Ever the rationalist, Vil hadn't even entertained the fantasy of meeting his "perfect match", if such a person even existed. His life was not that of a cheesy movie script he'd turn down.

Finding someone who could cope with his strict lifestyle would be a miracle in and of itself.

...And if you had asked Vil Schoenheit what his image of the perfect partner would be, he would say exactly that.

Someone beautiful, intelligent, responsible, with the dedication and discipline to keep up with him.

Spoken with a sardonic smile and honeyed words, Vil knew that his chances of actually finding someone to meet his standards, to keep up with him, were slim.

On the days where it feels as if the world is coming undone around him, he has somewhere to go. A place to hide, where he can forget all that he's supposed to be, and just simply be instead.

Some days, it feels as if he's hanging onto you for dear life.

arguements are normal happenings in any relationship. whether it be different opinions or a typical debate, these type of mishaps are expected to occur. and that’s exactly what happened tonight.

the clock struck 12, indicating it’s been two hours since their fallout. it may’ve been the lack of sleep or the stress, the two of you got into a heated arguement and spewed things that quite hurt each other. chris lied beside you, with his front facing your back. knowing how stubborn the both of you were when things like this happened, both agreed to talk it out in the morning.

you left the living room first, heading straight to the bathroom to do your night routine and dove head first into your bed, sleep quickly finding you.

chris on the other hand, had a hard time sleeping due to the lack of body warmth from his one and only. yes, he loved sleeping without his shirt on, but he hated the thought of the two of you not cuddling into dreamland.

the lightbulb in his head turned on, aiming for the air conditioner’s remote. decreasing the temperature so it’ll be extremely uncomfortable for one to sleep without someone hugging them, he smiled slightly at the idea. was it mean? he doesn’t really care, he just wants to hug his beloved to sleep.

stirring awake from the cold, you realized how chilly the room was. your thick pajamas did nothing to help you get back to sleep, so in your half-awake state, you subconciously reached out for you boyfriend who’s actually freezing; that’s what he gets for not putting a shirt on even after lowering the temperature drastically.

something inside snapped you conscious, halting your actions. remembering the arguement the both of you had earlier, you pulled away; opting to stand up and find the remote control.

the c in chris stands for clever, he hid the remote prior to your abrupt awakening.

“gimme the remote,” you said softly while putting out your hand, not fully out of your dozed state.

shaking his head playfully, he made grabby hands at you. if you weren’t pissed at him, you’d give in already; but the pride in you didn’t let you do so.

“’m sleeping outside then,” you replied, unamused with his behavior.

quick to stop your actions, he gripped your wrist and literally dragged you into bed. ignoring your tantrum, he tucked the duvet up to both of your chins. caressing your head and enjoying the warmth you’re giving him, he noticed your movements; wanting him to let go.

“i’m sorry baby, i really am,” the man hugging you whispered, “we’ll talk in the morning, for now, let’s stay like this.”

looking into his eyes with your sleepy state, you knew he was genuine. he was always sincere regarding apologies.

having little to zero energy left to fight back, you let out an incoherent okay and almost instantly, you nuzzled up againt his chest, breathing him in. smiling in response, chris placed his head right on top of yours; not forgetting to kiss your temple. letting the warmth of his hands and the duvet engulf you; drowziness swallowing you once again.

feeling both of his arms tightening its grip on you, you managed to let out, “if you wanted to hug me, just say so. no need to lower the temperature into ice age, stupid—”

cutting off your ramble with a peck that took you aback, he giggled seeing your furrowed brows and slightly puckered lips.

“sleep, you need it baby,” the man you loved said, wanting you to get the most of tonight’s rest. “good night, i love you,” he whispered while stroking your hair gently.

“mmm, i love you too, stupid.”

15. Tell me a fact about your special interest/stim toys/etc.

!!!!!! Oh boy, okay sO!!!!! Sorry this is gonna be unnecessarily long. But it's time for my favorite special interest fact + opinion :3

There's this silly anime gacha game I'm obsessed with (and have been obsessed with since I discovered it in December 2018, around the time the global server was launched), and one of the characters, my absolute favorite beloved baby boy Aither, was originally a girl :3

He was originally designed to be a princess, but at some point the devs were like "wait hang on actually, make him a prince and give him an older sister instead," and then they decided to scrap the older sister completely and just leave him on his own. There's still a few references to his sister on the official Facebook page, which is neat.

