マーケット日和で購入した焼き菓子でコーヒータイム。特にレモンケーキは、じゅわっとレモンの香りが染み出てきてとても美味しかったです。

お店はどこなんだろう？と調べてみると、白川町で主にイベント出店をしてらっしゃるところのようです。またどこかのイベントで購入できたら良いなぁ。

他にも色々なお店が出店されていましたが、タルトのお店とか��ものっっっすごい列が常時できている状態で、色々熱量に圧倒されて中々買うことができませんでした。広い芝生広場でのんびり開放感ある雰囲気の中、お菓子エリアだけ列だらけで何か違う雰囲気に……笑

私のお目当てのブックエリアはのんびりした感じでそれほど人混みに揉まれることもなく、ゆっくり物色できてちょうど良かったです。

Crunchyroll: annunciati altri simulcast per la stagione invernale, c’è spazio anche per i live action

In arrivo Salaryman’s Club, la serie drama di Hakuoki, I’m Kodama Kawashiri e Rusted Armors. 

Le prime fra le numerose nuove serie della stagione invernale 2022 della piattaforma partono proprio oggi, ma il palinsesto simulcast di Crunchyroll ha ancora spazio per altro.

Originale serie targata LIDEN FILMS (Tokyo Revengers, Hanebado!), che mette sul piatto la competizione sia negli affari che nello sport, ruotando attorno a dei giovani salaryman, membri di varie squadre di badminton aziendali.

Saranno anche degli impiegati di giorno, ma hanno la passione del badminton!

L’anime è diretto da Aimi Yamauchi (direttrice d’episodio in Blade of the Immortal e in Killing Bites), che ne sta anche curando la sceneggiatura assieme a Teruko Utsumi (Sarazanmai).

Il design dei personaggi si basa su quello originale concepito da Suzuhito Yasuda (Durarara!!, DanMachi) ed è adattato per l’animazione da Majiro (Barakamon, Macross Delta). La colonna sonora è, invece, ad opera dei Fox Capture Plan (Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai).

Serie di corti basata sul manga di Kodama Kawajiri dal titolo “Atasha Kawajiri Kodama Da yo: Dangerous Lifehacker no Tadareta Seikatsu”. 

Aoi Yuki doppia Kodama Kawashiri, una donna pigra che vuole solo bere birra e mangiare cibi grassi.

La commedia slice of life è diretta da Shingo Kaneko ed è animata presso lo studio LAPIN TRACK (Sarazanmai, Uchitama?! Have you seen my Tama?).

RUSTED ARMORS

Serie animata di 12 episodi, parte dell’omonimo franchise lanciato nel 2017 con uno spettacolo teatrale, che ha poi ispirato anche un manga. La storia è ambientata in Giappone, durante un’era Sengoku in chiave steampunk e segue le gesta del mercenario Magoichi e del celebre condottiero Oda Nobunaga.

Dei guerrieri samurai combattono in una versione alternativa e steampunk del periodo degli stati combattenti!

A dirigere il progetto presso lo studio KIGUMI troviamo Shinmei Kawahara (Tofu Kozo), mentre la sceneggiatura sta venendo curata da Ohine Ezaki. Il character design è ad opera di Sakura Ogawa e le musiche sono realizzate da Koji Ide e MAYDENFIELD.

HAKUOKI: DEMON OF THE FLEETING BLOSSOM

Serie live action di 10 episodi, ispirata al popolare franchise otome di “Hakuoki”, che comprende una saga di videogiochi, manga e serie animate.

Una ragazza rimane intrappolata nelle vicende dello Shinsengumi, in questa storia basata sulla famosa serie di videogiochi.

L’adattamento è diretto da Masanobu Rokusha, assieme a Yuki Nishikata, mentre la sceneggiatura è curata da Shinya Hokimoto.

Recently Viewed: Haruneko

Saw Haruneko, the the last of the three kinda, sorta cat-themed movies screened at the Japan Cuts festival. The program described it as avant-garde, though I don't know if I'd go that far: it features a not-entirely-unconventional plot structured around traditional ghost story tropes, though it is quite experimental in its execution and style. Director Sora Hokimoto blurs the boundaries between past and present, reality and performance, and life and death by cutting seamlessly between lush locations and impressionistic studio sets, allowing his characters to literally wander into memories, flashbacks, and fantasies as they confront the demons lurking in their own dark hearts.

I would speculate on the deeper thematic significance of these techniques, but Hokimoto (who was present to introduce his work) specifically requested that the audience "feel" the film, rather than overthinking every little detail, and I'd like to respect his wishes. Also, I'm extremely tired and have to be up early for work. I'm sure I'll pay for my decision to take in a late show in the morning, but for today, I'll say it was well worth the pain and fatigue.

Japanese publishers Comico (publisher of both big titles and original artist webmanga creations) and entertainment media group WOWOW have announced that they'll be partnering up for a collaboration project ^^

The collaboration will revolve around the creation & publication of two original horror manga series created by two of Comico's artists, namely "Do Not Read" by Hokimoto Shinya, and "Sign Classes" by Inohara Kenta

While at the moment we don't have full details on what this project will entail, more information will be given during a radio program on the 11th of August, which besides the two authors will also star voice actor Daisuke Namikawa (Detective Conan's Shiro Ogata, Prince of Tennis' Chotaro Ohtori, Pokemon Sun & Moon's Rotom Pokédex)
