. Even if thereā€™s a revival fluid, we canā€™t jump to conclusions that every single person who awakens is going to be someone given the fluid. When both Senku and Taiju awakened on their own, one has to imagine that the possibility is there for anyone else. We simply just havenā€™t run into those people yet.
What did manage to impress me has been the chance to consistently see that Tsukasa is not as mindless as you may have first thought him to be at first. When they woke him up, your first impression was that he was someone who solely excelled at being a fighter and hunter. What you couldnā€™t have prepared yourself for was seeing that he could also be someone who knows how to deduce a situation. Senku would have never been so terrified of this guy if that wasnā€™t that dangerous to be that well-rounded. Not when everyone awake so far is only really good at one thing more than anything else. Now for this episode in particular, there was one point we had to brace for, and that was what would happen once he actually catches up to the trio. Would he really be willing to kill them to have his untainted world? Where does he drawn the line in the sand for the lengths he is willing to go to have control over that direction? We got our answers this week, along with a painful cliffhanger to keep us coming back for more!
With so many important things going on, at times it was hard to see this romance between Taiju and Yuzuriha not becoming a distraction. If it wasnā€™t all so sincere and innocent, I probably would have been one of those people. I found myself glad that with this fourth episode we could come to understand that the little things matter just as much. That includes the flashback we received which brought emphasis to Senkuā€™s passion for science as he grew up. This was excellent for his character development. I think we can all appreciate that heā€™s not your average cardboard cut-out scientist who is an ***hole at heart. Heā€™s nothing like that, and adding the relationship with Taiju and Yuzuriha didnā€™t hurt either. It also matters to show what life can be like for someone like Senku who also dodges the cliche of being alone.
Things got real this week! Dr. Stone ā€œFire the Smoke Signalā€ continued having fun with science and blowing our minds with the realism, but the excitement didnā€™t end there! This week we got to know Senku much better than we did in the episodes before, and we took a deeper peek into the madness of Tsukasa and his need to create a better world than the one which Senku is trying to restore. I look forward to Senkuā€™s fate next week, along with more information on other survivors out there.

Astra 4 - 6 | Demon Slayer 17 - 19 | Cop Craft 4 - 6 | Dr Stone 3 - 6 | Fruits Basket 15 - 19 | Given 3 - 5
Astra 4
How does anyone wash their hands with a spacesuit on?
Those exaggerated faces (reaction to candy plants) werenā€™t in the manga. Good thing too ā€“ they improve on the source.
Hey, man (Ulgar)! ā€œBig girlā€ is offensive. (Iā€™m probably saying that because Iā€™m not too big myself.)
The *ding ding ding!* was pretty hilariousā€¦LOL.
I remember this was pretty harsh to read for me the first timeā€¦because yā€™know what they say about representation mattering in feminist studies/articles? Yeah, that. (Exactly how Iā€™m represented? That Iā€™ll leave to your imaginationā€¦)
Aw, the Gruppie sounds adorable!
I think Iā€™ve said this already, but Kanata uses the word ā€œzetsubouā€ ā€“ despair, not necessarily ā€œhopelessā€ ā€“ to say what he says.
Demon Slayer 17
I was a bit confused as to why Inosuke was majorly angry all the time, but then I realised that heā€™s not necessarilyĀ angry, per se - he is just majorly competitive.
*head on spider legs appears* ARGHHHHHHHHHHH! That reminds me of that head on spider legs from Toy Storyā€¦I seem to remember that freaked me out to some degree. Iā€™m actually not afraid of spiders, but show me an image for ā€œtrypophobiaā€ (fear of tiny holes) or stick me somewhere high up without secure footingā€¦and Iā€™m gone.
This episode isā€¦great! Iā€™m cursing as I watch, but itā€™s great! The CGI is adding to the creepiness! Also, I so didnā€™t expect Zenitsu to have black hair.
I agree with Zenitsuā€™s master, heĀ isĀ a moronā€¦
ā€¦but truth be told, I think I see myself in him. Thatā€™s probably why I find him so annoying. Lately, Iā€™ve found there are periods where I resent myself more than anyone elseā€¦and thatā€™s the scariest part about living life. But I canā€™t complain, because I put my name down to help others in the same situation.
Z-Zenitsu! I-Iā€™m sorry I ever doubted you! Iā€™m so sorryā€¦! I promise Iā€™ll stop thinking youā€™re annoying, because you remind me of meeeeeeeeeeeā€¦! *sob, snivel, sobā€¦*
Ukogiiiiiiiiii! Wahhhhhhhhh!
