Rabu (1/3/2023) di Jalan Nakula, Banjar Munduk Anggrek, Desa Yehembang Kauh, Kecamatan Mendoyo. Ritual Metelu Bulan, Mapetik dan Matatah (potong gigi) secara massal tidak dipungut biaya alias gratis, diikuti sebanyak 53 pemedek dari Kecamatan Mendoyo dan Pekutatan, ditutup atau dipuput oleh Sulinggih Ida Pandita Empu Nabe Rastra Prabu Wibawa Diwiya asal Griya Giri Anggrek Amerta Munduk Anggrek. Bupati Tamba mengatakan mendukung penuh kegiatan umat hindu di Jembrana dalam rangka melestarikan tradisi leluhur hindu Bali, Matelu Bulan, Mapetik dan Matatah merupakan bagian dari Manusa Yadnya. "Pemerintah selalu mendukung kegiatan adat di Jembrana dalam rangka melestarikan seni, adat, agama dan budaya, Tyang ingin sekali ada lebih banyak yayasan seperti ini di Jembrana, ini akan membantu meringankan umat kita," kata Bupati Tamba dalam sambutannya. Dalam kegiatan itu I Nengah Tamba menyerahkan punia senilai Rp5 juta kepada Ketua Yayasan Giri Amertha Santhi. "Kegiatan ini sebagai wujud bhakti kepada Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa," ujar Tamba. Lanjut, Pihaknya mengapreasi kegiatan yang dianggapnya sangat luar biasa, menurutnya yayasan sangat membantu masyarakat juga sekaligus membatu pemerintah daerah. "Tityang Matur Suksma Ring Ida Empu, Pemerintah Daerah baru bisa melaksanakan kegiatan ngaben masal di kecamatan, napi sane keicen ida mangkin untuk masyarakat semoga dibalas, mogi-mogi Hyang Widi Wasa Ngicen kesehatan, kerahayuan lan rejeki kepada Ida Empu melalui doa masayarakat sami," kata Bupati Tamba. Sementara, Ketua Yayasan Giri Amerta Santhi I Dewa Putu Eka Subita asal Banjar Munduk Anggrek, Desa Yehembang Kauh, mengatakan ini adalah kegiatan pertama Yayasan Giri Amertha Santhi yang baru saja berdiri pada tahun 2022. "Pendirian Yayasan diprakarsai oleh Desa Adat Yehembang Kauh, Kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan pertama yang dilaksanakan semenjak Yayasan berdiri tahun 2022, yaitu upacara Matelu bulan, Mapetik dan Metatah secara Masal," katanya. Pihaknya menjelaskan kegiatan tidak membenbankan biaya kepada para peserta, ada sebanyak 53 orang dari Kecamatan Mendoyo dan Pekutatan yang mengikuti ritual Manusa Yadnya tersebut. "Yang mengikuti upacara sebanyak 53 pemedek, mereka tidak dipungut biaya, namun peserta berinisiatif untuk menghaturkan punia kepada yayasan dengan besaran Rp200.000 dari masing-masing peserta, hal itu adalah kesepakatan dari para peserta sendiri, minimnya keikutsertaan karena kurangnya sosialisasi di masyarakat," tutupnya. आज कुछ लोग दृढ़तापूर्वक मांग कर रहे हैं, तर्क दे रहे हैं, प्रयास कर रहे हैं यत्र तत्र की मनु स्मृति या मनु संहिता हिंदुओं का संविधान हो इसे लेकर सभी को सहमत किया जाए। हिन्दू राजशाही व्यस्था के लिए एकजुट हों। राजा का चुनाव शंकराचार्य की दिशा निर्देश पर हो।

फिर चाहे असहमति वालों को लात मार हिंदुत्व के दायरे से बाहर करना पड़े, पाकिस्तानी घोषित करना पड़े अथवा छद्म हिन्दू सिद्ध करना पड़े। तर्क का आभाव हो तो तुरंत ब्लॉक भी करने में देर नही करते गरिया कर।

आगे शंकराचार्य को ले कर शंकराचार्य लोग में ही विवाद है। और इसी विधर्मियों की याचिका पर हमारे धार्मिक अनुष्ठान में बदलाव करवाने वाले न्यायालय तक जा चुका। जो खुद किसी विधर्मी समर्थक लेकिन कथित तठस्थ और निष्पक्ष व्यस्था से अधिकार मांगने गए हैं वो नई व्यस्था बनाएंगे? हमारे लिए जो पहले ही अनाप शनाप कानूनों और अध्यादेशों में पिस रहे हैं?

चार शंकराचार्य होते हैं। इनमें से कौन चुनेगा हमारा राजा? किस वर्ण से, किन आधारों पर चुनेंगे? वास्तविक राजशाही व्यस्था में, वंश परम्परा से राजगद्दी नहीं प्राप्त करने वाले भी राजयोग भोग चुके हैं। उनमें भाग्य और साहस का अच्छा सामंजस्य था। क्या वैसे लोग इनके चुने हुए राजा को स्वीकारेंगे? क्या राजा को अपनी परीक्षा नही देनी चाहिए आज जब प्राचीन गणराज्य व्यस्था की धूमिल छाया इस लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में प्रधानमंत्री बहुमत से आता है लेकिन राष्ट्र का सरवोच्च कर्ता, राष्ट्रपति सिर्फ नाम का है और प्रधानमंत्री से भी कमजोर है क्यों कि खुद प्रधानमंत्री ने उसे चुना है?

