Can I just say that I feel it’s a little odd that the Mystic Seller just rips Narinder from whatever afterlife he went to just to give him up as a prize?

I get that game-play wise this was to allow people who chose to kill him post-battle access to a unique follower that would have been unobtainable before, but story-wise it just has me like ??? Why did they do that???

Ok so like. They DO take care to actually not let a lot of people see em, but Murder dates 1000% happen for real. It's a swag pastime <3

In general yeah anyone who sees Talas in leviathan form has to Die because then they can actually connect him to the worldeater and put two and two together that it's him, so he has to keep his appearance a secret.

Since there's usually no survivors to tell the tales all the info would be what comes in through radio contact before theyre cut, so there might actually be like. A witness or two of the big fucker who now has a smaller leviathan hunting alongside. So technically they probably do get seen its just people can never live for very long afterwards fkfkgnkg

And just for fun. Some other murder dates involve putting both strats together like uh. Morays and groupers do irl where they hunt together, Talas is more of an open water guy and Hades is more of a quick reef maneuver guy.

Also the other day i was thinking how fucking scary it would be if hades had his petals splayed and looking like the eyes of a big leviathan but the thing in front of him wasnt particularly shaken, and then Hades folds his petals back and Talas is like Right There.

Or even mer form Hades being completely unhinged and dragging someone behind a boat like live bait and Talas chasing them around. They do get creative basically
