Favourite Autobots, Decepticons and Neutrals

And an extra—what drew you to them?

My favorite autobots are definitely Whirl, Wheeljack, and Brainstorm (on a technicality) Whirl is very sarcastic and a lot of his lines in mtmte made me crack up laughing! I also love his character design and his backstory is so deep it gives his character another dimension. I really like what I've seen of g1 and idw Wheeljack, since I haven't finished either. He gives me dumb scientist vibes and I can't just pass up a genius. Same goes for Brainstorm. I just really love that very specific brand of "can do quantum physics, but awful at everything else in life" Brainstorm also just has such a cool design. His alt mode might be my favorite of all tf media!

My favorite cons have to be Knockout and Shockwave. Knockout is the perfect mix of deranged and sassy to make a very memorable (and lovable!) character. Shockwave is my beloved he is perfect in every way I love him a lot. When you think about it, my absolute favorite con and favorite bot have both undergone empurata (more angst for me I guess)

When it comes down to favorite neutral, I have to give it to mtmte Cyclonus. He's dark and brooding but yet still a big softy for Tailgate. He's just a great character and I loved seeing him develop throughout the comics!