Hmmā€¦you can smell rain. Iā€™ve smelt it before. But thundercloudsā€¦? Not so much.
Demon Slayer 18
ā€œRookie Mizunoto join the battle!ā€ ā€“ The Smash Bros intro is a fun way to introduce people, no?
I thought Shinobu Kocho was Naruto running, but instead she has her jacket on her shouldersā€¦so it only looks like Naruto running.
CG models are back to being awkward againā€¦
ā€œIf you canā€™t slash something with one sword, you just gotta pound it with another sword!ā€ ā€“ Basically, the philosophy of the entire shonen genre when dealing with swords.
ā€œIā€™m gonna die.ā€ ā€“ Well, thereā€™s some words I thought Iā€™d never hear from Inosukeā€¦
Oh yeahā€¦I forgot Inosukeā€™s never met Giyu.
Hmmā€¦Iā€™ve been suspecting Rui is the member of the 12 Kizuki as a demon with lower possibility of being so (but being raised by Plyā€™s hint during our collab and Tanjiroā€™s fight), but Iā€™m more certain of the father being the 12 Kizuki based on what the series has shown us already. Hmmā€¦so who is it???
*starts watching Taisho Secret* Wait, where did Giyu come from??? *watches again* Oh, he appears from aboveā€¦! Interestingā€¦
Hmmā€¦I like salmon onigiri myself. I also like tunaā€¦most flavours, really.
Cop Craft 4
The man (?) with the purplish hair who called Kei over is meant to be a gay stereotype or at least close to one. Aside from his (?) appearance, you can tell by him (?) nding his sentences with ā€œwaā€.
Marthā€™s post for ep. 4 said ā€œAnd Suddenly, Vampiresā€, soā€¦Iā€™m thinking about how Cop Craft actually does the horror vibe really well as I watch.
Aw, these cliffhangers suck! Iā€™m starting to thank myself that I ran behind on every show but Demon Slayer.
Cop Craft 5
O-Oh, the CG is getting worseā€¦
Who was the 2nd person dead? The 1st was Chapmanā€¦
Astra 5
As Iā€™m laughing at the reactions from the makeover (because I knew this was coming), Iā€™m simultaneously wonderingā€¦holding those scissors in the way youā€™re doing is dangerous, Luca!!!
Oh greatā€¦midseason animation slump. This is only the 2nd show to suffer from that this seasonā€¦and Iā€™ve only caught up on 3 shows so far.
ā€œMine is bigger!ā€ ā€œNo, mine is!ā€ ā€“ Ah, anime boys and their ability to make things vaguely Freudian when out of contextā€¦*slight sweatdrop*
*slow pan, with a final shot on Ariesā€™s boobs* - Oh, reallyā€¦? *grumpy*
*ā€¦then proceeds to do boob shots of all the girls* Oh, really?!? You wanna go, show?! You were doing so well, up until this episode!!! I didnā€™t read past volume 2 of the manga, so this beach stuff is all new to me!!! Plus, it sucks because boob shots are everywhere!!!
ā€œā€¦approach him like thatā€¦ā€
People have been pointing this out, but McPa = Camp, Shummoor = Mushroom, Vilavurs = Survivalā€¦so Arispade = Paradise.
Ulgar really reminds me of Tooi, even though he came firstā€¦
Dr Stone 3
Taijuā€™s ugly tears make me go ā€œdā€™awwā€ now that this scene is animatedā€¦it was nice in manga format, but even better when it was moving and with colour.
Now that I think about it, Tsukasaā€™s ā€œbenefit of the new worldā€ talk reminds me of Death Note.
Senku trying to steal Kamakura Buddha bronze looks like Bart Simpsonā€¦
Boueibu shouldā€™ve taught you that Hakone is home to hot springs.
Dr Stone 4
You donā€™t fire a smoke signalā€¦
Oh wow, Mecha Senku! Wouldya lookit that! *points at him* He answers questions in the manga, so I didnā€™t think heā€™d get adapted!
Are thoseā€¦CGI trees? Oh great, why does all shonen these days need CGI trees???
Fighting over established interests means a Thucydides trap (a mini version of which seems to be playing out here with Tsukasa)ā€¦thatā€™s basically the only thing I remember from my old politics classes.
I just noticed Yuzuriha refers to all the boys with ā€“kun. She wants to stay friends with all of themā€¦I guess even Tsukasaā€™s on that list, huh?
Hmmā€¦Senkuā€™s eyes are a reddish colour, but otherwise heā€™s normally representd with blue to Taijuā€™s redā€¦
I just realised Senku has a red pen and a black pen in one of his breast pockets.
