1:Opposites attract.Jetstream sam,a man with confidence,swagger and a...cheesy hilarious smile.Raiden,a brooding emo boy with persistentence,determination and the ability to have a bunch of people flirting with him the moment they see him.Come on guys,they're opposites who aren't that different once you think about it.

2.The tension.Remember that scene when sam tells raiden that he's denying his weapon its purpose.l?The tension between them is so prevalent in that scene you can't help but wonder about why that was so utterly gay.

3.The pet names.This one is literally canon.At some point in Sam's boss fight,you has three taunts in which he calls raiden a "pretty boy"in a very flirtatious way.

Before the final boss fight with armstrong,Blade Wolf replays an audio recording of Sam before Raiden fights and kills him.In said audio,he calls raiden "blondie",now fellas why would a totally heterosexual man call his rival a pretty boy and blondie?And yeah Raiden is a blonde.Spefically a platinum blonde.

In Luke 18:9-14 a Pharisee, obsessed by his own virtue, is contrasted with a tax collector who humbly asks God for mercy (see Psalms 23 & 138). This parable demonstrates the need to pray humbly. Kitty Honestly hadn't been able to focus on anything. She hadn't heard him.come up beside her at all. But the movement gets her attention. She looked up panicked because no one is supposed to know.

Katherine is restless. She's gotten off the phone with Victor because as much as she needs something that is her own, he is her surrogate father of sorts. So Kit keeps in touch. He's told her that her restlessness will ease and she knows that he is right.

Kitty takes a trip to one of the training rooms. This always helps to settle her anxieties. She loses track of time as she pummelled the punching bag, phasomt through multiple times just for practice. She doesn't even notice when someone walked in the room she was so caught up.

Gods she’s going to have tp explain once I find her. Rowan Whitethorn would never say being mates with Aelin was easy. There were times when they bickered and were at each other’s throats because they would let pride get in the way of things. And there were times when Rowan Whitethorn would just simply hide sweets from Aelin and she would dare to pluck his hawk feathers one by one. But this was a line she had crossed.They talked everything through and for her to do this to him was unheard off. He was meeting in his office with one of his generals when a guard rushed in and whispered the news to him. He abruptly rose from his seat gave, a quick goodbye and stormed out the room. He hastily walked to his and Aelin’s room.

Aelin at times felt like a busy mother. Just ten years ago the war with the valg had ended. Many had fallen in battle in the war but she and her court were able to succeed. She and Dorian had restored the kingdoms of Ardalan and Terrasen. The Terrasen Palace would had been running smoothly if not for the twins from hell the King and Queen spawned.In perspective Aelin had only given birth to the twins five years ago. The twins would have been identical if not for their different genders. They were the perfect mix of their parents. They shared their mother's complexion and their father’s snow white hair. But the most catching features of the twins were their eyes. They eyes were circled with gold had past down from Aelin but instead of turquoise eyes, it was green. The eldest was the boy Kerian and his sister was Kaestra. Now the twins barely receiving their powers at five years old had proven to be difficult for the castle servants. They were either trying to defrost something from Kerian who was a calm and troubled child. He didn’t speak much to anyone besides his family. On the other hand Kaestra had definitely received her mother’s gift of fire as she was a fireball around the castle. She was very brave and curious and would defend her brother. It warmed everyone’s hearts when they would walk around holding each other’s hands so they wouldn’t lose each other. Their bond was obvious to all and none would dare separate the twins.

Aelin felt bad for her kids as they were cooped up and were often cared for by tutors and servants. So on this day Aelin canceled her meetings and decided to talk the children for a stroll through the gardens. The children were amazed by the hedge figures and all of the pretty flowers. This reminded Aelin of a time when Fleetfoot would follow her around the castle. Even though Aelin had loved Fleetfoot, she decided to gift the dog to Evangeline because during the war the two had bonded and kept each other company. Occasionally they would visit but Fleetfoot was old and couldn't travel. This got Aelin thinking. Aelin felt a tug on her left side which was the side Kerian was on. She crouched down to his level.

"Mama. What's that animal?" Kerian said pointing with his little finger to a snow leopard figure, courtesy of Lysandra of course. Aelin looked at the hedge version of Lysandra and laughed inside.

“ That is a snow leopard, Kerian. They are very dangerous but..” she said. Aelin was feeling playful and knew the twins would take the bait.

