MAN. im such a sucker for the dynamic of person A being super in love with person B and being completely okay that person B doesn't love them back.

like one mention, one suggestion that person B is open too it and person A would jump on it but until then person A is just okay with pining wildly.

A scene from the TV Show Bones (Season 2, Episode 19). Angela Montenegro and Jack Hodgins are at a fancy restaurant having dinner.

Jack has a smile on his face while he says, "I'm madly in love with you, Angela, and you are the most amazing woman that I have ever met."

As he's speaking, Angela goes from smiling to a confused and shocked face. Jack keeps going, "My life is so much better since..." but Angela interrupts with a "Oh my God". Jack stops talking and looks at her, lost. "What?" he says. "Are you breaking up with me?" questions Angela, slightly raising her voice due to the shock.

Jack looks confused as he wonders, "Why would I get you all dressed up for dinner just to break up?" Angela breaks eye-contact, thinking for a second, before saying in a defeated voice "I don't know". She lets out a weak laugh. "Because you're... I'm not thinking straight. Go ahead."

Hodgins has a smile back on his face: "I had this all laid out in my mind. You are an upsetting woman." Angela replies, "I'm sorry" and Jack looks down to his plate, chuckling. "Please go ahead," she encourages, smiling. Jack looks at her lovingly and readjusts himself in his seat.

Bones Chat

I finally finished season 10 on the 8th of this month. It aired from September 2014 to June 2015. When the season first aired, the only episode I'd watched live from this season was the first episode of the season.

After Sweets was killed, for like, 9 years I refused to watch the rest of the show because I was so mad and sad that he'd died. I loved his character then and still do now, all these years later. (I know why the actor left, but that doesn't make losing Sweets any easier.)

I started watching the show live after 3/1/12. The first live episode I saw was The Prisoner in the Pipe, which aired 4/2/2012. S7E7.

I'm determined to finally finish the show. I don't mind spoilers in the comments. If anyone feels like sharing major plot points in season 11 and 12, I welcome them.

I'm going to turn on season 11 in a few minutes, actually.

A couple things to know before interacting with me:

I ship B&B.

I ship Hodgela.

I'm unsure if I like Arastoo and Cam. I think I need more scenes of them together to figure out if I like them or not.

I liked Wendell and Angela as a couple. Do they have a ship name? if so, drop it in the comments, please.

I like the James Aubrey character. Especially his actor, John Boyd. I also liked him on FBI as Scola, when I used to watch the show.

I don't like Daisy. Don't come at me. I don't trash talk her, I just don't like her. I wanted to like her because I like Sweets, but she just never grew on me, as a character. I feel sorry for her and the baby losing Sweets, but I still don't like her character.

I cried when Vincent Nigel-Murray and Sweets were killed. They were both amazing characters.

I don't like Brennan's father, Max, and never will.

I feel like Jared's character never actually showed any growth and I don't like him.

I feel like Parker was very underused, especially given that he's Booth's son. (I don't know the reason why this was, don't come at me.)

I didn't originally like the Clark Edison character, but he grew on me over time. Once he started to relax a little with the main characters. Now, I really enjoy his character when he's on the show.

Wendell is my favorite Squintern, with Vincent and Clark tied for second, and Arastoo and Jessica tied for third place in my favorites.

I like and miss Gordon Gordon Wyatt and found his character funny and fun.

I didn't like the Zack Addy character, still don't, and never will.
