My doodle of Tamiko Hayase and Voltage Inc’s Metro PD Tadanobu Nomura is inspired from Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials where the protagonists Lyra Belacqua and Will Parry despite being in love with each other have to live separate lives as they cannot survive if one lived in the other’s world. So as a compromise, each midsummer soltice, when the sun aligns their parallel world, Lyra and Will promise to sit at a specific bench in their Oxford University world having lunch together, fully aware that one is thinking of the other under the Summer sky ❤️❤️❤️😭

Tami Hayase channelling major Audrey Hepburn vibes during her Seijin no Hi aka Coming of Age Day, which is like the Japanese version of Sweet Sixteen except it’s like a whole group of people wearing traditional Japanese custom wear. Women wear Furisode while men wear a Hakama.

Tami’s dress was inspired by a combination of Audrey Hepburn’s Givenchy white dress in Sabrina and a new technique in Furisode folding of which converts it into a dress. The genius behind this coveted new style is by Oriental Wasou.

OMG!!!!! Her Love in the Force Fanfic made it to NUMBER ONE on Wattpad’s Voltage Inc Category after weeks of being under the top 10 (15-16 to be exact)

Seriously, words cannot express the joy I am feeling right now. It’s all too sudden. I’m a bit overwhelmed.

I just wanna thank EVERYONE who made this humble fanfic possible. Remember, it all started here on tumblr. If it wasn’t for the usual fans who still encouraged me to lurk despite all the Voltage Inc Drama of 2016-2017 (y’all know what I’m talking about LOL), I would have never had the guts to post it and continue to canon on Wattpad so many thank yous to everyone (there are so many of you! I know I wish I could write all your names down but I also know some of you also no longer are active on tumblr and I cannot find your handles anymore) but please know that I am ever so grateful for all your love and support ❤️

Important Announcement

After 3 years in the concept,

After 3 months of getting back to the grind.

Officially as of 01/20 (kinda add that like 0+1+2+0 = 3)

Her Love in the Force Fanfic, Season 1 is OFFICIALLY COMPLETED and published on Wattpad.

I would love to thank everyone who liked my story when it started out first here on Tumblr. I know many of you have gone your own ways after three years in between so I hope someday you’ll find this post and check out the progress I’ve made of the book to make it a completed reality.

For those of you who have read my 165,000 word count novella, congratulations!!
