#Repost @wuerth_collection ・・・ ON SHOW Works by the Stuttgart based artist Andreas Ilg and the sculptor Bernhard Betz from Munich meet at Hirschwirtscheuer in Künzelsau. The retrospective, which was created in close collaboration with the two artists, shows around 60 works on three floors that deal with the redefinition of the material, in different ways. Plastic meets wood, everyday objects and everyday consumer goods receive new appreciation. Products that seem to have become useless are transformed by removing them from their original context and transferring them to another one. Both artists use objects of trivial origin, which reflect the topics of mass consumption and sustainability.
