Silence

So many things I want to say but nothing comes out. It feels like my words stay stuck in my throat fighting to come out. I’m in constant crying for help in silence, I mask my pain with fake happiness. My feelings run my whole body but my mouth still silent. Is so hard to open up, to reveal my darkness. I’m angry at myself for not being able to express it. My chest is heavy for no reason and I can’t understand why, I can’t figure it out. I want to scream yet I stay silent.
