🌻 » Goes by nicknames such as “Papa Vinnie”, “Papa Nini”, etc etc. His personal favorite is “Mister Sunflower.”

☁️ » So, so good at baking. He actually prefers to take things the long way too, which only results in his pastries tasting all the more better! Example being he tries not to use vanilla extract, he prefers making vanilla flavors straight from vanilla beans. Expensive, but it’s just how he does it!

🌻 » He’s very, very gentle. Holds his kiddos hand so, so gingerly. Runs his fingers through your hair (if you have any. Or if you have a thick hair type, simply rests his hand inside your hair and rubs your head) while humming to you <3

☁️ » Has the most beautiful singing voice, perfect for sleepy time. If you don’t like the sound of singing though, don’t worry, he doesn’t mind just being by your side :)

🌻 » Studied various ways to style different types of hair. No matter what hair you have, even if you don’t have any at all, he will find a way to make you the most prettiest/handsomest kiddo in all the kingdom. Be it styling or accessories. He can’t see though, so it might take him a little while to finish; he trusts that you understand how much effort he’s putting in though :)

☁️ » The sunflower staff he wields quickly tries to redirect him when you seem upset in some way. He didn’t realize what was happening at first, but after a while he finally processed what the staff was trying to do. Pure Vanilla greatly appreciates it since he can’t rely on any eyesight to read your face or other body languages.

(Angst?) 🌻 » Sometimes he wishes White Lily was still around. He knows how much the Lily he remembers would’ve loved to take care of you with him :(

the other day, i was sitting under a tree at the park, barefoot on the grass. it was warm but there was a slight breeze that made it all bearable (you know the kind?) and that little moment made me realize how good life felt. and it hadn’t felt good for a while so the fact that i managed to find this again kind of made me want to share some goodness with everyone. because we all deserve it. 

so first and foremost, remember to eat something (even something small—it’s better to eat an apple or something that makes you happy than nothing at all) and to stay hydrated.

summer is near, better days are to come and whatever you may be struggling with, you’re almost there. i know it’s hard but it’s all going to be okay very, very soon.

if no one told you this today: you are so loved, so valued. thank you for being here with us, this community would not be the same without you in it <3
