" what — so i can't even walk now? " priscilla scowls, emerging from the shadows with her arms crossed. " pretty sure this is neutral ground. not like i came here looking for you. "

never mind that she hasn't spared a second glance at astronomy tower since their school days. even then, she made no secret of her disregard for the so-called noble art of divination. last in, first out. a cynic by nature, she always figured it was fanciful horseshit for people with neither personality nor purpose because really — how pathetic do you have to be to let stars and incense dictate your life?

probably about as pathetic as you'd have to be to let a girl you've been carrying a torch for since first year relegate you to the status of 'spy' — read: hogwarts' most hated traitor. but that's just how it is with them. how it's always been. priscilla can scoff and roll her eyes all she wants, but if lila told her to kneel on the ground and bark like a dog, she would.

[  astronomy tower.  25  januardy  2031.  @nprisc ] the  astronomy  tower  wore  its  emptiness  like  an  open  wound.  the  room  felt  different  now  that  the  telescopes  had  been  removed  —  barer,  colder,  like  everything  else  the  war  had  touched.  lila  pressed  her  spine  against  the  parapet,  knees  pulled  to  her  chest,  trying  to  find  solitude  in  the  quiet  night  air.  but  peace  wouldn't  come,  not  when  her  mind  kept  dragging  her  back  to  the  dungeons.  a  looping  nightmare,  her  body  refusing  to  stir  itself  awake.  abi  falling  —  the  distance  too  great,  her  legs  too  slow,  her  magic  too  weak.  the  killing  curse  had  painted  the  stone  walls  an  impossible  green,  a  color  that  didn't  belong  in  nature,  didn't  belong  anywhere  but  in  her  nightmares.  then  came  the  sound  of  stone  giving  way,  and  abi's  last,  desperate  gasp.  that  sound  followed  her  now,  echoing  through  dark�� &  empty  corridors,  haunting  her  dreams  and  waking  hours.  another  person  she'd  failed  to  protect.  another  name  to  carve  into  her  conscience,  alongside  her  father's,  alongside  hagrid's.  the  list  kept  growing,  and  she  was  so  tired  of  watching  people  die. abi  had  been  there  from  the  first  meeting  of  the  knights,  the  sturdy  glue  that  held  them  together  with  her  brilliant  mind  &  quiet  determination.  she'd  been  the  voice  of  reason  that  stopped  them  from  charging  ahead,  kept  them  from  falling  into  the  abyss  of  their  own  rage.  they'd  balanced  each  other  perfectly  —  lila's  fire  &  abi's  pragmatism,  impulse  &  reason.  now  she  was  gone,  and  the  world  brutally,  bitterly  kept  on  turning.  the  knights  were  her  responsibility,  her  chosen  family,  but  they  kept  slipping  through  her  fingers  like  water,  like  smoke.  she  should  have  been  better,  faster,  stronger.  should  have  found  another  way.  there  was  too  much  that  she  should  have  done,  too  many  moments  she'd  repeat  in  her  mind  long  after  death.  there'd  be  no  peace  for  her,  not  after  this,  not  after  everything  she'd  done.  (  she'd  let  him  go.  she'd  seen  what  he'd  done,  met  his  eyes  in  the  bitter  dark,  and  she'd  chosen  to  let  him  go.  ) a  footstep  on  the  stairs  cut  through  her  spiral  of  regret.  her  hand  moved  to  her  wand  out  of  raw  instinct,  before  her  brain  caught  itself  up.  she  recognized  that  walk,  could  have  picked  it  out  of  a  thousand  others.  “  you  shouldn't  be  here,  "  she  murmured,  her  voice  stripped  of  its  usual  sharp  edges.  “  they're  watching  us  all,  especially  now.  it's  not  safe for you.  ” a  short  pause.  a  breath  that  carried  the  weight  of  too  many  war  wounds,  too  many  graves,  too  little  hope.  a  moment  of  vulnerability  seeping  through  her  brass. it'd been weeks since the last time they'd been able to find a quiet moment to properly speak — were the two of them too far apart now to find comfort in each other's arms?  “  i  miss  her  too, pris.  ” i miss how it used to be between us all. i miss everything.

in my dream world Sy is dating a woman who has the biggest floppiest ears like a puppy and he dotes and loves on her so much; making her go so shy she covers her face with her fluffy ears. She works as a plant nursery worker, which means she spends her days planting seeds and looking after local plants to make sure they’re happy and healthy, that is until Sy plants his seed on her. Knocking her up full with their own pup, with him wishing it would get her bushy tail and fluffy brown ears. His pup🫶😭

He’d have a pretty collar (a classy one not some bulky ugly one) round her neck, designed with small diamonds and glittering rocks, adorning his initials to show who she belonged to. It was only fair since he saved her from that lab that was about to do god knows what to his poor baby pup. It wasn’t her fault she had been born more or less human, with puppy ears and a puppy tail, in fact it made her who she is. A soft snuggly woman who wanted nothing more than to spend her days with her owner/man/husband/baby daddy. With him tending to her every need while she’s on heat, with it sometimes prolonging weeks, no wonder they have babies upon babies.

