born: 16 April 1755 Paris, France

died: 30 March 1842 (aged 86) Paris, France

Madame le Brun was a French portrait artist in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. While much of her paintings were done in her home country of France, she also lived and worked in Italy, Austria, Russia, and Germany as a fleeing Royalist following the French Revolution.

Besides Vigée le Brun, some of my other favorite artists are Botticelli, Leonardo DaVinci, Egon Schiele, Georgia O’Keeffe, Tabuco, Gustav Klimt, Artemisia Gentileschi, Sofonisba Anguissola, Frank Xaver Winterhalter, & Janet Hayden.

Sweet 1600 more like Sweet 1756!!! 🎶

Finally got around to taking pictures of my rococo inspired Sweet 1600 Clawdeen!! He looks ready to go to a ball and gossip around versailles. It was so fun and so challenging too, especially the hair... I modified the original clothes, giving the jacket a tail, sewing a vest into the shirt and painting a pair of coffee bean clawdeen shoes. I was not too happy with this doll when I started making it but now I really really like him... trust the process I guess!!

high school AU that caters to me specifically, aka "hsautctms" (yes, that's the actual name of this AU. no, i regret nothing.)

the name is kinda self explanatory really, it's My Specific And Personal Interpretation of a high school au. with a bunch of my headcanons and daydreams sprinkled into it, mostly because i wanted a high school au that actually fits my experiences. but otherwise it's purely pointless and fun.

fun fact: so where i'm from, classes in high school are separated based on subject ("interests"), commonly science and social studies. last year (or some other long time ago) i thought to myself "if they were in this kind of high school would they be a science kid or a social kid" and that's how this au started

this drawing is a little traditional doodle of that au that i decided to color digitally because yeah. there's no context to this image other than i was bored and really wanted to draw them but didn't have any canon compliant ideas. which is why i'm opening requests for doodles of these two characters specifically until the end of the year. send them in via askbox and i'll see what i can do with it. (this is a joke but feel free to send reqs anyway, i'll take ideas lmao)