Awwā€¦itā€™s nice to have rivals who arenā€™t 100% evil for once. Sure, pure evil rivals are easy to write but hard to justify. Good guys with one morally wrong aspect to them are harder to write, but easier to get behind. (Plus, at least theyā€™re not Sasuke-style angsty.)
Dr Stone 5
Soā€¦I went searchingā€¦and I was wondering why I wanted to claim Tsukasa as husbando (but man, heā€™s a bit more stereotypical for a gal to fall in love with ā€“ all girls like bad guys, amirite???), but as it turns out, Senku and his buds from our era (Tsukasa included) are 18 and so are ripe for the husbando/waifu picking (not to mention theyā€™re technically over 3700 years old, which more than makes them legal for things like drinking alcohol, as Senku himself pointed out a few eps back).
Dā€™awwā€¦this was in the manga, but now I find Tsukasa inserting himself into Senkuā€™s flashback cute.
Notably, Gen Asagiri appears on the front of the book this student is asking the question from. Whoā€™s Gen Asagiri, you ask, my dear anime-only random nonexistent entity I type these notes for? Youā€™ll find outā€¦soon.
Hmmā€¦Yuzuriha is more observant than we give her credit for. Also, Senku pulled a Gen Asagiri right thereā€¦LOL.
LOLā€¦those ā€˜shrooms seem massively symbolic. They were also in the manga, IIRC.
Why does Yuzuriha wear a neck scarf, anyway?
Hey, they even managed to get the game-like text box right! Awesome! (It reminds me of Little Alchemy, to be honest.)
ā€œHimoā€ translates to ropeā€¦or a cord. Just FYI.
Astra 6
Eyyyā€¦this show is calling me out.
Eyyyyyā€¦Toi vibes from Ulgar!!!
Eyyyyyā€¦wut? I canā€™t believe Anime Feminist was on the money here??? (Context: The reviewer for Astra said Luca was ā€œone ambiguously-gendered characterā€.)
Heyā€¦I once read a book with a 50% similarity to this plot. (There was a gay character ā€“ not intersex - and all the characters are adopted.)
I think Xenodude said this, butā€¦in space, nobody can hear you scream.
Iā€™m laughing so hardā€¦why are Kanataā€™s abs the thing that hurt the most? (Itā€™s because heā€™s got the harness in that regionā€¦forget I asked. Itā€™s still funny though.)
ā€œMILD THINGā€ ā€“ Yep, Ulgarā€™s gonna be mild after what happened this episodeā€¦
Ohhhhh, I didnā€™t understand the ā€œhairpieceā€ thing until it was revealed it was a toupee through context.
Ooh, 50% chance of lying here. Who to trust, who to trust? Charce or Aries? (I trust Aries, by the way.)
Dr Stone 6
The alien explanation etc. was in the manga, butā€¦why do all the attackers look like Senku???
Senku does his best Thinker impression.
Eyyy! Fighter vs. fighter. I love this scene, even if only because Tsukasa (and his muscles) have the upper hand in both the visual angle and the power balance, although [BLEEP <- no spoilers!] has the surprise factor.
I remember learning once blonde hair is recessiveā€¦so does that mean most of the community is blonde? (I know the answer to that, but you, my non-existent anime-discussing entity, donā€™t.)
Iā€™m tempted to hear Senku scream, ā€œThis. Is. SCIENCE!!!ā€
Fruits Basket 15
For some reason, videos run much faster on my phone than my laptopā€¦
Hmmā€¦this is the first time Iā€™m properly listening to the 2nd EDā€¦Itā€™s kinda like how youā€™d expect an ED to be: quieter than an ED, but still serving up cuteness.
Fruits Basket 16
This episodeā€™s visually very darkā€¦
Middle School!Tohru reminds me of Hitori Bocchi.
Smol Uo looks like Kyo.
Fruits Basket 17
(nothing this time, sorry!)
Fruits Basket 18
Oh! I remember the matching scene in the manga (where Kisa bites Tohru for the first time).
I also remember the manga Hatsuharu is reading is called ā€œMogeta and the Antā€ (Ari).
Now you see why Tohru is Kyokoā€™s daughterā€¦
ā€œā€¦what her hair and eye colour were.ā€
Fruits Basket 19
The ep is called ā€œIā€™m So Sorry!ā€ā€¦I think I know whoā€™s going to star in this episode, alrightā€¦
For some reason, when I see Ritsu and Mitchan apologising to each other, I think of me and Astralā€¦(LOLā€¦?)