Let’s not forget that anytime he tugs on her soft tail she instantly grows needy and has to have kisses, hugs and lots of orgasms because she’s so desperate, naive and innocent; not knowing the consequences of his cum filling up her fertile womb. It only makes sense that within a few years their farm house has tons of their babies running around chasing each other, with Sy kissing and hugging on the newest addition to the family, his other arm wrapped around his pup’s pregnant stomach. Again.

PSA: This was just an idea in my head but I had to get it outtt 😺 I dont know if this is worthy an actual full length imagine but we shall see. Hope you guys enjoyed this idea as much as i did!

there's a flicker of recognition once they ask their question, head tilting ever-so-slightly as they think back to the common room during their schooling years. paxton remembers her face, though her name eludes them, remembers the other gryffindors that surrounded her - a weasley and the boy. swallowing, paxton returns to the matter at hand instead of simmering over memories of a better time, moving attention from the woman to the books in their hands. one, a fictional novel of beasts and heroes from across the continent; the other in their left hand, another fictional novel but with a push on the human psyche and moral consequences. lowering the one on beasts, paxton looks closer at the other book. "something to keep the mind keen, i suppose . . ." chewing on their bottom lip, books are placed back on their respective shelves before a free hand rubs at clean-shaven cheeks. "what books do i like . . . now that is a question." paxton had read so much that they were unsure of what they truly enjoyed, reading had simply become a way to pass time and block out intrusive thoughts. "history is quite an interesting subject, don't you agree? if you have any page-turner recommendations that would be greatly appreciated."

She was still getting used to being back here. Alice had adored common room when she'd been at school. She'd loved hanging out with her friends. And it had been somewhere where she had felt truly at home. It felt weird now. This wasn't her common room. Not like she remembered it anyway. It also felt tense in there. And she didn't like tense. It was even worse now, a good couple of weeks into being back. So much had happened. Where as the common room had felt like a escape, it didn't anymore. There was no where that felt like an escape anymore.

The brunette bit her lip as she sat down on one of the couches, a book on her lap. She didn't even know what she had picked up. But she wanted to do something that might just make her forget about everything right now. She needed that. She needed an escape, for her mind and thoughts to just slow down. “Hmmmm.” You kissed him again. Those stupidly broad shoulders were blocking anyone’s view, so you let your tongue trace across his lip as you pulled away.

“Dr Pepper.”

He laughed and ran his tongue across the path yours had just taken. “Nah, cream soda.”

“Nuh uh.”

“Yuh huh.“

“But…but cinnamon?”

He laughed again, blowing and popping a red bubble in your face. The unmistakable spice wafted toward you.

“Dammit. That’s cheating.”

“It’s called strategy.” He leaned forward, smirk in full force…ready to kiss the pout and/or puffed cheeks you were giving him in return. He halted as a loud groan erupted behind him.

“The fuck is your problem, phone charger?”

“Duuuuude, finally. I’ve been waiting for you to ask.”

You smiled and sidestepped the man in front of you to see Kaminari spinning at his desk, eyes still glued to the ceiling. The exhale from Katsuki was the only invitation he needed to continue, raising his fingers to count off in front of his face.

“First of all, me not having a cutie come in every day to kiss is a huuuuge problem.”

Katsuki tsked, slid behind you, and rested his chin on the top of your head. You ignored the gentle tugs against your waist in the direction of the door.

“It’s totally not fair. And B, the least you could do is let me watch.”

“The fuck I will, you-“ Kaminari ignored the interruption, continuing on. “Third, do you guys go grocery shopping like every day?” He stopped spinning and cocked his head to the side.

“Grocery shopping?”

“Yea, like you want Dr Pepper. It’s been weeks of you needing something every day…yesterday was mint ice cream, the day before that was coffee, and it’s always something different. It’s weird.”

You laughed, pushing away the hand that had left your waist and was now trying to cover your mouth.

“Don’t you dare tell that perv.” You laughed harder at the whine in his voice as you broke free and hid behind Kaminari’s chair.

“We aren’t grocery shopping. We’re playing a game.”

“Oh, can I play?” You clutched your side as the image of that made your laughter more intense.

“You absolutely can fucking not.” Bakugou nearly growled the words.

“Why not? You’re so mean, man.”

You wiped the tears from your eyes. “Charge, the game is guessing the chapstick flavor.” Kaminari rolled his head back to look up at you.

“Guessing the chap-“ his eyes widened as Bakugou let out a huff in your direction. “Ohhhh, I see…” He smiled and winked at your boyfriend, who was now successfully tugging you toward the door. “I could totally play that. So what will you wear for us tomorrow?”

“Not wearin’ anything for you tomorrow, idiot.”

“That’s hot, bro.”

You giggled as Katsuki’s ears became the brightest part of his costume.

“Shut the fuck up and get back to work.”

You were both nearly in the hallway when you heard one last shout behind you.

“Wait! Does that mean you have like 237 different lip glosses?”

You laughed, pushing Katsuki forward as he tried to turn and launch himself back in the room.