अभी इतने पर ही कोई ठोस निष्कर्ष निकलता है तो बताइए।

उधेड़ना शुरू करेंगे तो बाल की खाल पर भी खालदार बाल हैं आगे।

अब आगे सूक्ष्म अवलोकन करें मनुस्मृति ही पर तो ये मीर कासिम के आक्रमण के पहले किसी राज्य या राजा ने मनु स्मृति को लेकर शासन किया हो ऐसा कोई प्रमाण हमको नही मिला। आचार्य चाणक्य जैसे विद्वान ने भी मनुस्मृति पर शासन व्यस्थित किया ऐसा नहीं है। आचार्य चाणक्य ने, राजकर्मचारी के भ्रष्टाचार करने काल धन अर्जित करने के जितने भेद लिखे हैं, वो आज के दौर में भी वैसे ही हैं। बल्कि किसी ने कोई नया भेद नहीं निकला इतने शताब्दी बाद भी। शायद किसी के पास हो तो वो बताएगा। मेरे निजी विचार से उनके बराबर कोई नही हुआ जो राजनीति पर नया कुछ गढ़े और जिसे उन्होंने नजरअंदाज किया, उ��मे कोई खामी हुई जरूर होगी।

वेदों में राजा के कर्तव्यों को बताया गया हो, मनु स्मृति को कहीं स्थान नही मिला वेद में।

मनु स्मृति पर एक और विवाद मिलता है।

रामायण के फलश्रुति पर राम कथा समाप्त होती है। विद्वान जन प्रश्न करते हैं कि फिर लव कुश का प्रसंग किस आधार पर मूल रामायण का हिस्सा है। हिन्दू धर्म मे सभी कुछ फलश्रुति के बाद इति माना जाता है।

जिस प्रकार रामायण के उत्तर कांड को लेकर मतभेद हैं, मनुस्मृति की श्लोकों के संख्या और उनके अनुवाद को भी लेकर हैं। प्रश्न है किसे सही माना जाए?

भागवत गीता और वेदों तक के अनेकों अनुवाद और टीकाएँ हैं। किसे किस आधार पर सही मां लिया जाए?

इतना निश्चित है, की हिन्दू राष्ट्र की राह में पहला रोड़ा वो लोग हैं जो हिन्दू राष्ट्र चाहते हैं। लेकिन अपनी पसंद का।

मूल रूप से असंतुष्ट लोग, खिन्न लोग जो इस लोकतंत्र के नाम पर होने वाले शोषण से त्रस्त हैं, उनको हिन्दू राष्ट्र चाहिए। शायद ये उनके दुख दूर करदे। लेकिन फिर हिन्दू क्या है और हिन्दू राष्ट्र कैसा होगा? इसका कोई उत्तर नही उनके पास। अचेतन मन उनका भी जानता है, "दिल को बहलाने को ग़ालिब हिन्दू राष्ट्र का ख्याल अच्छा है" और हिन्दू का मुखौटा लगाए वो भी कुछ बरस निकलेंगे और निकल लेंगे।

असल हिन्दू राष्ट्र नहीँ चाहिए इनको। यहूदियों को चाहिए था। आइंस्टाइन ने दिला दिया। कैसे? वो परमाणु बम बेच कर जिसने जापान को घुटनों पर झुका दिया।

हिन्दू कौन क्या है पता नहीं। मगर यह मालूम है हमें की ये जो संघर्ष है, हिन्दू के तौर पर हमें अपना अस्तित्व बचाना है यहां। कोई देश नही चाहिए हमें। हिंदुस्तान तो हमारे देश का भाग मात्र है जहां हम बचे हुए हैं। हिन्दू और हिंदुस्तान का अस्तित्व एक दूसरे से जुड़ा और परस्पर निर्भर है। एक के साथ दूसरे का भी मिटना तय है। कुछ हिंदुकुश जैसी यादें बच जाए तो गनीमत होगी।

I have met many fellow indians and asked them about King Ashoka . They, in reply, told me about Maurya empire , Budhisms , rock edict and Ashoka's achievement - everything in one go . As I asked - do you know about James Princep, their ans. Came

With "No".

It is known to me that in india there was an ancient practice"Shruti"( being learned by listening something ) but it was not known to me that in 21st century too has its impact across .

I won't write something which is told by indians about Ashoka but would like to tribute the greatest English man James Princep who deciphered edicts and made Brahmi scripts vivid and so people of india could learn about a king and his vast kingdom .

James Princep was an assayer who came in india 15 September 1819 and worked at Asiatic society of Bengal . Very soon he was sent to Benares Mint and there he studied antiquities and made several experiments . He was an Orientalist with many interests in I.e Numismatics, Metallurgy and Meteorology .

He started observing ancients coins of india in the city . Very soon when visited delhi he found same scripts on the pillars and in Allahabad visits too . Same description he found on the rock . He started decoding and finally came up with result when fount this rock with two letters that depicted scripts is Bramhi scripts .

Here is the name which was written on the rock. - Danam . When srilanka came to know about this they communicated to Princept about Pali scripts and extensive studied brought two name in the light - "DevamPriya Piyadasi . Deciphering Brahmhi scripts made everything clear that the rocks , pillars belonged to Mauraya emperor . This way Kharoshthi scripts too deciphered by James Princep and name came up "Ashoka ". He made a collective journal and translated into english and gave It to india .
