oh Rewind is an absolute MASTER at getting places he is not supposed to be in utterly improbable ways. how'd he get up into the rafters? when did he make his way into the restricted records of such-and-such facility? what ungodly power does he have hidden away in that teeny little frame??? just curiosity, spite, and an utter lack of fear, really. he's got a small arsenal of tools and tricks, which is why he's so good at keeping up with the action when the heroes start going at each other