“ But what mama?” they asked in union. They had a knack for that and it creeped out the staff. Aelin, being their mother thought it was the cutest thing in the world.

“ But they are defenseless against tickles.”Aelin said pulled her twins to her body and attacking them with tickles. They began to squeal and their laughter could be heard across the gardens. Once her assault had stopped Kaestra spoke.

“ Can we get a snow leopard mama?” Kaestra did the whole cute voice and puppy eyes at her mother. Another thing they had in common, charm.

“ No, Kaestra.” Aelin said still thinking about Fleetfoot. She quickly glanced at her daughter and felt a fireball tantrum arising. Aelin rose to her feet.

“ But mommy. I want one.” Kaestra had a tiny furrow in her brow. Then it hit Aelin like a brick.

“ You know what. You can have a puppy though.” at that Kaestra and Kerian’s eyes light up. They looked at each other and began to hop up and down shouting puppy.

“ We are getting a puppy. Puppy. Puppy. Puppy.” Already getting a headache and knowing the fight the Rowan’s going to pick, Aelin shushed her children and hurried them to the royal kennels, careful to not cause a scene.

To say the least, the kennels was a disaster. The children bickered over what dog they wanted and what to name it. The whole time Aelin was thinking of what she was going to say to Rowan. It wasn’t like Rowan despised dogs, they just haven’t talked about getting the children pets yet. Regret began to fill Aelin’s stomach. Maybe it’s not too late to change their minds, Aelin thought. Oh who am I kidding, they are in love with the puppies. The royal kennel breed dogs for hunting and companionship. A part of Aelin hopped that if they got the right dog, that they would protect the twins. Aelin was pulled out of her daydream state when Kerian started to cry. Aelin rushed over to him and Kaestra on the floor with puppies around them

“ Kerian what’s wrong?” She looked to see if he was bitten, but he appeared to be fine. She pulled her son's face to hers.

“ Mama, who’s puppy is it going to be?” he said. This surprised Aelin. She sucked on her tooth for a second before replying.

“ You two are going to share the puppy.” Being the mother she was, Aelin wiped her son’s tears away.

“ But who will the puppy stay with mama?” Kaestra said damn welling knowing what her mother was going to say. If the world thought Aelin was a mastermind, then they had it coming for them with Kaestra.

Now this was a great question, that Aelin hadn’t thought of. There was no way in hell that Rowan was going to allow a puppy in their room, they both had their fair share of waking up in the middle of the night to tend to the twins. Knowing the twins, they would demand that the puppy would sleep in their bed, but they were old enough that they slept in separate rooms. If they got just one puppy, who knows what kind of tantrums they would throw to try and get more time with the puppy. Already knowing she was in trouble with Rowan, Aelin decided to continue to dig her grave by what she said next.

“ Well then I guess we will have to get two puppies then.” Oh gods save me.

Of course each twin got to pick their own puppy. Each twin got a eleven week old black puppy that would grow into a large dog with medium length fur and pointed ears. Fortunate for Aelin, the puppies were already named so she didn’t have to deny her kids from naming their dogs book and grass. Kerian’s puppy was a male named Lightning and Kaestra’s was a female named Thunder. The dogs each had unique markings. Lighting had spilt colored eyes that were blue and brown. Thunder had all white paws when the rest of her was black. Of course the twins were completely fascinated with the pups. Aelin had servants puppy proof the entire family floor. She even ordered for little dog beds to be placed by the twins beds.

Once Rowan burst through the master bedroom door he the sight he spotted mad his heart warm. It was Aelin holding his children, Kaestra on her right, and Kerian on her left. The children were fast asleep. On Aelin’s torso were the two puppies, who were also asleep. This image made it all worth it, the war with maeve. Seeing his family would never get old. There wasn’t a day where he wasn’t grateful for what they had. Aelin just looked at him.Come on you buzzard, who doesn’t like puppies. With a silent laugh to himself he quietly closed the door behind him and walked over to the bed. He removed his shoes and he climbed into bed next to Kaestra and gave her a kiss on her head. Careful to not wake the twins, he grabbed her right and looked her in the eyes.You said that we would have equal decisions when it comes to the twins. Rowan knew his mate, the mother if his children meant no harm, but was still hurt that she just gave them puppies without talking to him.