ā€¦Or maybe it reminds me of Zenitsuā€¦?
Eyyyyyyyy, A-ya is A-yaā€¦
This overly-apologetic character of Ritsuā€¦this is why Martin was my favourite character back in the original Ro.Te.O daysā€¦*sighs while basking in nostalgia*
Demon Slayer 19
This episodeā€™s been hyped since last week. Letā€™s get on with it!
Ooh, no pattern on this title cardā€¦
Wow (sarcastic), talk about infightingā€¦but amazingly, I found Inosukeā€™s art shift to be funny for once in my life! (Amazing!...and yes, the exclamation of ā€œAmazing!ā€ is sincere)
Using terror isā€¦well, Machiavellian. Hard power. You get my drift, right?
So basically, Rui breaks down the nuclear family for us.
Wait a flippinā€™ secondā€¦Hinokami (god of fire)? Charcoal selling? Water Breathing??? One of these is not like the others, for sure.
I get the feeling the fatherā€™s dance was recorded as video then converted to animation by ufotable staffā€¦thatā€™s what they did for YoI, no?
ā€œThe cold wonā€™t bother you, either.ā€ - Well, due to his fire theming, the cold never bothered Tanjiro anywayā€¦*echoes of ā€œLet It Goā€ suddenly play in the background*
Go for it, Nezuko! Be the Bakugo of the Demon Slayer world!
According to the credits, Tanjiroā€™s dadā€™s name is Tanjuroā€¦thatā€™s confusing, to say the leastā€¦
(Sorry Astral, the background noise while I was watching meant I didā€™t watch it with sound onā€¦Also, is it wrong that I think the dad is hot??? Another thing: why do Tanjuro and Tanjiro have matching scars on their templesā€¦?)
One of Tanjiroā€™s bros looks like Zenitsu??? Wuh???
Ooh, insert song ā€œKamado Tanjiroā€™s Songā€ by Go Shiina ft Nami Nakagawa. Iā€™ll have to listen to it when I can. (Ever since SGRS, Iā€™ve loved Go Shiinaā€™s workā€¦guess I didnā€™t expect it here, though.) Update: Misattributed the work. Go Shiina does videogame work, Sheens Ringo did SGRS stuf.
Given 3
I never knew that asking someone into a band was like asking someone outā€¦(probably because Iā€™ve never been in a band).
Givenā€™s a frickinā€™ riot ā€“ thatā€™s one reason I stuck with it.
I forgot Mafuyu was underageā€¦!
Cop Craft 6
That car chase was basically Need for Speedā€¦with worse graphicsā€¦
ā€œPrayboyā€ā€¦hmmā€¦
I followed Keiā€™s advice to Google Jeffrey Dahmerā€¦and I regret it.
The text says ā€œSomeone from the Semanian gang of thieves made contact.ā€
I didnā€™t make sense of ā€œI hate being McCloudā€ until I rewound a bit and found thatā€™s a disguise or alter ego of Tonyā€™s.
ā€œShift the transmission into ā€˜Reverseā€™. The car will begin to roll backward sharplyā€¦ā€ - The driving instructions are real, at least.
Given 4
Ehhhhhā€¦still shotsā€¦
Kaji sure looks tough for a violinistā€¦but a music major? Never thought heā€™d be oneā€¦(I saw some spoilers saying Kaji was a violinist before I watched the episode, hence my lack of surprise in that department.)
Not everyoneā€™s in a band, yā€™knowā€¦
$120ā€¦? Nastyā€¦
$70ā€¦
Ah, a layby? I donā€™t actually know what other countries call it, but where I am theyā€™re called laybys, not layaways. (At the charity store I volunteer at, they call ā€˜em ā€œholdsā€, thoughā€¦which makes things even more confusing.)
Watching th first ep at the anime club made me realise that one had a piano version of Marutsuke, while this one is standard Marutsuke.
Given 5
Ooh, I see English-translated lyrics! Nice one, subbers! By the way, the title of the OP ā€œKizuatoā€ sounds like it should translate to ā€œTraces of Scars/Woundsā€ in English, but itā€™s in katakana, so I canā€™t confirm thatā€¦
It seems joining a band is a metaphor for love in this showā€¦(see ep. 3 notes for more on that)
Holy moly! Iā€™m still fairly new to BL/yaoi in general, so two-timing the boyfriend is not a trope ā€˜ve seen before, let alone dealt with in my headā€¦
Ooh, more translated lyrics! That (ED singer) does sound like Mafuyu, come to think of itā€¦
