I just LOVE how rude everyone has become these days. I'm in the damn grocery store doing my shopping, right? I reach the end of an aisle and want to go to the meats, and another shopper is about to inersect with me. I stop so we don't crash into each other, since she didn't wanna pay attention I guess. And I say 'sorry' (I always say sorry in this scenario even if it isn't my fault, most of the time I get NO response). And this fucking cunt has the NERVE to mutter 'doubt it' as we pass each other. Like excuuuuuuse me for trying to be fucking polite, and you have to go out of your way to be a rude bitch in return 🙄😡. I was very tempted to ask her what the FUCK she said, but decided I have better things to do with my time. I did the right thing, as a good person does. And she did not, and she'll have to live with that forever. Fuck you, random lady at my local grocery store. May your arm that I assume was broken take a couple weeks longer to heal 🖕

Okay, the Egon smut is SMUTTING big time. She's a really rough draft so far, but I am forcing myself to just go through the whole story, getting it all on the page BEFORE editing. I have a terrible habit of trying to edit as I write, and I'm challenging myself to not do that this time around. But I'm happy with where the story is going, and of course writing about Egon (arguably the best Ghostbuster, though Ray is a close second).

I'm very pleased to have more progress done on the Egon story. It's growing near 30k words now, and there's still no end in sight. I genuinely have no clue if I'm going to split it into parts, or post the whole behemoth at once. I'm very happy with how it's going, though, so there's that. As per usual when I get a new hyperfixation on a fictional man, he is slowly haunting my dreams (in a good way, I promise). I miss having new things to post, but I have no clue when I'm going to finish this project 🫠

I watched Baby Reindeer today, binged it all in one go. I couldn't stop watching, and it was an awkward, heartbreaking, but also cathartic experience. I highly recommend everybody watch it, it's definitely worth your time. It has a lot to say, and I think it's a message we could all stand to hear. As a victim of assault myself, it was really meaningful to see all the reactions and disfunction that comes with being a survivor. Especially hypersexuality, and engaging in risky, or just plain confusing behavior as a way to find answers or cope with the trauma. I know I've seen some people out there blaming Donny for his own situation, but I don't. If you really pay attention, and don't jump to the first victim-blaming impulse that society programs us with, you'll see how and why things went down the way they did for him. Also, it's not wrong to feel a little bad for Martha, I did as well. She seems like a really unwell and sad person that probably experienced a lot of pain herself. But that definitely doesn't excuse her behavior at all, so I hope people don't try to justify her bullshit, either. Idk, I think I'm rambling a bit now. Just a lot of thoughts and feelings here.

Okay guys I just watched Dinner in America and I am UNWELL! Patty is so me, I can't even arghfjsyrbejdufhru! And SIMON my FUCKING GOD that man can GET IT, ALL DAY, EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! I just...this film is gonna own my ass like a pet chihuahua, I couldn't stop kicking my feet and giggling! Patty is the most accurate weirdo/autistic girl I've ever seen in my life, and I loved every second of her on screen. "Violate me", girl knows how to GET IT! And that songggggg is gonna be in my head for the rest of my life, and happily so. I'm telling you, this is our era of weird girls being weird and not changing for anyone! This film, Lisa Frankenstein, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, etc. It's our time now, girlies 🥰

Eek, I just pre-ordered tickets to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice on September 7th! I've always been a huge fan of the original film, and while I was apprehensive about a decades-later sequel at first, the trailers and clear use of practical effects instead of tons of CGI has gotten me so excited to see this! I do wish Adam and Barbara were coming back, but I'm hoping at the very least they will be mentioned somewhere in the film. Either way, it looks like it's gonna be great! Can't wait!
