Hi. I'm alive.

I had an allergic reaction to either the coconut milk from Costco or the bone broth protein powder I had in a shake over the weekend. I woke up REALLY congested with a crazy runny nose. I hadn't been out in a week at that point so it wasn't outside contact. Then I developed a bilateral rash under my armpits and started slightly wheezing. Great, right? The fact that it was bilateral made me wonder if something has gluten in it. I usually get a bilateral rash after being glistened but that is a different rash than what I got. This seemed more like hives. The gluten rash is little pus filled bumps.

Apparently bone broth can cause a histamine response. But I had some of the coconut milk on cereal yesterday and started sneezing a lot about 30 minutes after but I'm not sure if it was that or just the lack of humidity in general. I'm testing that later on in December.

I'm finally less itchy. Regular OTC allergy pills helped along with hydrocortisone cream.