But ANYWAYS. Here's his earliest design on the left, with a slightly later sprite design (with an Easter alt! yippee!!) on the right. Very feminine cutie pie princesses

Aaaand here's his final design! Still quite feminine, but everyone (except one character who immediately gets corrected) refers to him as a prince. He ended up getting an alternate outfit where he wears his mother's dress for a special occasion, and the fandom absolutely lost their minds over it, mostly in gross ways 😮‍💨

19. Do you rely on routines?

I think so! I have a morning routine (VERY important) and a night routine (less important mostly bc I'm Tired and don't care), but the middle of my day gets to just be Whatever. I also have little routines for stuff like showering and taking my noon meds 🎉 But I don't get too mad if I get interrupted, unless I'm already in a bad mood lol.

I Used to have a late-morning routine where I'd spend time studying Spanish, but I got frustrated with it and am "taking a break". Don't ask how long this break has lasted, dooon't even worry about it, it's all good 👍

SYLVANIAN FAMILIES AND BEATRIX POTTER MY BELOVEDS.

I used to read Beatrix Potter when I was a kid and the Sylvanian Families was something I discovered and watched non stop a few years ago when my little one was a bebe (infact, we have bought a few figures of them, since my little one just ADORES rabbits), and let me tell you, with all those cutesie clothes and how cute and fuzzy and soft they were I was IN LOVE. IN LOVE.

She would, without doubt, be an adorable kitty cat!!!

I mean, Dorothea, with her demeanor, has always reminded me of Duchess from the Aristocats (something that has come up on Discord too with some friends, a good while back), so, when you asked me what animal she would be, I had no hesitation and went with a cute kitty cat!! 💗

Seriously, THANK YOU for this ask, because it gave me the occasion to draw Dorothea as cute as a button (tho, I have to be honest, i am not the most skilled at drawing anthropomorphic animals, so I gave my best try 😅😂😂😂) , and because it also gave me the chance to draw her in an 1860 walking dress, something I wouldn't have the chance to do in her canonical AU because she would have been 10, so the garment would have been different!

Nezha's vision faded to red as flames engulfed his body, the small licks of fire enlarging to bonfires. The people around him instantly noticed, and ran off without as much as a single shriek. Because of this, as well as the fact that Nezha and his flames were not in your peripheral vision, you couldn't even see him coming.

Much to his surprise, you turned around to face him with an unamused frown. "Nezha, this is my cousin." You pointed back at the terrified man.

Poof, the flames instantly died out.

"I knew that! I just wanted to see if you would know that I know that that guy is your cousin, which I definitely know." He crossed his arms as he looked off to the side, his nose turned upwards.

You rolled your eyes, "Dude, you really need to calm yourself." You laughed, walking off with your shaking cousin. "I'll see you later!"

"Yeah, cool! I'll...." He trailed off as you disappeared around the corner. "Wait... here.."

"Stupid!" Nezha growled to himself, kicking a nearby wagon.

Only for it to break apart.

He stood on top of one of the taller buildings, without a care if anyone saw him. The only pair of eyes that mattered to him were yours.

And they were on someone else.

You were a flirtatious being, he was painfully aware. You were smooth with your custom pick-up lines, playing with the stoic seller's words like they were the worm on a string.

He watched as her annoyed expression melted into one of embarrassment, hiding behind her hands. She had realized that she couldn't win against your words, and instantly fell victim to your charm.

He knew this because it's exactly what you did to him.

Soon enough, the peach seller handed you a small basket of peaches with a pink bow on the handle. Oh, and don't think Ao Bing didn't see the way the girl tried to brush her fingers against yours at that moment.

He felt his scales coat the sides of his face, he was losing control of his emotions. All he wanted was for you to look at him with love, all for himself. He knew he couldn't act upon his growing love for you, it would scare you if you knew how far he would go just to catch your attention.

Ao Bing sighed as he stared at your figure disappearing into the crowd. Oh who was he kidding? In his eyes, you were practically glowing in a sea of darkness. The merperson in a pod of dolphins.

He couldn't keep his eyes off of you even if he tried.

Ao Bing knew nothing would grow between you two, he was just another victim to your flirting and you were the star in a polluted sky.

So beautiful, but out of reach.
